I have used this business for a long time and have been given the utmost respect and care from the staff regarding my pets care when I lived in Texas.I was calling on behalf of my son who still lives down there in Texas and they were still very helpful to me and the care of the qnimals. They were very friendly and listened to my insights on what I thought my cat's problem was. They didn't do any unnecessary tests that would only raise the bill. Came out paying less then I expected, and will be getting the prescription for my cat soon. No complaints

I have gone to the same vet for 14 years but had to find another one because I moved too far away to go there anymore. I had read some great recommendations on the Pilot Point Community Facebook Group for Dr. Tolle and the entire staff at PPVH, so I decided to take my senior rescue "baby" in to meet them. I'm very happy that I did! I know that I won't get many more years with my sweet girl, but for however long God let's her be with me, she'll receive her care from Dr. Tolle and his team! ♥️🐾👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Dr Tolle, Teri and Danette are the best! They have treated our dogs and us like family. They see our dogs on a regular basis. I would not take our dogs anywhere else. When our 12 year old MinPin had to be put to sleep due to severe health issues, they made the transition for us so much easier. Love them!

Dr. Tolle, as well as his staff of Danette and Teri have always been welcoming and friendly to our family and especially lil' Peanut and lil' Rascal our two terrier mutts. We're relatively new patients as we were referred by our boarder/groomer Lorrie at the Big Dog House. It's been a great move for us and we're pleased to know the dogs' health is in good hands when ever we visit. We trust Dr. Tolle's opinions as he is always detailed and informative. Great practice for sure!

Pilot Point Veterinary Hospital will always hold a special place in my heart for the dedication and kindhearted treatment that was bestowed on our two dogs, Ginger and Annie during their senior years. As they aged their health began to deteriorate and for each step we took I knew I had the backing of each staff member never judging me on the next course of action.I called with so many questions regarding their treatment and each call was treated with respect allowing me time to digest their condition and in making the right decision for my dogs.When the time came we had to say goodbye to both of them........we and my dogs were treated with respect and dignity to the very end.We now have a new member to our household and when we walked into PPVH and introduced Molly, we were met with joy and I knew we were welcome back to the PPVH family.Tom and Jo Fish

Piolet Point Veterinary Hospital has taken care of my dogs since "1992" The staff have always treated my dogs professionally and gently. Was there when doors open with my dog who is vomiting and diarrhea and ask if they could see him. She said. Have you been here before I said no but my dog is ill. She said we are swamped today maybe we could work him in later. Wow. I had to take him somewhere else to be treated. How unprofessional. And I was the only one in parkinglot.
