Love this location!! Very nice clean neat and orderly. I'm always so tired when I stop in here on my way home from work and the cashiers are always so understanding and friendly. Definitely recommend. Will always be back!

We spend $200 to $250 bi-weekly..never had anything but great customer service here until today... I worked in all areas of grocery stores including meat markets & delis..for 12+ years..today I ask for a market employee to slice a ham.. he sent me to the deli where there set a very nice slicer.. I ask for sandwich sliced on the ham.. beside the lady telling me she was too busy to do it very rudely, then proceeded to tell me they couldn't do it!! But if I bought ham out of the case, they would slice it.... Brookshire Bros , you just lost my $500 a month .. very disgruntled customer.. explain this to me Corporate!!!

They have good stuff and their prices are pretty good...But, don't expect any customer service...A. They either ignore you...B. OR.... They just don't care...OR C!! ...BOTH....However ! Their pharmacist Connie is awesome ! So sweet and actually cares about her clients and helps me if I have issues with anything concerning my meds & insurance,when she's able to.

This is a good little market. I don't live in Pilot Point, but I come up every other week to ride my horses. I get my groceries here. They have a nice deli with good "grab and go" items. I like their fresh salads and their in-house made Cranberry Pecan Chicken Salad. The staff is friendly. I prefer small local grocery stores like this one.

This little grocery always has the best bakery/deli. If you have not already tried them you must get the chocolate chunk and pecan cookies. Also, the mixed berries here are far superior to Kroger and Wal-mart, they actually slice the strawberries and pack a lot more fruit into the same size container for the same price.

I love this little grocery store! Many times when you shop in a small town grocery store, they don't have alot of options and prices are much higher. You will find a huge selection of items here and many that I've not seen at the big box grocers. They are really smart about carrying smaller quantities of items so that there is enough room for a wide variety. You won't be disappointed!

Love this store, we drive from Sanger every week for a grocery run and it is always well stocked and clean. Best of all its hardly ever busy. Beats running to Denton that's for sure.

For a small grocery store, it's fairly well stocked. Clean, tidy aisles. Customer service was all but nonexistent... Other than stating my total, I don't know that the cashier would've spoken to me if I hadn't thanked her and wished her a Happy Thanksgiving. She seemed very interested in speaking to a young male rather than acknowledging me or assisting me - I'll write it off to hormones 😉. I did notice at least 2 patrons without masks, but I just stayed away and didn't spend a lot of time in the store. Improvements could be made, but I'm sure that I'll still take my business there on occasion 🙂

A great traditional grocery store with a helpful and friendly staff, decent prices as well as name brand products as well as some generis selections. The produce and meats are ALWAYS fresh. Stop by and experience a real grocery store. Just be careful getting back on 377.

Staff is so friendly! The cake decorator is amazing! She has done all our birthday cakes and they look exactly like what we showed her we wanted! Also has great quality and quantity of items to choose from!

Nice little hometown grocery store. Cashiers are all friendly and I love the rewards program. Higher prices than what you would find at your big box store but that's the price you pay for convenience!

Some of the cashier's could be polite andd welcoming...its really a hit or miss. Otherwise, it's a good store to grab a few groceries. Prices are a little higher than Walmart or Target....which I don't think I would mind as much IF the employees were friendly. Of course, there are a few that was very sweet and welcoming but only a few.

Generally well stocked and clean. Their cashiers need some serious retraining however. Three times I've been recently and there times they have failed to tell me the total amount due or say thank you when handing you your receipt.

Exceptionally clean and well stocked store. Some prices are a bit higher than bigger stores, but sales can't be beat! While there, the gentleman in front of me asked if they carried a specific product. The young lady said she would check and if they didn't carry it, she would see if they could order it. You can't beat that level of customer service!!

When I walked up to the drug counter I was quickly greeted by Elizabeth who was very polite. Elizabeth advised me the Pharmacist, Connie, was busy and she will be with me shortly. I was picking up medication and Connie was very professional and was very knowledgeable about my medicine was taking. Then I told Dr. Connie about a medical problem my friend was having at home and she recommended a treatment to help my friend, that worked. I will go out of my way to get recommendations from Connie. Thanks you very much.

Being from Houston we came here to get a few things while camping at the local park. They have a very nice selection of items that I'm used to picking up at the bigger stores. Such a treat to have such a place in such a small town.

Notified the cashier when she rang me up that none of the sale prices were ringing up. She stared at me asked me which ones, I told her and she said “oh ok” and did nothing. I guess she was distracted by the soup she was talking with her bagger about in the back. Sorry didn’t mean to bother you with my purchase.

visited in the middle of very hot day office lady jumped on a register and took care of customer in front of me and me in about 3 seconds and even had time to greet you like your needs we important, like getting back home to your family on a hot Sunday. Wow I was definitely impressed with this young lady! I'm not actually John Ford but I'm his wife and he'll tell you if I'm not happy he's not happy. So we are definitely happy with our Brookshires Brothers

This place looks different inside than it does on the outside. Outside it looks like an old IGA grocery store. Inside they've done some work on the decor and it looks a little like a modern supermarket. Small but they seem to have everything you need. Friendly staff. There's a deli too.

Unlike those that copy wally world(Walmart) Where they sell anything they get thier greedy hands on.. kinda like from the country from which everything comes from gov. nvrmd. . You should really shop at this store for groceries. good prices as well!
