I go here for the vaccines and for flee pills for my dogs. I recommend this place regardless that the flea and tick pill are kinda expensive.But very effective I would say.

Guys are great here. They know their stuff. I've been coming to Andy's for about 6 months now and they are very knowledgeable of pets and their needs. I've never had a bad experience. Awesome place.

Worst customer service when you call, who ever answered was extremely rude, he kept cutting me off, I don't know how they want to make business by talking to people the way they do, they dont want to discuss products or prices I'm not gonna drive all the way if you don't have what I need, then they tell me I HAVE to go to the store, well not with the way I was treatedI'll take my business elsewhere. Employees in Morenos Feed store are always open to answering questions and very friendly over the phone. I'll be going there, thanks!

I really liked this place. It's a small local business that really compares to the bigger chain stores. They have a nice variety of products available. The best part is the customer service they provide. The owner or manager of the store was kind enough to explain the different type of foods available for our pet in addition to the benefits of each brands. He also showed us how to properly check the labels on the pet food we buy anywhere else.

This place is awesome and convenient always has the premium food that I need. Every time I go in there there is always someone to answer questions take stuff to my truck when I make a purchase. If I need recommendations the owner is always giving me good tips for my dogs. This place has a variety of products and is really convienant place to go, traffic is moderate and always in and out never ever have to wait more than 5 minutes to be able to get assistance. If your a busy person that is definitely something to draw you in this place gets 5 stars!

They have everything you need for all types of pets, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would recommend them for any and everyone in need of any kind of assistance for their pets needs. I have been taking my furbaby with them ever since I got her when she was 2 months old- she is now (a very healthy) 8 years old mostly in part thanks to them. Again, I recommend them for everyone, very knowledgeable and helpful staff. And a big thank you to all the employees and the employer at Andy's Feed & Pet Store!

My chihuahua got sick suddenly on a Saturday afternoon. She was crying on and off sounding like she was in pain. She had vomited and would continue to have light gagging. I called the feedstore which happened to be one hour before their closing time. they told me to take her and they gave her meds. before the end of the night she was running around back to her normal self. So grateful to those two gentlemen who helped us 😊

Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!First time going to this store and definitely the last time!!As I’m looking around I see a leash that I like...I send a picture to my husband and before my husband could answer I gave it to the man attending me telling him I was going to take it. He then proceeded to put it in a bag and give it to the cashier. As am getting ready to pay my husband answered to my txt saying the leash was not what he was looking for and I kindly tell the cashier “ I’m sorry I won’t be taking this after all”. He then responded “next please make sure you ask how much things cost here because if you don’t have money you shouldn’t be saying you are taking it”. I then responded “its not that I don’t have money. I do have the money to pay however I don’t want it after all.” He then says “ well if you are paying with a credit card there’s a fee I need to charge and it’s $35 do you have enough or will you be telling me you don’t want as well”This mad made me so upset and humiliated. I have never encountered someone that rude or disrespectful. There was no need for him to be as rude as he was!

I bought a bunny from here and the bunny was only a month old and in poor conditions when I arrived there it was extremely hot all they do is open the doors most of the animals there were panting and the bunny I bought had missing fur eyes rolled back and very dehydrated they sell sick animals and even took more money from me than what the recipe said

Great place to buy food or some meds for your pets. Expect to walk in and serve yourself, they won't come up to you and ask if you need help. Prices are a little high but there is a limited amount of places like this and spread out. Other than that it's a good place, I would recommend it.

Today 5/2/19 @3:30 my daughter went in as she usually does to get our dog vaccinated for fleas but the young man that was there was extremely rude and disrespectful to the point of using foul language. It seemed that he didn’t want to be there but was forced... by the way I’ve never seen him there before either. I really can’t believe what just occurred ... extremely upset and disappointed!!!

Good place to buy feed, if you’re looking for pets don’t shop from here all the small pets, a rat, a hamster and mice we’re kept in poor conditions, a ten gallon aquarium with only water and it looked like they hadn’t changed the bedding in a week. I asked the employee the sex of a rat and he couldn’t even tell me he just handed him to me and when I asked if they’ll be getting anymore rats at some point he just said “I don’t know.”

Didn't even make it to the store itself, after several calls during their business hours I got an answer after letting it ring for a while. The individual answered "hello?" with no greeting or anything store related then was no help at all, and showed no interest in helping what-so-ever.
