The food was delicious, but if you’re a person that likes good service; this place isn’t for you.They didn’t have half of the soft drinks in the machines, the food took over 30 minutes and I had to remind the cashier for other food because she forgot it.

Good food, love the tacos and the hunger buster. My wife says they have very good tea. Of course the ice cream is always on point. Service can be a bit slow at times but that's because it gets busy. The staff is always pleasant and professional. The restaurant is usually very clean as are the rest rooms. Overall I enjoy the food here.

Pulled up and ordered a #1 with cheese and a cheese dude. Pulled to the window and was told it would be $9.14. Told the lady that wasn’t right because of what we ordered she informed us she was out of cheese dudes? No substitute? We then ordered another hunger buster with cheese. Got our order pulled away no fries? Pulled back around and questioned the No fries and was told “ I didn’t charge you for fries”. Good help is hard to find….

My taco meat was very greasy. Someone didnt drain the grease off. Also chicken strips were cooked in old grease could taste that old grease flavor. On plus note our ice cream and shakes were good just like DQ always is. This location needs a little help on cooking. Also the cook made the wrong thing 1st time so our order had to redone and we had to wait another 10 minutes.

We are from the Beeville area. We drive to Pettus for the great service and food quality. Haven't been there for awhile and don't know if there has been a change in management. The service was lacking, all tables were filthy! No ice in the machine, no tea. Oh fly swatter on table with dead flies and dirty men underwear in parking lot.

Keep driving by, best thing to do!!!!!Horrible customer service.Took 15 minutes to get waited on, mind you 6 girls are working. They were to busy sipping there drinks and chatting away.We were ready to leave when my hubby finally waved at one to come to the window.All she said was "YES", we were like we would like to make an order. She looked at us as if we were dumb!!My DQ in Rockport are always on there toes, greetings are right away and always with a smile. Just hard to accept bad service when you are use to getting top notch service.

I just like the varieyb here esp when dining in on road trips. Doesn't taste like McDonald's or Burger King and hZ a ton of ice cream options. Sure it mY end up being a few extra calories, but if you've got a fast metabolism and would rather have ice cream than extra meat. Stop here.

We had a bad experience at this DQ in particular while traveling. The food was thrown away shortly after eating part of the hamburger. The workers also messed up the order. Stomach problems for 6 hours going home.

So a party of me plus three went down south for cinco de mayo on our way back, we stopped at the Valero next to this Dairy Queen location. Roughly 10pm at night, my friends car alarm went off and someone inside Dairy Queen called the cops. I give you guys NO STAR 0!1. You guys were closed2. Thanks for minding your business
