United Supermarket in Perryton has improved greatly in the past few years. All I've done until recently is send complaints to corporate! I moved to the Texas Panhandle 10 years ago and had made about three complaints to United. When I had a follow up on the complaints the read out on the phone it was Safeway. Then I found that Safeway/Albertsons owned United which infuriated me as I had been a customer of Safeway and Albertsons most of my life in California, Colorado and AZ. I don't hold back with compliments or complaints. I finally was able to give a very favorable review in recent months after they remodeled the Perryton store. They still don't meet the standards of my previous experience with other locations or the customer service of the Venture Store in Shattuck, OK. (We live equal distance between SHATTUCK and Perryton so guess which store I prefer to visit!

Went in yesterday to get groceries and stopped by the deli to pick up some lunch meat. I waited for 10 minutes and not a single person acknowledged me or offered to help, there was a guy that was just standing around. I finally just left without being served. I'm usually pleased with this store but yesterday wasn't a pleasant experience.

Has a good selection of products for a reasonable price, the deli and pre-made food is good if not a little expensive. It's also very clean and well stocked with friendly staff.

Wide selection of stock. Not exactly conveniently located, but it will do.However, the water refill station outside was excessively priced and no alternative inside the store.Avoid Perryton if you need reasonably priced filtered water.

I generally love this store, it is clean and the grocery employees are great. The pharmacy however is a nightmare. They have a girl working that isn't qualified to work at McDonald's. She told me my sons atrovent was Flonase. I have been trying to get his other medicine filled for 5 days. It's not a controlled drug and the dr called the pharmacy while I was there but the pharmacist named heather still won't fill his medication because the internet is down. For 5 days I guess

About that comment 5months ago that it is overpriced.....not at all.Im from up north in Canada and you have no idea what over pricey is....sorryVery nice place. We drive south and north thru Perryton pretty often and this place become my favorite grocery store

Wouldn't shop anywhere else. I've lived in Austin and am now in a small town. I love the fact that they sack your groceries and cart them to the car.I don't think I've ever seen grocery carts left in the lot. I've only had to wait in line briefly and that was only on certain holidays. People getting their last minute items they forgot. The staff is very helpful. If they don't have something you're looking for there is a chance they can order it and start stocking it regularly. Things have changed with the new management and not for the better!

I just had a very good experence , Everyone was super nice . they just can't seem to be able to get my coffee flavored Starbucks energy shot can coffees. I have talked to the manager and asked for them for 4 mos now and they still don't have any . they told me 2 weeks ago that they would be there on Monday when the truck came in . I checked 3 days last week and today . none on the shelf none in the cooler in the dairy.

Very clean store with decent selection of food. Deli available most days with good fried chicken and other items. Some prices are higher due to being a small town. Very friendly and helpful staff!

I think the store in general is great I do find it extremely off-putting that I'm not allowed to take my own groceries out. I think it's nice to have somebody ask you if you want your groceries taken out I think it's extremely weird to have somebody tell you they have to take groceries out.

The merger with Albertsons is beginning to take its toll. Many items we used to find are no longer available. This is not just about empty shelves that we used to have to deal with. The inventory the store is supposed to have is not as good. For me it began severe years ago with my inability to find 86% chocolate. We used to find really good Mesquite pellets for grilling from Texas. Now, all that is available is expensive Treagar pellets and who nows where they come from. They might be like the grills and coming from China

Totally awsome customer service hats off to the fella with the white pickup and messed up grill that just happened to carry my groceries out I was on foot walking and had quite a walk for some reason I don't know y I ended up buying 300 worth of food because we in desperate need anyways the getlemen that had my back didn't mind when i asked him to double bag everything but not only walked me out the door but also told me that since I was carrying so much if I needed to make two trips he just got to work it wld b ok if I set some of it in the back of his pickup and come back for it if I needed to . All I can say is thank you sir sure shows that God can work I. Mysterious ways. And I will defently be back to buy more thanks to you sir

I shop mostly at United supermarket and have for many years, I love that store most are very kind and curtioues, very friendly and helpful , as with every where there are some not so friendly, the one thing that bothers me is that managers are the ones that are not so friendly, that bothers me, otherwise I love that store, and there employees, i.will continue to shop with United supermarket in Perryton Texas.

Sale items are not stocked and empty. There are 3 days left on the sale items!! Seems to be worse than usual today 6/24. Cashiers are friendly as well as the carryout peopleThey should address the correct way of bagging groceries though. I had frozen kept together in cart and still it wasn't pack together...example frozen veggies packed with a 5lb bag of flour. The condensation of the veggies made the flour bag wet....Really?? Please use a braincell or two when packing. Keep frozen, cold, and dry separated and Pack Raw meat separate from all other groceries. It's not that hard!!

It's high priced and the app i cant even get into there higher than Walmart and there's only two stores here in town the other one is Lowe's which is also high-priced so you have no choice to shop at United or Lowe's and I don't like neither one

I hate trying to find things in a new store. I'm far from home just need a few things. I brace myself to try and find the few things I need without walking the whole store. So I was so so happy to be there. Everyone was super helpful, helped me find the things I needed and very very pleasant. Thank you
