If I could give zero stars I would. The store manager, Andrea, is super rude to employees, customers and vendors. A lot of people have already complained about her, and upper management has done NOTHING about it really shows family dollar does not care about the customer experience AT ALL …. she should seriously be fired ALREADY. She’s the absolute worse!!!

Manager is suuuuuuper rude. Rude to employees, rude to customers, rude to vendors. Doesn’t speak any English whatsoever, store looks trashy because manager hangs up empty packages people have taken. Worst family dollar I’ve ever been to. Had a weird smell too.

The Manger from the store she it always in a bad mood yesterday was a special off toilette paper on 5 dollar and se have them stock in a car on the stoking room we ask for 1 toilette papers pk and she says she was not allowed to sell them. We went back before the closed the store to get milk she was putting on her car the full car of toilette papers they were 12 big pk and we find out she res sell them for 12 dollars a pk on some grups of the selling things on fb market place and wassup groups. And I think that mees up for being the manager and doing this not selling stuff so he can go and resale

The store is fine...The cashier is always mad 😡 she is just there to make the check if she doesn't want to work with customers go work somewhere else.. the manager she is nice with people though.

exclusively selling disinfectant products to certain people, people from around the area never seem to get their hands on a bottle of lysol but suddenly a trucker with merchandise can leave the store with three lysol disinfectant spray bottles and one bottle of disinfectant wipes. such a shame.

Family dollar es una tienda en la que no compro muy seguido,, tengo esa tienda muy sercas y tiene muchas cosas en liquidación pero no me dejan usar cupones ☹️☹️me dice la trabajadora que tengo que pagar el producto si lo quiero y si quiero usar cupones que escoja los productos de precio regular le dije que en los cupones digitales no dice que no los puedo usar con los clearance🤷‍♀️ detodas formas todavía tenemos que pagar lo que nos llevamos pero no me dejo usar el cupón y lo tuve que pagar al precio que estaba 👎👎👎

Buenos precios lo único que les falta es personal para que aya surtido en los anaqueles ya que las veces que ido tienen que ir ala mini bodega a buscar según por qué va llegando el producto pero hemos visto que es la mía persona que hace todo desde limpieza ,surtir y cobrar yo pienso que deben invertir para más personal y así lograr satisfacer las necesidades del cliente .
