Kitchenette without pots, pans, utensils, cups, plates, bowls, or even a coffee make. You get 2 towels, 2 wash clothes, a used shampoo, and 1 bar of soap. When asked about dishes, they said they don't provide the.When asked about rewards program, they said they don't have one.The pipes have mildew or mold growing in them and you need to leave the bathroom exhaust fan on with the door closed.Breakfast is at the hotel next door. The coffee machine in the lobby is the instant coffee machine that always tastes badly.On the positive side, it's right next door to a food market. And close to Walmart.

The rooms were clean and simple. There were no amenities inside the room, barely 2 towels for showering. No shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc.. The rooms do have a refrigerator and microwave, but again, nothing else. No napkins, cups, or even tissues to speak of.The noise from the rest of the floor carries substantially. Definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel to a light sleeper, you won't get any meaningful rest.The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly during our check in and check out.

Clean, VERY CLEAN!!! It has all you need with the exception of dishes, pots and pans for cooking, utensils, cups, in room coffee maker, in room hair dryer, the bed pillows suck, otherwise, I DO recommend this place! They have complimentary Bath N Body Works shampoo and conditioner which is really nice and smells great!The staff was nice and accommodating, there is a coffee maker in the lobby, the air conditioner was very cool and nice, it is very quiet inside and outside. I will definitely return!Complimentary breakfast and dinner passes to the Springwood Suites next door, dinner on Monday through Wednesday only though, beer on tap and wine also available. Food was fresh.

Decent location. It's walking distance of Walmart, a grocery store, and burger king. The staff is VERY lazy and incompetent. The lobby has trash and debris. There's a dead rat smell in the back entrance lobby area. The front desk staff never clean the windows and mirrors. Trash piled outside in the front and back garbage cans. The hallways aren't vacuumed. The elevator has had the same trash and debris in it for 4 days. The exercise facility doesn't get cleaned. Coffee and drink machines don't work. Front desk clerk named Jay is lazy and only wants to FaceTime some guy all day instead of being attentive to guests and cleaning her work area and the lobby. Definitely need a new staff. No pots & pans in the room. No shampoo & conditioner, nor kleenex tissue in the bathroom. No coffee pot in the room. Clearly evident the manager of this hotel definitely does not care about it, the guests, nor quality and he's strictly in it for the money. Front desk staff constantly gossiping instead of attending to guests and assisting guests. Laundry facility consistently dirty. The company pictures posted online are very deceptive and inaccurate I assure you 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣.

The hotel staff was friendly and polite. The rooms were really clean and spacious and had awesome amenities such as a FULL SIZE FRIDGE and cook top. The gym looked great even though we didnt get a chance to use it. Best of all they were pet friendly and very very reasonably priced.The only downsized i had was when we went to take a shower it took a good 30 to 45 mins to get hot water. Small inconvenience but overall a pleasant stay.

Great service from the young lady that works night shift very helpful and respectful the elevator smell good great house keeping the hallway the same thing very clean the room was clean and so relaxing especially like us Sand Coordinator out here in the oilfield we need a great place to go relax and lay down comfortable I will using them more often.Nearby activities: Walmart,united store and wing stop,vip bar grill and pool.Safety: Safe place for your cars safe place from crimeWalkability: The back door is closed to the elevator

Been to a bunch of these places. This might be the best yet. Some are run down. This one appears to been renovated with new and modern amenities. The facelift works with non fabric sofa, wood laminate floor, ceramic burners, Moen faucet and very clean lobby. Others have issues, but here it feels more like a upscale extended stay. Keep in mind, like other Woodsprings housekeeping is minimal, you take out your trash, no breakfast. Think of it as a furnished rental for a day or a week or longer.

The place was nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable and liked the decor. Also I forgot to ask for my AAA discount and the girl gave it to me when I checked out so that was nice. All in all a nice evening.

Very clean, very quiet, very cool temperature inside, very clean all around, easy access, parking was very convenient, big grocery store next door, Sonic, Stripes, and Burger King all next door, plenty other eateries very nearby. Refrigerator, microwave, 2 electric burner stove, big flat screen tv with 42 channels dish satellite, complimentary Bath N Body Works shampoo and conditioner, complimentary breakfast at the Staybridge hotel next door, and complimentary dinner Monday-Fridays only.The drawback: no dishes, cooking utensils or pans, no plastic cutlery, no coffee maker in room, no blow dryer in bathroom, the bed pillows sucked big time. So bring your own dishes and cookware because the food at the Pecos restaurants is not good quality. Not sure about fast food, but the restaurants suck!The hotel staff was nice and very accomodating. I DO RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL and will stay here again when I am in Pecos. The prices for this hotel through Booking.com are the best! PETS ALLOWED!

Terrible management. Not hospitable. You need to walk across to the next hotel for breakfast. The keycards weren’t working for 2 weeks and front desk had to go open the doors for you (without verifying room information). The staff is rude and disrespectful constantly knocking on our doors asking for more information. Overall just a bad experience.

It's a ok motel alot of people compare it to candle wood hotel.But no not even close they have kitchenette rooms but you have to bring all your own pots and dishes.you have to pay to do your laundry here.no sitting area outside and no swimming pool.
