Can't speak too much for the gas side but the diesel side is very poorly maintained. Pump 24 has tape around the hose because it's leaking badly. Has a good amount of parking. I'm definitely okay with never coming here again

Clerk stayed on phone while setting up my pump and failed to make the proper pump activation. Went inside and waited over 15 minutes to get the same clerk to help again. He started them left to take care of other customers while I waited another 15 minutes. I am my 70’s and have standing and walking issues. This caused me to have to make 3 trips out to the pumps and spend a very painful 30 minutes between standing waiting for the clerk and pumping fuel. Ridicules customer service.

Place is a total dump. More of the pumps are broken than function on a consistent basis. Lines inside are ridiculously long because they are too cheap to hire enough employees to service the store properly. Save yourself the frustration and go down to the Flying J on HWY 17 two exits down. Better service and consistent functionality.

DON'T STOP HERE! You smell the nasty bathroom as soon as you enter. The Laredo taco is closed, which is maybe a good thing with the stink. DISAPOINTING all arround.

We tried 3 different pumps and none would work. Many other pumps had yellow out of order bags on them. Also I went inside to get a fountain drink. The area was a mess and the cups/lids were not stocked. Then the soda I tried to get was out of syrup. We ended up going over to the Loves.

Stopped here on 5/6/23 at 5 pm for fuel and restrooms. This place was horrible. Most gas pumps were broken, you had to pay inside (it's 2023!?) The cashier was absolutely rude! Not to one family member of mine, but to several and I hope her supervisor addresses this problem. Avoid this place!

Diesel pumps are down, low or no stock on food and merchandise inside. Garbage can over flowing, dirty lot, but large lot for truck parking

Absolutely the worst store that I have ever stopped at. Showed up at Midnight used the Bathroom and it was like a 3rd World Country. The little Orange Bearded Troll that was working was too busy on Facebook and flirting with some lot lizard to do any kind of Work. NEXT MORNING around 10 am Bathroom still not touched...Actually was worse and very unsanitary!!!It took Me 5 minutes to get the no English speaking Taco ladies to understand what I wanted to order as they are shewing flies away over the food. Stood in line to pay for 10 minutes as the Cashier didn't know too much Either!!!Is this what America is turning into? Avoid this Sespool of a Third World Country Store at all cost, I have had a stomach ache and Diarrhea since I left!!! But looking at the reviews nobody cares !!!

Awesome gas station. Was on a road tip, and after being sleep deprived, I locked my keys in my car like a dummy. I called AAA , but it said they would take an hour and a half to arrive. I went inside, and asked if anyone there could help me. The assistant managers sister, Laura, was able to. And she got it done in about 49 minutes. It was awesome, and she gave us a free shower afterwards too. Really grateful for Laura, wouldn’t have wanted to lock my keys in my car anywhere else!

When walking in the door it smelt. The deli food they had out was old and disgusting I will not stop there again I would rather go down the road to the truck stop. Plus the employees were very rude

Every time I come to this truck stop there always seems to be issues. Whether it’s the broken pump handles, being out of DEF at the pumps, disgusting restrooms or apathetic employees that don’t care at all about customer service. This place is not worth stopping at! They always act like they don’t care about having your business. This will be the last time I stop in here!

This a a decent sized truck stop with many options to purchase general goods in amazed at how cheap cigarettes are Jesus ten bucks in California wouldn't get you one pack here 10 dollars get you two packs

Me and my friend went for breakfast burritos and we experienced one of the ladies at this establishment, she was short with glasses, don’t know her name,but she was very VERY rude to her coworkers. She was looking at an order and threw it on the table where the Tack Laredo ladies work at and the burrito opened up on how hard she threw the burrito and yelled THIS IS ORDER IS WRONG! She was disgusted by her coworkers INFRONT OF EVERYONE. Lady has no shame , she could’ve at least avoid being rude and blaming on the lady that makes the burritos. I hope you check the cameras and do something about that rude employee! Btw burritos was good.

Been here 2 days and still no trash removal. Even the trash carts at the truck parking lot entrance are full. Let me guess. Employee shortages. No... Lack of leadership 9s the issue at most stripes. I'm surprised the city hasn't said something about the wild dogs or the trash blowing out of the lot. The wind does blow here.

I tried taking a shower but was not allowed due to filthy restrooms that were not cleaned by the staff and was not allowed in even through open hours. lazy staff and poor customer service! would not recommend anyone to this stripes.

First thing in the morning, stopped for coffee, fuel and burritos. Like the guy who reviewed it before this place is a dump, drove to all pumps and finally found one that works on credit cards and the burritos gave me diarrhea. The worse and first time coming to Pecos, never again.

The restaurant inside here is GREAT!!! Love the breakfast tacos here!!! And the ladies are always nice. The employees of the store are always welcoming friendly and welcoming.
