Really neat place. They have lots of teas to choose from. It is especially nice on the hot summer days. There is also a drive through and they also sell snacks and other items such as coolers.

Love the Almond Green Tea......hubby, digs the Mango fresco and our daughter the mint tea. We purchase our daily water here, too. Love the merchandise. Great ice machine.I had the Marfa Morning Breve and it was absolutely amazing, until they changed the recipe.

Went by to l the drive thru for my order since it’s so convenient however upon waiting it took over 5 mins for the cashier (Alani D)to acknowledge on drive thru after waiting longer than expected she took my order and at that I still cldnt hear her so I ask for my receipt and she rolls her eyes and slams window. Girl was pretty rude and gave attitude and seemed to be bothered by the fact when I asked for a recipt. Employee needs to learn to work on customer service and greeting people

Need to place advisory on outside water dispensary machine that it doesn't expend change. It's not cool leaving 3.75 as a tip 😅

Day workers are not as friendly and pleasant as night shift, service is still fast and the coffee and tea is always top notch! I recommend the blueberry green tea and the marfa breve cafe!

I worked in the area for a couple months watching this area be clearer and then rolled and finally a foundation was being built. I was very excited when a sign went up saying future HTeaO, only to be saddened by the fact I would be removed from the area one week prior to the opening. When I get to drive through the area or pull another job I always enjoy going inside and getting some of the best tea I've ever come across. Great place!

Just visited HTeaO. Loved the service! Never visited before and we felt welcomed by the staff because they explain the flavors they had and the sizes of cups. Will most definitely visit again! Best of all they let you try the flavor before you buy!

Careful ordering their coffee drinks at this place. Finished my drink, and after a lot of ice has already melted, that is how much ice was still left. It was also $5 for this 24 oz cup of ice. Unacceptable.

Arrived at HteaO at 3:50pm to get huge tea with intention of still happy hour. Checked out at 3:56 with paying full price. Asked Devan about the happy hour and she smirked and said it just ended. I will not come back to this location again. Order #34729893

The guy working made me a random tea and an iced coffee and wow it was so amazing. Takes a lot for me to like it but he surely gets my respect for how good both random items were. Will be going back for sure. Probably the best coffee shop in Pecos.

The tea tasted different from any Hteao we’ve ever visited. Machines looked wore out. Stickers were peeling off. Tea looked old and cloudy.

My favorite place to get a drink! Don’t be afraid to ask for heavy or light ice on your drinks, but extra is better ;). The staff are always so friendly and accommodating. Make sure to scan your receipt for reward points on the app!

This place was good at first but the last 2 time at around 11:00am the tea so hot that all the ice melt and dilutes the tea within 10 minutes. Maybe make your sugar free tea a little earlier

Best place to get ice tea !Met the owners very nice, friendly professional people every time I'm working in Pecos I stop and get a tea even if I'm on the other side of town.They also sell coffee ,bags of ice, beef jerky , coolers and mugs all kind of stuff.If you haven't been here definitely need to stop and check it out !

They are so welcoming, young lady in drive thru advised me to ho and sample all the flavors since we were 1st timers. She described what are usuals and all time favorite flavors. I went with the coconut tea with strawberries 🍓 my son choose wild raspberry with blueberries. Both were very refreshing and Yummie 🤤 we are definitely stopping by again!Good job staff

Drive thru experience. I'm visiting so take my opinion for what's it's worth to y'all. The person taking the order only got half of it. When we got to the window she was rude when we asked for the other item. I ordered a medium mocha, half of the drink was foam and there was no mocha taste. Premium price for foam and hot water.

So I went one time and it was so delicious and clean. I Loved it!! Then the next day I went it was happy hour and the cashier charged full price. I had to go later in the day to get refund but no they just gave me a free tea that cost $ 2 something and my refund should of been $5.. so 3 stars it is

Amazing customer service and you can try the tea or combinations before you make a big glass and waste product.Also have a whole line of coffee and they can even make your tea hot!The coffee is good, but the hot tea is AMAZING!!!

I've been coming here quite frequently for some time now. They have a big variety of tea that you can try and mix to your liking. My personal favorite is the sweet texas chai. I very much recommend stopping here, you won't be disappointed!
