Went to Family Dollar to purchase a fan. There were not any on the shelves, so I asked if they had any fans and was informed they had box fans in the back while not what I was looking for. I was willing to accept it. But to my surprise, when the employee came back to the front, I was presented with a pedestal fan (which is what I was wanting) and the box fan. The employee could have simply brought me the box fan and sent me on my way, but she instead she went above what she was required to and gave me an option. Great customer service. Thank you again Hailey.

If this is the Pecos Family Dollar, it was a good experience as usual. Customer service is great and the store is clean and organized pretty well. I can find what I need without tripping over things and staff us always pleasant and helpful.

Not Good at all. Really sorry to say. Never anything on the shelves, dirty no one working, one cashier she is always mad or overworked. Runs out of money. Paper for the cash register runs out and closed the store. Toilets always broken can't go. Spills on the floor. Just bad store

Looked like a tornado swept through the store boxes everywhere can't go down half of the aisles because boxes are everywhere no organization whatsoever it's disgusting does Pecos Texas and the store's have any pride at all.

Always low on batterys isn't that a large profit for them batterys normally have a great profit margin for any retail store get stocked up man your share holders will be happier

The store is a little unorganized & could be a little cleaner & you have to buy your bags if you want your items bagged. I try to Go to Dollar general because of these matters.

The staff at family dollar are always on there phones or in the back in the warehouse and stair at you if you ask for help. The prices are way to high on everything.
