The original lady did reach out so I'll fix stars. The main lady is really nice and understanding to how important uhauls are to people.Original post below:If you need a U-Haul drive somewhere else. They never have internet to rent one, and U-Haul app refuses to upload Texas IDs for app pick up. I have rented 3-4 times from them in 2 months one lady for 3 of them. It was annoying to actually get it done, but she was nice and eventually got it done. Today this other lady just refused to do U-Haul because internet was in and out.A moving truck is kind of a necessity for people. Don't get an attitude when people are freaking out you can't fulfill their reservation when the next closest U-Haul is 40 miles. This is for the lady today not the main lady that does actually try and help.

If you need a towing servive DO NOT use these guys. You'll be sorry you did. As an out of town worker, like a lot of people in this town are, we are here to make a living for our family. Upon leaving a local gym, I noticed a wrecker truck attempting to load my vehicle onto B&B Tow Truck. The "No parking" signs were posted but poorly placed and visible. But instead of driver coming and asking for person to move vehicle, as would've been the ethical thing to do, and by me standing next to my vehicle prior to actually being loaded, driver proceeded to write up towing fee. Warning to everyone going to Iron Man Fitness, Do Not Park in adjacent parking lot as there are vultures known as B&B Towing waiting to make a quick buck off the hard the hard working man.

Bridget saved me from dying of heat exhaustion out in the patch. She was Godsend and very patient. Had some misunderstanding with the directions we gave her and she still showed up as fast as possible with a smile on her face. She was nice enough to let me be the dj on our long trip to Monahans and even called me her passenger princess 🙄. Great company and workers!

First off this company and its employees, equipment are top tier best in the Permian Basin and in my opinion in TEXAS! Harvey and Jeramy have great customer service skills and are honest and very professional in the business! Myself and my company highly recommend them for your tow & recovery needs! I googled tow truck in the area and another local company in (Kermit,Tx) was going to charge me $3k+ to move my truck and chassis from Kermit to Monahans which was only I around 30+ miles. When I heard the price my heart dropped and had to figure something else out because that was ridiculous. I asked my friend if they know a good reasonable priced company and she didn’t hesitate and gave me B&B’s number. I spoke with Harvey and told him my situation and asked for the cost of this move the price he gave me was 10x less than what the previous company quoted me! Jeramy then arrived in a very timely manner and start hook everything up. I then came to thinking it would be more cost efficient for my to bring my truck back home to EL Paso, Tx. The quote that was given to me was unbelievable the price was less than the price the previous company I called to do that short trip to drop in Monahans! Long story short truck was towed back to El Paso, Tx in the safest most badass tow truck I’ve ever seen and been in! The equipment they operate is in excellent shape and spotless! I thank you B&B for being such honest, trustworthy and professional people! I hope this review helps others I own a one truck small business and it’s very hard to find people not to rip you off in every way possible! I highly recommend them and THANK YOU AGAIN B&B HARVEY AND JERAMY!!!

Bridget was a Godsend. She came out to our hotel after the damaging hailstorm Oct 2 and cover the damage so we were able to drive home safelyto Colorado. Enterprise car rental was unable to furnish us with another car due to inventory in Carlsbad and Roswell so we were able to continue on since Bridget covered the damage so we were able to continue on.Thank you sooooo much

One of my trucks broke down and the price was way more than I expected. These people charge way too much! When I asked why the price was so high they said I could pay that price or they could increase the price that they gave me if they wanted to. The customer service is horrible. They charged $1678 to move a semi and trailer 4 miles to their yard and charged a service fee of 3 hours for a job that took less time.

B&B's recovery service is great. I had gotten blown over in a wind storm, and they did a great job in recovery. However, the yard is not secure.When I returned to gather my personal belongings, I found that my rig had been gone through, and I was missing 80 to 100 dollars in change and other personal belongings
