I took my best friend, and first adult furchild to be put down after 16.5 years of life, 15 of which he spent with me. I had never done this before. I had no idea what to expect. I went in the clinic and they asked for his weight (ok) and then they put him on the counter, and loaded the euthanasia syringe. She didn’t explain what she was going to do.. how it would happen.. She didn’t ask if I wanted a moment to say goodbye. She didn’t even pet my old man’s head. She didn’t acknowledge him at all. She said nothing to me and nothing to him, in our last moments together. It was already a HARD day for me, and it was just another day at the office and a dog to put down for her. I would NOT recommend this vet for euthanasia of a friend, as she has no bed side manner or compassion for the dog and owner.

I brought my brindle frenchi beta today after I google vets around the area I couldn't believe there was one with 5 stars. Let me tell you never felt my puppie to be in better hands from now on this is my place to go. If u are looking for fancy building and money sucking Vets this is not for you this is a country caring vet clinic that I 100% recommend.

I never write reviews but I had to come review this place. I don’t care for most vet clinics as they don’t want to help you over the phone and tend to seem money hungry, attempting to make your fur-babies issues seem urgent and that they can’t tell you any info over the phone. As well as some vet clinics act as if you’re “just another customer/patient” to them and could care less about your anxiety over your pets issues. I called Nan yesterday morning and explained that my new puppy had some coughing fits and as well as told her she needed her first set of shots done. Nan began to explain that coughs in a puppy generally aren’t something to stress about and gave me a VERY reasonable price for the 1st shots. I immediately rushed over there to get my baby checked out and was greeted not only by the sweetest kitties, but also the sweetest ladies. Both Nan and her tech (I wish I could remember her name) were EXTREMELY lovely to me and my baby and I felt super comfortable the entire time. They didn’t make me feel crazy about worrying for my puppy and treated her with such a loving and gentle touch, as if she was their own pet. I will definitely be returning and this is now the vet clinic I will swear by!

I took one of my Cats here yesterday and I LOVED the Dr!! She was very informative on what the problem was and the treatment that she gave him. Not to mention all of her own sweet & personable pets there! I felt very comfortable with the whole experience and I plan to use the clinic for all my Cats needs from now on!!!! :)

Dr. Beeler and her staff are fabulous.We have a Pomeranian mix pooch who had been going to a local vet. There were a couple of instances when I felt my Pom needed to be seen within a day or two and his normal vet indicated that they could not see him for two weeks.A neighbor had posted about Pecan Gap Pet Clinic on Facebook and seemed to really like them, so I called.They are awesome. They were able to see my baby the next morning (even though he was a new patient). Dr. Beeler is wonderful. She took time to thoroughly examine our baby and identify the problem he was having with his ear.We now have a new vet. We will be driving an additional 15 minutes to get to Pecan Gap Pet Clinic, but it's worth the trip.

These two ladies are great with pets. You can tell they love animals and the work they do. My male puppy gets car sick so she even allows me to take the medication home so that he doesn't vomit on the way home. Will always use this vet clinic.

Seems like good people.Cut too much nail and the dog bled however that dogs owners shouldn't wait so long for nail trims. Not sure it was vet's fault thinking it was owners fault. But felt bad for the dog.

After moving to the area a little over a year ago, we had been searching for a good veterinarian. We tried other veterinarians in Commerce and Sulpher Springs, not that they did not do a good job they just were not a good fit for us. A coworker suggested Dr. Beeler and I couldn't be more pleased. She is very no nonsense yet extremely compassionate. I do not feel as though I am trying to be upsold and her prices are very affordable. Dr. Beeler has a genuine interest in the well being of my animals. I will be a customer of hers as long as she is in business. I highly recommend her veterinary clinic if you are searching for a good veterinarian.
