Large parking area for truck drivers that's clean and well maintained. Very well lit at night. Nice! The inside and the ladies restrooms were tidy as well. Everybody was just so friendly and helpful! Excellent customer service! BUT, I have to give a very special shout out to Ms Margaret who made the absolute best steak fajita quesadilla I have ever had. If you get the chance,  stop by and let Ms. Margaret hook you up! You won't leave hungry and you won't leave disappointed!

Petro's have a nostalgic feel to them. Whether it's the arcade, movie room or old school decor, i feel that they offer something extra outside the norm. The night cashier, Jia, was friendly and seemed to like her job. Very helpful and refreshing after a long haul. The parking lot is huge, plenty of space, even late at night. They have tacos at this location, bit bland but ok. Coffee was good. On the downside, they dont keep up with cleaning the restrooms so this may not be the place to shower. The floors could use a deep clean. Why truckstops dont have a dedicated custodian is beyond me. I kinda agree with a few posts about the taco lady, she needs to work on her customer service.

Plenty of parking here. The restrooms can be cleaner but over all it’s a good stopping place for either a break or overnight parking. The Burger King is a plus but should consider staying open later.

I am OTR and ❤️ LOVE this Petro! Easy, quick fueling, great tacos, awesome and quick shop, and easy ample parking. There's even two motels connected if you need a room. Don't understand the petty negative reviews, the bathrooms are old, so what?

If i could rate with a negitive # then i would!!! The cashier attendants were were super rude, and I went out of my way to be super polite towards them even after dealing with their bad attitude. I wanted to have 1 single beer while washing my laundry. They told me I couldn't open My beer up there. So I took it that this meant in the front of the store, in front of the public. So I waited till I was back in front of my washers and away from the front of the store, and I got 2 sips into the beer and those same ladies had already called the police on me. Thankfully the officers were nice, respectful, and understanding. They found a way where I could finish my laundry, pour my beer out and then I had to leave. Sad it was over one single beer though. I'm a 6 time disabled combat veteran and I feel I earned the right to take a 34 hour rest break and wash my clothes and enjoy a nice cold beer while I do this. She wouldn't even be able to have any of her rights or privileges in life if it weren't for past, and recently retired soldiers like me. I will never return to this establishment again, I recommend all others do the same!! Explains why they can't fill their truck parking!!

All in all, a good place. First off, the shop was exemplary. Got an ultimate PM and everything was done correctly. They actually did the things that they’re supposed to, unlike most other TA shops. The two techs, along with the girls at the desk, were friendly and welcoming. The store was clean and well stocked. Can’t vouch for the showers or restroom. Burger King was fast, hot and fresh. My only complaint is the parking. Although there’s a lot of it, it’s designed awfully tight in the aisles if it’s full.

I got $800 in fuel and was told I cannot get a shower for free because I don’t have a loyalty card that’s their policy not sure when that started. The only way I was able to get a shower was by paying $16. The girl at the counter Jia was very rude. Dismissive turns her back to you runs her mouth throws her hand up like she’s putting it in your face, this younger generation it’s crazy.

As over the road truckers, we see all kinds of truck stops and Petros are normally one of my preferred places but this one is one of the dirtiest I have seen. Not trashy, but deeply imbedded dirty, grime that needs a sanitation team. Both ladies restrooms were in terrible condition, toilets had difficulty flushing, I couldn't get hot water in there, the dirt and grime build up in the cracks and crevices was gross. The floors throughout the facility appeared very dirty as well. Just sad.

We stopped through here to get a PM done on our 2017 Cascadia and the technicians took great care of us. We were under a load, and pressed for time, and they were able to get us in within 15 minutes and provided quality service. Tomas and the manager Sandra, worked with us to clarify the new changes with the PM price, and honored the the price that we had been paying before as a one time courtesy. Our technician who worked on our truck Blas, took his time and performed a thorough Pm. If you are looking for quality service and a knowledgeable team, make sure you check out this Petro location.

12/11/2022 around 1230. Another schithole by Petro. Card readers don't work at pumps. Toilets don't flush. No hot water at the sinks in the shower rooms, and the shower just drizzles, no matter what setting you try. Go somewhere else for fuel and a shower.

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS. The building had a smell when u first walk in, then both of the men's bathrooms were beyond despicable. The smell was outrageous and there was no signs that the bathrooms had been cleaned in Days. I tried both bathrooms when the first one was a failure but the second was just as bad. This whole establishment is a shameful waste.

The facility was clean, the staff very friendly. A huge thank you to the manager on duty 3-22-22 @5:15pm. I looked through my credit card statements. I seen an abnormal charge I didn’t recognize! I spoke with her and a few moments later she had identified the charge and cleared up the confusion!! Thank You!!!

Cashiers on the morning of 10-8-23 super rude the short one on the cell phone while trying to cash the customers out the other heavy set one just doesn't know how to talk to anyone and I got charged $8.65 for a scoop 1 freaking scoop of eggs and potatoes never stopping here again.......

Lots of parking in a clean lot. Friendly staff, clean rest rooms and clean showers with no wait. There's a BK and an O'Dells deli with Mexican food along with the other stuff they normally sell. The building has a good floor plan so you can use the rest rooms, the lounge, game area and laundry without walking through the store to get to them. If you aren't getting a team shower you can use the showers without going up front too by using the kiosk.The showers were clean, hot and roomy, but they could use an update. Still better than some newer showers I've used on the road.

The semi truck parking offers very hard to see lines in the day time and none at night. The showers were nasty and had hair everywhere. Very disgusting! Not to mention their overpriced uncooked and overcooked tacos. If it’s not one thing it’s another. I will never stop here again!

Waited for about 3 minutes for someone to respond at the scales, went inside and there was a cashier all by herself doing nothing. Some young girl with what looks like prison tats. She was nice and other than not responding to the scale she was great.The parking lot at this place was empty all night. Maybe 10-15 trucks, and it's a decent size lot.Showers are clean but the same old out dated showers at pretty much every TA.They have a little taco and burrito stand inside. I got two burritos and they were pretty good. The morning staff is up beat and helpful.

Lots of parking still available last night at 23:00. Went in this morning and had some very delicious tacos 😋. (Tortillas were not rubbery like Stripes and Taco Palenque.) Also, the lady that was making the tacos was very nice and the best taco maker!! I will be stopping here more often that's for sure.!! Thanks for making my morning great!!

The TA Truck service shop was very helpful. My Rig wouldn't start after they checked one of my drive tires. They ran diagnostics on my Truck and were very helpful advising me on what I should do, since the repair was going to need to be done in a dealership. Wesley was a real big help. Christy was extremely nice. Great job.
