Worst pawnshop ever! I tried to sell my items for some quick money and they couldn’t even offer what they are worth. The management is horrible too. Always seems like they have attitude and downgrades your items. I wouldn’t recommend going here

This pawnshop sucks snd honestly not going back i hate repeating the item that one couldn't understand i had said it loud and clear you still couldn't understand what it is like really dude you shouldn't be working there i can tell how some are just being rude oh we cant take that when i know yall can sell pretty much anything Im glad i had went to the other one they we're really good and knowing what they are looking at period!

i have nothing but good things to say about everyone in this Pawn Shop !! I have been in the customer service business my whole life so I am very critical of others and from the very first time I walked in I have always been treated with the outmost respect and courtesy never been ignored by anyone!! I have been coming to this pawn shop since it first opened and everyone has always been so good with me. Great customer service. The new management is awesome. They’re always so positive every time I walk in and prices on almost everything in the store are reasonable. 10 stars for the New guys !

Very professional. The atmosphere is appealing in every way. The employees are very courteous and not only do they explain their policies, but also take the time to converse with you about your day. The manager, Christopher Flores and Emilo working the counter, go above and beyond to ensure that customer service is at its best. Overall, I highly recommend the Pearsall location

To start a off they are very snobby and very rude the girl in the front with her fake eyelashes that aren't glued on correctly and fake burnt blonde hair the manager is even worse called ahead of time and didn't even bother to come out to see what I had to pawn do not recommend do not make the drive to this pawn shop

I want to say that I believe national pawn is your number one stop for more than what you're looking for, in my own experience in trying to find the right place to stop for my own needs I tried buffalo pawn in lytle and found that even coming from the manager that they could use a little bit more in the customer service area without that you have nothing...I'll keep my business on the most local and for a much better experience service with national Pawn and jewelry in Pearsall Texas!! : )

This is one of the best pawnshops around this area. The staff was very helpful! John and Mercedes are 2 of coolest people in pearsall.10/10 stars, I’ll most likely be back here to Pawn a Kidney or something .
