Our first impression is good. The store as well all aquariums are extremely clean!It looks like a family owned store, the team look very organized.Carlos was nice and helpful.I’ll update the review in few weeks.

I finally found a Fresh/Salt water shop that has it all! Extensive selection of fish, Extremely clean and organized, SUPERB customer service (Especially Erick and the Cuban owner) from Corals, to amazing plants for your fish tank you wont find anywhere else, to a BIG SIZE Demo Fish tank that shows you how big the fish you are buying will get! Genius! They have a Demo in Full adult size of every fish they sell, so you can have an idea of how big of a fish tank you will need over time. I could go on and on, PRICES!! Lets talk prices! I spent $116 and was able to purchase 9 different exotic and Unique Fish, some I had never even seen before! I seriously spent more time trying to decide which ones to buy than driving to this place haha. Definitely my GO TO place from now on for all my fish needs. You guys should expand your business in the League City area my friends.

This is what aquarium stores are meant to be! Well stocked fresh, salt and coral tanks. The layout allows you to walk around and comfortably check out the store. Dry goods are well displayed, offer a wide variety and pricing is competitive. I have to elaborate on the corals a bit more. Tanks are FULL of a huge variety, from beginner to expert. The prices are clearly marked and species labeled accurately. Staff are very customer oriented, offering advice and tips. As a long time hobbyist, I've seen the best and the worst that Houston has to offer in the way of "fish stores". The Fish Bowl is top of the list!

Great place for saltwater, reef, and freshwater needs. Carlos and his family and staff know what they’re doing. They do maintenance, too if you need that. He took care of all my 20+ tanks when I went out of town for a week. Didn’t lose anyone. All my babies (reef, brackish, discus, cichlids, shrimp, everyone— were happy as, well, clams when I got back. Of course, cuz he knows his stuff. Taught me a lot when I was a beginner. NICE selection of corals! I moved further away from them. Haven’t been in a while but it is Definitely in my plans to get back there asap! You can trust these peeps! Can’t say that about every place.

These people are great at multitasking and keeping things straight. I went in and was all over the place. I got stuff for my new freshwater tank and bought their pre-set up saltwater tank. They even allowed me to change some items they had in it. they are knowledgeable and will tell you what works and doesn't or if you are getting too much for your tank. I am so impressed! They even helped get everything out into the truck. It was a LOT, but they have lifetime customers now.

This is an awesome place to buy either fresh or saltwater fish, fish aquariums or aquarium accessories and or decorations. Super clean aquariums and store. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Not to mention they sell freshwater and saltwater.

A must see LFS for any Aquariust!My only regret during my visit to this freshwater and a Marine store was not having a few hundred dollars to spend while I was there.Located just a few minutes south of South Sam Houston parkway East off of Texas 35. I found this store just by chance somewhere on Facebook. Decided to look them up since I've visited so many LFS's in the Houston area. And I do give props to plenty of other marine shops out there.I was immediately impressed upon walking in and seeing not only a large lineup of products, but also a clean and appealing. Look inside the store. A large selection of both marine livestock and freshwater livestock, and don't even get me started on the coral! I've seen things in this store that I haven't seen at any other reputable LFS.All of their staff members were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and willing to take the time too attend to any questions I had. A+ for service guys.Now I will admit I didn't spend a whole lot of time viewing the freshwater livestock as my freshwater tanks are full. But both their display tanks and their livestock tanks for the marine and plant sections were quite impressive for the size of the store.One of the first places I've been that had a dedicated section for clowns, anemones , invertebrates, and saltwater fish. With multiple species for each.Plenty of water chemistry materials, different foods for fresh or salt livestock. More than a few different tank purchasing options, including planet aquariums.I will myself personally be returning as soon as possible!I just can't say enough about how much I enjoyed my visit and beating myself up for not being ready with a lot more to spend than I did.

I’m glad I decided to come down to this store. Their staff was always attentive making sure I wasn’t left wondering aimlessly through the store or if I had a question. I will say I did buy a few coral and they did have some parasites on them. When I got home one of my fish had ich. This happens so I did my coral and fish dip like you’re suppose to with any new livestock and they are fine a day later with no issues. I cannot wait to add them to the display tank.

Old man sitting outside the store giving me the death stare. I parked at the very end of the parking lot and he stared at me from the second I got out my car until I entered the store. He even came in the store and watched me some more. Very odd behavior. Must be racist definitely felt unwelcomed. I will spend my money elsewhere.That man was not 83 and he was an employee. Fish Bowl and More did a great job delivering and installing our new 120 gallon Saltwater Fish aquarium. They are very professional and the best LFS in the Greater Houston Area. If you want anything related to Fresh or Saltwater Fish go to Fish Bowl and More located in Pearland, TX.

First time they were nice and amazing last Spring. I was told to come in the store and pick some nice sized fish when i got there they were busy but never got help i went somewhereelse and bought $400 dollars worth of fish. I had a appointment today for 10:30. At 11 ish I called they said they were running late. I was told because my tank hasn't been cleaned by them in a while I would have to pay way more. The father and son was amazing not sure what has happened.

I stopped by a few days ago and the staff was welcoming! The store was clean and they have great prices on coral and livestock. The younger lady there helped me through the process of purchasing a few things. I highly recommend this place!

Great family own business located in the Pearland area. The staff are very nice and professional. I have bought lots of fish, corals, and tanks from the owners. The tanks were installed, set up, and ready to go in no time. They also offer aquarium cleaning services that really makes your tank shine.

Friendly staff greeted me when I entered. I think that they recently moved here as the saltwater tank section looked like it was still getting some lighting and some tanks were waiting for fish. Overall a good selection of both marine and freshwater goods as well as livestock.

AWESOME!!!Pleasantly welcomed...as my husband and I entered the front door by Manager and friendly staff! 2ed visit within a week!They were eager to help with ALL of our needs and questions! I will say"THAT STORE", has a LARGE QUANTITY of fish and"SUPPLIES"... of ALL!!! Awesome 😎👍😍 displays of "saltwater fish and freshwater" desires! We can drive 5min.away to another fish 🐟🐠 store that doesn't have any fish to choose from, but we drove 25 minutes away and we've got AN ABUNDANCE TO CHOOSE FROM!!!SOoo... worth the drive time 😘HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Just started my 10 gallon tank and the guys that works there is amazing! He’s very patient with all the questions I had and guided me throughout the whole maintenance & process of how to proceed as a new tank owner. I always passed by here and now that I officially started my tank I thought I’d give this place a try other than driving to any other fish store.. BEST DECISION EVER. Thank you so much! I will be back for more fish & maybe soon upgrade to a bigger tank haha. Y’all are awesome!!!

These guys have everything and they deliver!! Serviced my 50 gallon tank and upgraded my pump and installed it for me and all!!! It was time to clean it, but since I'm new to the filter I wasn't comfortable cleaning it so they serviced it again and showed me how to do it but I much rather have these guys do it for me, and cleaned up any mess if any, great for our business, they were in and out

Swung by The Fish Bowl by recommendation of the owners of Bay Area Exotics and man was I glad I did! They have a huge variety of fish and corals, as well as full tank setups available. We came in with very little knowledge of what we wanted/needed but left with so much more. Huge thanks to Erik and the rest of the staff who assisted us, he definitely made us feel welcomed and shared a lot of good information to us to prep us on our new saltwater adventure. Will definitely be coming back soon once we’re ready.

Louis and Eric are the best professionals I've came across thus far doing maintenance on my tank very knowledgeable and take their time doing the work they didn't just come for maintenance also gave me information that was very usefull that I wasn't aware of....
