The Pearland PSP is my favorite location! The owner and staff are super kind and very very knowledgeable!I bring my 10lb poodle mix for grooming and they’ve taken great care of him! They even let me know when he was becoming anxious in his kennel, so that I could come sooner. You can just tell they really love the dogs and the clients that come through the door!

Went to their groomers for the first time. My dog is skittish around buzzing noises but needed a professional groom because of her dry skin. The team was patient and loving with her. I’m so impressed with not just the groomers but the variety of items and affordable products in the store it’s self. The manager was kind and helpful. The whole staff was. The store was bright n clean. My new place for all my pets needs.

Great store with a very friendly and attentive staff. Though not as big as a PetCo or PetsMart, they have a good variety of items. We utilize the self-service dog wash fairly regularly. "Toenail Tuesdays" are also a great value, and the grooming staff are wonderful. They also have fun, informative events on a regular basis. Conveniently located next to a Jeremiah's so our dog can get a free pup cup too!

I tried out this place for the first time and I'm very pleased with the service received. Needless to say, I'll be making this my regular store now. I brought my pet in for a grooming service and they did an excellent job.The store is big and well-stocked. You will definitely find what you're looking for at this store. Most of the aisles have supplies for dogs but they have plenty of items for other pets too. They have live animals available for purchase - fish, etc.The best part of the store is the self grooming station they have. You can give your dog a bath and it costs much less than full-service. They're stocked with shampoo, conditioner, towels, and blow dryer. No more having to deal with pet hair in the tub at home.The staff is friendly and helpful. I really liked this place and will be back.

Prince Akeem (my puppy) and I just love Pet Plus! They recently had an event at their store and we loved it! Vendors, adoptions, free merch….oh my! Prince Akeem enjoyed himself and so did I. I was able to bring my family to visit the store during the event.Thanks to the owners for helping me find the perfect pair of shoes and helping with placing them on my baby!

Great pet supply store- an amazing alternative to impersonal big box and accommodates all sorts of dietary requirements. Cute toys too. Our little one loves his milkshake squeaky toy!

My family loves this place! Specially my two kids! :) their employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. Place is always clean and organized! Their washing stations are top notch and budget friendly for a quick wash of your furry friends! Poor communication from employees in regards to buy 12 get one free promotion. I was told by employee "Just put in your phone # and it will track purchases" After over a year of buying same bag of dog food every two weeks, I was told I had some other program I should have signed up for to get rewards. Love supporting small business, but customers service like this makes it very hard not to order off of the internet....

Your staff are very UNWELCOMING. From the very beginning when we walked in the cashier seemed upset. I have a husky so by nature she howls a lot, the cashier looked annoyed by it. I walked in about 6:45-6:50 to shower my fur baby, and the website says they close at 9PM. When we paid THEY did not disclose that the showers close at 8PM. One of the other staff told us at 7:50 that they were closing at 8PM. Which is fine, rules are rules however it was kind of a bummer. My husband and I rushed out of there, I couldn’t properly clean my area either. Maybe a heads up before paying would be nice. For sure never coming back to this place.

First time visiting this pet supply store and the customer service was beyond wonderful Josh immediately welcomed me and provided valuable information throughout my visit, took the time to help me register online for further discounts and benefits along with informing me of the clearance they had going on. Went in seeking one thing and purchased so much more due to all the sales! The cashier Max helped me load the heavy dog food bag as well. I will absolutely be back many more times in the near future!

I am very pleased with Pet Supplies Plus grooming by Ana. She did an excellent job grooming my Shih Tzu grand dog. She was very timely and even called me to confirm cutting my dog’s fur a certain length. Great job Ms Ana! Thank you for making Prada look so cute!

Horrible horrible horrible customer service last night from the manger Michael he singled me and my family out because we order dog food twice in a week! Ya I never knew you couldn’t order from a store twice in one week we shop at this store on the weekly basis due to use having 7 BLUE HEELERS This particular time, my husband ordered 2 15 pound bags of dog food and one week which was Monday and yesterday he started talking to us about fraud, and had nerves to ask us Why didn’t we buy the 50 pound bag which was none of his business we use the same card every time we make a purchase at the store since we’ve been making purchase I might’ve used my card once or twice inside the store but it was buying something totally different when we order online or buy dog food, we always use my husband‘s card so I didn’t understand why he felt the need to talk to us about fraud. If our card always go through and our purchase always get paid for. This was the most embarrassing experience. Not to mention I’m nine months pregnant. I was totally embarrassed to feel singled out and to feel like we were doing some type of stealing of some sort when we use the same legit card and our payments always go through!!!

Pet Supplies Plus opened up fairly recently in the neighborhood and it has been a game-changer having a pet supply store near our house. We take our three dogs to get grooming here and every time it comes out great. The store looks clean always and there's enough parking every time I go.

Horrible customer service! I came in a few weeks ago, purchased a limited time discount package of 5 dog washes where they give you a punch card and gave my dog a wash that day. Unfortunately, we have lost the punch card (perils of a 1 yr old playing with your wallet) so I came in and explained my situation to the guy at the counter. He pulled up my account, verified my purchase and admitted that they're supposed to track if you've used your washes digitally in the system. He also explained that he did not have the authority to give me a new punch card but that he would at least try to comp my wash for the day. I asked if I could speak with the assistant manager, who also admitted that although they track in the computer if you've used your washes he could not replace the card or let me utilize my remaining washes due to the small print on the card stating the customer must present the original punch card. Also, he rescinded the other employees offer to comp my wash for the day and said best he could do was sell me another discount card for $40!Overall it's a disappointing experience as I thought we had found a nice neighborhood pet store to frequent. The fact that they verified my original purchase and that I've only used 1 of 5 washes, but refused to replace my card or comp a dog wash is poor customer service and short sighted. I've spent well over $100 the two times I've visited the store but I'll be taking my business elsewhere now.Also, it's 2023. Why put the onus on your customer to hold onto a small punch card when you have technology to track a customer's account, purchases and visits? I doubt I would have this issue at PetSmart

I love this place. All the staff there are very helpful and amazing! I have to give my biggest praise to Amber. She really has helped me and my husband out with all of our questions & concerns for our animals. The hospitality she has is so warming and the way she just draws you in with her personality and stories makes you feel like you’re at home with a friend. The prices aren’t cheap but the quality of the items we purchase are great! We always get a warm welcoming when we come in and never went more than a walk through the door’s moment before we were being helped. We definitely recommend this store to anyone in search of a great home for your pets needs!

order dog food on line got charge42.99 minus my 10 dollar cupon so it came out to with tax 35.70 But on the shelf for the same dog for was 39.99 when said what the deal no honest answer. then when the so called asst manger mike said he spoke with my husband about auto stuff.that a lie. never spoke to mike since issues with lisa over same issues customer service is lacking big time and argumentive period!!!!!!!! been a customer since the day they open up in pearland all we asked for was 3.00$ back on diverence which led to excuses and argumentive attitudes had to contact cti credit card lol

Please be very careful of what groomer you use. My dog was shaved to almost bald, was nicked in several places, bleeding and all, and was shaking so badly when I picked him up. DO NOT i repeat DO NOT use LAUREN as your groomer unless you want to find your dog full of cuts, visibly scared and bald. He is also extremely irritated all over his body.

I've been in a few times recently and have always received genuinely helpful and kind service. The DIY bathing stations are easy to use. Ana with grooming deserves a special acknowledgement for not only helping me, but mostly for being extremely patient and gentle with my anxious dog, Rose. Rose does not like having her paws touched and Ana was able to grind her back nails (a first!) and trim her front ones. I definitely recommend this location!

I took all 4 of my poodles and doodles to the grooming facility and they were absolutely amazing and VERY reasonably priced! Best rates in town and I've tried just about all of them. I've already recommended this place to numerous clients of mine! A few of my clients have went there as well and loved it too!!
