I had a horrible experience at the pharmacy here about 2 weeks ago. The pharmacy was out of a medication that I needed and I asked my cashier why I wasn't notified. The cashier next to him named Andres said rudely "you were." Then when I replied that i wasn't again after checking my phone he once again was rude and said yes you were. I then asked my cashier what the phone number on file was and it was a number that I hadn't even heard of. After that I asked him what his name was to report him he said "my name is Andres, can you read? Can you read? Do I need to spell it out for you?" After that I replied that I wasn't stupid which he follows up with "well, looks can be deceiving." I have NEVER been treated so poorly by anyone in customer service in my life. Will not return to this location for any of my needs.

Walmart for me is ok, this is one of the few where the ladies in the deli are polite and helpful. My problem is this. I am a 57 year old who caught Covid in 2022 that left me with congestive heart failure, kidney failure and lung failure. I can only take about 15 steps before I have to stop and rest. My mother is 78 years old. We could not get a working electric sit on cart so we both had to push carts all around the store. It was taxing for both of us. But what really irks me are the 2 people I saw riding on the carts that seemed ok. One was a black lady who wizzed by me and actually said to me, I'm Ok, why I have no clue. The other was a young Hispanic lady who was riding her daughter around like they were at Disneyland. After spending $655 we asked for help loading the car and it took at least 15 to 20 mins for them to get us some help.Walmart you can do better!!!

I’ve noticed they are horrible to the older staff. Every time I go they have the elderly cleaning the bathroom and hearing them groan in pain from bending down and cleaning the toilets. The elder can barely even walk I see them limping and hunched. This Walmart had no morals. They have the young workers in the front standing, doing nothing, not even tending to the registers. This is the worst walmart and they always think everyone is stealing it’s ridiculous

I worked here for a 3rd party link staffing back in 2011. They were remodeling the store. I was helping for 2 weeks there. A group of people showed up one day and started harassing me until I was Fired by the end of te day. I am still upset to this day because of of how bad I was treated by this company.

I have been doing Walmart pick ups for awhile now. Milan has been very respectful and attentive when putting my groceries in, sometimes it is crowded, and have longer wait times, but I haven't had any issues with my orders.

I found it very odd to have the floors cleaned during peak shopping times. Management should schedule that for off peak times as it means I won't want to go to the store as often if am already having to dodge not only other customers I have to dodge a huge floor machine.

Bought a battery from them in March 2023, I installed it to my Honda , bought the car 4 years ago without having any problems with it, only when installed the battery , car caught fire from the battery side, it was total damage in august 2023, by caught in fire. I filed a claim, but they denied it, did not give me not even a penny back or partial refund . Although the battery has one year warranty. It was a BAD Battery.The sergeant and security guards witnessed that from the beginning, they even called fire department to put it off, I went inside the clinic to pickup medication, but when came out it was on fire, I gave them the sergeant’s phone to call when filing the claim, but to no avail with them.Sent them several emails without any response.VERY BAD customer services. !! AVOID !!Btw, it had only liability insurance, So I lost everything. I hope it doesn’t happen to anyone out there.

This Walmart is well stocked and very organized BUT the people that hang out in the parking lot approaching you for money, asking to sell you their food, and ask for rides is off putting. It’s unsafe and makes me feel very uneasy.

Walmart has turned in to a hangout spot for everyone w a blue vest. If u stop and look around all the employees are looking at customers do their job. Southmore Walmart is the worse. I hate hate hate that ghetto store the worst one in Pasadena. Don’t try and stop me at the door cause I never stop! Walmart employees are extra extra lazy

The lines were very long. The self checkout was card only ( which was understandable). Waited in line for like 20 minutes at a regular line to pay cash. They didn't want to give me the price on some sodas that was on the sign and tried to charge me a higher price. And then didn't give me my change when I paid with cash.

Where do I begin on the lack of customer service at this Walmart, yes I take into consideration that I went to this Walmart at night but it is a 24-hour Walmart and I saw a minimum of eight staff members standing around doing nothing with one checkered Line open that had a line a 15 + people. Going down the clothing aisle in the men's section there was no organization stacks of t-shirts were put in the for sale Section for 599 yet you get up to the register and that's not the actual price a friend of mine bought blueberries that were in the $0.79 section turns out that was incorrect and they are actually $3.49 and that leads me to question what all those employees are actually getting paid for seeing as they're not doing their job. All in all I had a terrible experience I would strongly suggest anyone looking for a Walmart Drive the extra distance to go to any other Walmart other than this one.

The store was somewhat cluttered become the state of a point the checkout stand will you do yourself check out the ladies that are there are really rude one try to tell me that I didn't even pay for my stuff when I have paid with two purchases one cash and one my bank card and she took my stuff for me telling me that I didn't pay while I had my receipt in my hand then proceeded to take my stuff to another cashier so they could call security but once the other cashier scene where I was she knew she saw me pay for it so gave it back to me so I really don't have too much to say about just be careful if someone tries to come up to you claiming you stole something when you didn't

One of the worst Walmart around employees don't want to help when asking for help looking for a item And on top of that the first employee that you see will be the same employee on the way out as she asked to see you receipt and only to select customers maryann was rude and racial profiling something needs to be done with this employee but Walmart won't care they'll continue to leave her at the door with a slap on the wrist

1st I received a package from my baby registry and it had package damage it was minor so no big deal but when I opened it there was supposed to be 3 bottle's one was missing and the other didn’t even have a nipple. So I googled the hours of the store they say 11 online got there at 10 and was told customer service was closed. So it was overall a super big waste of my time. Very annoyed I think they just didn’t want to do their job.

Stopped by this Walmart, worst mistake I could have done this morning but another Hispanic for not speaking Spanish. This greeters name is Cosume, and he refused to let me leave the store without a receipt, him knowing I dropped the receipt started giving me attitude. Spoke with the manager Miss Laura, who had a attitude after I reported the incident. She told me if I got a problem call 1-800 Walmart. The attendant at the self-checkout picked up my receipt and handed it to me, I approached the greeter and was told I did not need my receipt. I asked him to please check my receipt and make sure all the items on it were in my bag and he refused to do so. Some people's goals are just to make somebody's day uncomfortable for whatever their reasons are.Alright Walmart and all that are reading you have a good day

The place is ginormous! Went in looking for a printer and some office supplies. Not only did they carry those products but they had a good variety of what I was looking for! I found the perfect printer, paper, presentation folders and a few odds and ends. I walked out knowing I got a good deal and had taken another task off my list. You can always depend on Walmart for great prices and good products!
