Dropped of my daughter’s prescription they said they would have it ready in 2 1/2 hrs only to find out they weren’t in contract with my daughters insurance very unprofessional they did not tell me until 2 hrs later had they told me when I dropped it off I would have taken the prescription some were else .

I feel like I'm walking into "Cheers" when I come here...they know my name!Always someone available to help me find what I'm looking for...I love the convenience of being able to get vaccines here rather than making appointments at a Drs office...they have a lot of special offers like buy one /get one half off,etc.

My neighborhood go to pharmacy..even though its not 24/hour open and knock on wood but they employ a great staff who have always provided helpful friendly service. Some of my Medications must be ordered so far no problem because I understand they're dependant on who provides and delivers to them. For a corner neighborhood Store & Pharmacy they provide a great selection of products and services.When Vaccination time first began they were patient and friendly and did not rush answers to the questions I had. Boosters on other Vaccines pop up on your profile to which they first ask if I choose to receive. on one I did become feverish when I called the pharmacist took the time to explain. They practice current precautions which I personally feel good about it and when certain prescriptions need a consult the pharmacists patiently explain and ask if we had our own concerns. They also have curb side pick up and will request those using spaces for anything other they will ensure the space becomes available. Sadly lazy ignorant people do not respect the Handicap parking or curbside. Keep up the good work Walgreens.

I drove up to the drive thru to pick up my prescription at 8:35 pm. Sign states pharmacy closes at 9:00 pm. On the website is states it closes at 10:00 pm. The lady did not acknowledge that I was at the window, she picked up the cash box and walked off. So rude!! Did not get my prescription, have to return tomorrow morning, even though I had plenty of time to get my Rx. Customer service is literally out the window these days.

Went in for a refill, the meds were out of stock and had to be ordered, no big deal okay. Ordered the refill. Got told it was ready for pick up after being delayed another day, cool. Got to pick up and they gave my meds to another person. Failed to mention they had two people that needed the same meds and just only ordered one and gave the other person it instead, despite me calling fpr 2 days about them. Super annoyed and very frustrated.

Always good service from the employees themselves, but odd thing about the automated refill system; you get a refill reminder call, okay the refill, get an update call because dr has to be contacted, you call pharmacy to see if it's ready, and they have no record of this refill request. (Tech on duty offers to make the call herself.) So the "live" people are still doing what the automated system failed to. Very confusing.

I love Walgreens for their coupon and points! Even though the location on Spencer is closer to home I love coming to this one for their sales. Yesterday I had stopped at the location on beamer and bought personal care items in order to get my 7000 points. Upon looking at my reciept I realized I was a couple dollars short. So I came to this location to return my items and repurchase them along with more so I could reach 20 dollars. I was taken care of by an awesome lady named Leslie along with a manger whose name I can't remember. Leslie was soooo amazingly patient with me! And incredibly nice! They both went above and beyond to help. I've had nothing but good experiences here and all the staff I've encountered are super friendly and helpful! I will continuously be coming back here.

Went for passport photos, the girl didn't tell us they were going to be $15, I would of gone to Wal-Mart, they do them for $7 and I thought that was overpriced at $7. That's crazy you buy photos for 20 cents but a passport size is $15? I got robbed lol

Had a prescription to pick up they said it wouldn't be ready till the 20th I just switched there to the Walgreens on southmore all my medications it was supposed to be put on auto refill they failed to do that this month English prescription I was supposed to have ready they said it was out of stock couldn't have it till the 20th go to pick it up still don't have it a man there tell me I'm not the only one that picks up that medicine and if somebody else needs it they have to get it and I guess you don't which means me even though I was told twice they have it ready on the 20th and today the 21st they sent me a text this morning they still don't have it out of stock but I know that man is doing this on purpose cuz I just told him everything they've done wrong since I've been there he didn't want to hear it once I get that prescription I would never go to that Walgreens again quotes it's just my family or neighbors either they were extremely rude

Clean store but the older lady that is at the register is very rude!!!! I asked for a price check and she answered me very rudely. Left all the stuff I was going to purchase. Never going back!

I am so so disappointed...enough to say I will not be back...for a very long time...I will drive out of my way before I return here...I am not a big coupon person but the few I have you would think they would take...they have huggies on sale says online coupon ($2 off one package) I clipped it and asked the manager!!! Will it take it off of 4...yes if it doesn't say there is a limit.... (no LIMITS on the coupon) however I get up there and nope takes it off of only one... not only does he check out 5 other customers before lookong into my problem he then says no can't take it....are you joking me...but before this I asked about a toothbrush I also saw in the add with digital coupons he couldn't find that one either omg so his excuse for that one was that it might be one of the several misprint that Walgreens had are you joking me so this is their excuse now for not honoring adds....Oh it's a misprint.... like that's my fault....walgreens so so disappointed! #walgreens #disappointed #singlemomproblem #thissucks

Not a 24 hour location but is a nice Walgreens with friendly staff. The pharmacy department does an excellent job. Most of the employees speak Spanish.

Floor manager not doing their job . No cap limit on shelf wouldn’t sell me more than 4 Lysol . There was no sign stating there was a limit . Manager never apologized for the confusion.
