This location there isn't anything wrong with it except for the store manager and the district manager they don't respect their employees at all how do you expect your employees to bring in customers and keep the store in order if your store manager is being a push over and district manager is expecting the store to be in order all day as if their haven't been any customers. The shift leads go above and beyond for the store and get no respect and are probably under paid walgreens for bettet

This has always been a place I’ve always gone. But I will not go back about 2 to 3 weeks ago I was there with my wife she went inside to get my son’s prescription. She didn’t have his Medicaid ID number but she did have his dental number card which is the same thing when it comes to Medicaid... she constantly told the pharmacist “JOYCE” and Joyce claimed constantly that the number wasn’t working. I need his medicaid ID number not dental. The same day the doctor asked me to bring his dental card since his Medicaid card was lost and it’s the same number. Which we constantly told her, for some odd reason it wasn’t working . And when I asked her to try to again she got an attitude. I knew this number was going to work because She had use it at the doctors office the same day which she told her. She claimed again it wasn’t working handed it over to the main guy that was there that night as well. He asked “ did you put a number right” she was like yes!!!!’ So once again for some odd reason it wasn’t working they told me to “come back in the morning we’re just gonna have to call“ my son had a major cough going all night I needed the medicine ASAP. To Me it didn’t make sense So I went to the Walgreens down the street and told the pharmacist what was going on. He cleared and re-typed the ID card number and he said “ wow what an easy fix they had the last two numbers switched. I don’t know why but this person named Joyce shouldn’t be working back there.. my wife ask you to please can re-type in a number three times and you get mad and still get it wrong. I feel like it was on purpose and for that being I will never go back.

Every time I go to pick up a medication, they say there are problems with the insurance, I try to pay cash and a generic drug that costs $8 they want to charge $735 AND IT IS NOT A BRAND. Incredible and absurd. I do not recommend this pharmacy.

Nothing specifically wrong with this particular store. But there is something wrong with Walgreens as a whole. When their computer is down for a full day they just stop selling anything and stop doing any vaccines or tests. It's as if no one ever sold anything before they had a web site? This mismanagement will lead them down the same path as Sears.

Soo.. apparently they don’t sell beer to grown ups here. My mom is in her late 40’s and she was asked for her ID in order to buy it, which of course she did! Even when she showed her ID , the cashier didn’t accept it because it was “expired”. Like first of all, you’re a cashier for Gods sake, you don’t work for the FBI! The point of showing the ID is to show proof she’s old enough to drink... I’ve also noticed that this same cashier, doesn’t ask everyone. She doesn’t ask some teens, which she should! Discrimination? I think so.

Great customer service up front and in departments. Pharmacist PHILL goes out of his way to assist and help. Not a real busy store so no lines unless they have a rush come through. Much, much better than 24 hour store on Spencer @ Burke or even Southmore and Burke.

Review on pharmacy only: very disorganized with scripts in terrible disarray. It took them 72hours to fill one of three scripts submitted. When I requested my other 2 scripts returned so I could have them filled at HEB (I was going to transfer all 11to Walgreens to be closer to home) the VERY rude pharmacist stamped their logo on them so they couldn't be filled anywhere else! Who does that!! This particular pharmacist needs to perhaps transfer to the back of the store without any customer service since SHE made it evident just how miserable she is.

Rude pharmacist on the phone wouldn't give me a minute to get my RXBIN number and was saying "That's not enough information" and now they won't pick up when I'm calling back to give them my insurance information.

Rude manager wow the way she treated me was horrible. She made me feel so stupid in front of other customers. I even went home and cried horrible customer service. All she does is take smoke breaks and be rude.

The pharmacy here is soo slow...there can be no people inside and no other cars in the drive thru and they will still make you wait 15 min just to help you, then once you give them the prescription wait another 3 -4 hours to come pick them up..once you come pick them up make sure to be aware your going to wait another 30 to be helped out..

When I ask if they will have my medicines at a certain time, they answer me truthfully. If yes, then that's good, but they also told me that until tomorrow or the day after and I liked that a lot. Thank you
