Don't buy any dog food or anything cause if it's open they won't take it back my dog used a 1/4 cup and she doesn't like it it upset her stomach and since it's open they won't take it back

Grabbed a dog leash no price tag no customers behind me at the register. Employe said sorry can’t sell this to you no tag. Have to grab something identical to price it. Bad customer service and I spend money there all the time. 😡

This location doesn't have a community board for advertising like most TSC's do. Staff didn't seem interested or understand why that's important to the clientele that shops at TSC's brands. Appreciate the stores that do this just isn't one of them unfortunately.

Very big and nice store. Friendly staff greets you. Nice selection of products, lots of cool stuff to look at. Shelves are stocked well. I can find things at the Pasadena store that I can not find at the Baytown, Liberty, or Crosby store. I really love this store!

Just had a really sad interaction with the manager Rosanna. I realized the bag of dog food I purchased had a hole in it once I got it to the car. It looks like Tractor Supply tried to tape the hole. I asked the cashier if I could exchange it, and he said yes. He said he needed to make his manager aware.Rosanna was wildly rude to this cashier. She spoke to him like a child. I’m an employment attorney so these things don’t sit well with me.I ask Rosanna if she’s always this rude to her employees. Let’s just say it turns out she’s actually just rude to people, including me.There is truly no need to be so hostile towards your employee. He was simply asking a question.I could go on about how bad my interaction with her was, but I won’t. I hope upper management provides this woman some management training before she causes a lawsuit for this company. I’ve prosecuted managers for less than what that woman did.

Was told nobody there to load a dog kennel would have to wait 20minits so i did . After 35 minints asked the lady again if she had anyone yet she said yes then walked off offering zero help. So now after 40 minits i walked out and will go spend my 1000 dollars at a store that wants my Business

One of the employees there, Brittney, was super helpful and courteous. She seemed to know where everything was in the store, and had great advice for my gardening questions. Now my garden looks better than ever, which is a lot. The neighbors constantly give me compliments on it, but in all reality, all kudos go to her. If green thumbs are real, she got 4 of them.

I am a frequent shopper at tractor supply as well as a preferred plus member, meaning I spend thousands a year at TSC. Recently they opened a location in Pasadena, much more convenient than the one I had been going to but convince does not make up for the rudeness of their cashier. I was going to buy a bunch of feed and alfalfa and price match it as I always do, price match from murdochs I might add. I was told, by the cashier, that they only price match home depot and harbor freight, definitely not their policy. I showed the cashier the policy and she questioned where I got it from. I told her I got it from your website and she said she can do it just this one time. Again, going against their policy. I showed her screenshots of my price matches for the feed and alfalfa and she inspected them under a microscope. She then pulled out her phone to double checked my price matches. That was the last straw, not only was she going against their own policy but now she was basically saying that I was less than trustworthy with my price matches. The company name was clearly at the top of the screenshots as well as the web page address. I am not one to usually leave everything behind, especially after loading everything up and waiting for them to get more bags from the back, but I did, I left everything there and walked out. I am VERY disappointed in how I was treated at this store and will NEVER be going back. For an added bonus the managers were listening to the whole thing and did not step in to assist or to correct their cashier. I will take my money elsewhere from now on and I suggest others do the same.

My Husband and I went to Tractor Supply Pasadena on 11/07/2022, to purchase dog food. One of the employees' Darryl Barnes assisted us with our purchases and other items we were looking for, he was OUTSTANDING! He was as humble as they come. Very professional willing to assist offered suggestions on items. This young man NEED to be recognized for his excellence in customer services.
