I used the Solutions website to identify that I had pharaoh ants. Watched their video on what to do. Ordered Spectre 2 SC and Ant Trax bait with quick delivery. Followed directions and no sign of ants now at 12 days since first bait application. Thank you Solutions!

I went in looking for the quart jug of termite killer, they no longer carry it. They only carry the gallon(s) size and it costs over $150.00. It's a huge container, more than I need, it could be a 5 gallon container, I'm not sure.They have changed things around in there since I was there last time, a few years ago. It just seems really high priced now.

Their online ordering system is horrible and I ended up having to place the order over the phone. When my order arrived, it was leaking. They offered me a partial refund for the problem and it took two weeks and three contacts to get the refund. I will never do business with them again.

Company violates federal mandates on shipping hazardous materials. In late October 2023 they shipping Pyrid aerosol, a hazardous material, via UPS Surepost, which prohibits shipment of hazardous materials. In doing so, they were in violation of Federal mandate. They should have paid the higher rate for ground shipping. When the product arrived to me, poorly packaged and damaged, they reluctantly refunded my money for the product but refused to reimburse my shipping costs, which were 2/3 of the cost of the product since I responsibly shipped the aerosol back to them via USPS Ground. Don't use them.

I ordered a month ago, I immediately got tracking information but the product was never shipped out. I’ve contacted them multiple times, no one wants to take responsibility and just send the product out to me. Now I have to contact my credit card to try and cancel the purchase. I should have paid the extra money with another business because I would have received the product and would have had my yard done weeks ago.

The lady was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, I went in for flea treatment for my dog and my elderly neighbor's dog and both our dogs stopped scratching within 2 days of being treated! I will be returning when I run out of my products!!

Solutions Pest & Lawn delivered my order very quickly. This was my first order with them, and I ordered a few bug lights. I was concerned there would be some damage with as much glass as it contained. I was very happy to see that there was absolutely no damage to any of the items we ordered. Everything was packaged very well. I would highly recommend Solutions Pest & Lawn for your DIY pest control projects.

I had a mouse in my garage and I didn't want to go to Home Depot so I chose this place. I'm glad I did because they had everything available and then some. If you have any problems finding what you need in big brand stores go here and the people that work there are very knowledgeable and don't mind assisting you with any problem that you might have versus looking around and trying to locate someone for assistance.

Neighbor told me about Solutions Pest & Lawn. Order lawn supplies factory direct, cut out the middle man and save some money. Sounded good to me. Got on their website and placed an order for three bags of fertilizer and a bag of ant bait. No indications that anything was out of stock. Two days later I received an email stating my order "was on its way" and providing a tracking number, but indicating that it could take two days for the tracking to go live. Eight days later the tracking still hadn't gone live, so I emailed to inquire. They replied that my order "hadn't quite shipped yet" as everything was backordered. They hoped to have the fertilizer "soon" but had no ETA on the ant bait. They asked if I wanted to cancel the order. I replied that it depended on what "soon" meant, as I was rapidly moving through the window for fertilizer application. I told them that if they could have the fertilizer to me by the end of the following week (another 11 days later) they could keep my business. I did express disappointment that their email that my order was on its way was blatantly untruthful. Two days later they said they would not have the fertilizer in time, so I canceled my order. It took another 6 days before they refunded my money. Bottom line, they wasted 18 days of my time. Would not do business with them again.

I purchased (online) some herbicide that came from the Pasadena, TX store. After being informed that it was running late and was told the order had been cancelled (by me), I bought the product somewhere else because I needed it on time. The store wound up shipping it, but I didn't need it and wanted to return it. They told me that I would have to pay the postage to return it. Lost my business for life.Service: Bee extermination

Products we ordered were damaged in freight and it also did not work properly due to design issues. We spent almost 3 thousand on a product we cannot even use. The management is not responsive and they do not care. It has been weeks trying to get this resolved. I should have read all the previous reviews before purchasing. I received a damaged bottle of pesticide with approximately 25% of the contents being spilled during transit. Although the company determined the bottle was damaged by the shipper, they still refunded my purchase as the actual bottle was not useable. This was extremely gracious and I would not hesitate to do business this company again. A special thanks to Lance in customer service for working diligently to resolve the issue at hand.

I made the mistake of ordering a product on backorder. I don't have time to wait on the product so I canceled my order. What I was wondering is why if the product is not available do they take your money instantly and when talking to them they state it can take up to 48 hours to refund your money? Have ordered from company many times and will continue to do so.

If you live in Texas, I'm sure you've seen those big old Texas sized cockroaches. Which is fine, but where you don't want to see them is in your kitchen pantry! I immediately drove down to Solutions and asked for help. The salesman was nice and listened to what I was asking. He took time to explain the best course of action. I even called back to double make sure I was doing everything correctly. And I'm stoked to say, other than a dead roach, we having seen another one in the house.

The Pasadena TX Solutions store had the lowest price, easiest website for ordering, best customer contact, and the product arrived expeditiously. Exactly what I wanted when I needed it. Great product selection of super long lasting pesticides for moscatos, fleas ticks and chiggers that last several months after application. Ant, cockroach and termite protect that lasts a year,. Best I've ever found. Helpful, Knowledgable staff as well. .

I have purchased products from this company online in the past and was honestly surprised how quickly everything arrived. However lately things are not only not delivering but you cannot get anyone to communicate with you. I have been sending emails for a week and have sat on hold with customer service for over an hour with no one returning my call for an order that I received a shipping notification 2 weeks ago. However, FedEx only shows the shipping label was created and that the shipper never actually shipped my product. Well they certainly charged me for my product. So I can’t cancel and yet I can’t get my product. Since I can’t anyone to respond I don’t know the status of products I’ve paid for. Nothing was on back order either. This is a very poor way to run a business.

I ordered something and Solutions had trouble getting one of the components in stock, so they sent me something different instead. I contacted customer service and they admitted they were substituting the component and offered me a partial refund. While I wish they would have been more honest upfront about the specs of the product, I appreciate the effort to make things right.

I needed to know how to get rid of tent caterpillars and webworms. Everyone there was very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. They answered all of my questions, and explained the proper procedures. They re-explained when I asked them to. I will start going there for all of my insect and pest problems.

This company processed my online order and even provided a tracking number. When I didn’t receive the product after more than a week I contacted them. They stated they were out of the product and it was on manufacturer hold. If that is the case, how did you process my order? How and why provide a tracking number if the product wasn’t shipped.Fix your website function to not process orders for items you don’t have. It’s not complicated to do.. I don’t need to lend you my money interest free for something you don’t have and can’t provide.

I have over 300 apple trees and needed to find a store to purchase the Dormant Oil Spray and other Chemicals to use on my Orchard. The company had a great price, on time delivery and great customer support. One bottle was damaged in shipping out of the 6 and I contacted them and sent picture and they refunded me the one bottle. Very professional and responsive. I like that in a company. I will be using them again even though I live in Ohio. Better to support the smaller companies than give some of their profits to Amazon. I even got a personal call from Jorge (customer service rep) and he was great about taking care of the customers. Thanks for taking care of me.

Shipping of my purchase was delayed for over a week with no communication and when I reached out they said there were damage issues on their end and were not sure when I would be reshipped my product. I asked if they could expedite shipping since I had been waiting so long or offer a discount for the delay and trouble but they said no and would rather just cancel my order.They were very quick to respond once I brought the issues up but I would definitely not use the company again given their lack of willingness to offer solutions to a problem on THEIR end.

I ordered the PT Alpine online and waited 10 days without shipment. One day after the order was placed, an email arrived informing of shipment with tracking number and solicited Google rating. Ten days have passed and I called and was told "it's manufacturer delay..." I wanted to cancel the order but was told to wait another day or two before the cancellation can take place. Nothing else was offered. Why a two-day wait? You took my money instantly when the order was placed! If there is no inventory, why sent shipment info and asked for Google review? This is just terrible and I won't want to do business with this company again nor recommending it.
