So my dog is very scared of thunder and times I can’t be home while it’s thundering I book my appointment in advance ! My dog has gone through 4 cages and even ate my door and house because he is so fearful to storms , I was trying to find a way to make sure he is safe because I’m not home all the time I started looking into daycare for him . I came across red bluff pet resort and I gave it a try and I absolutely love it , they are very familiar with dog thunder phobia I was worried my dog would some how escape a seven luxury glass kennel or try to get out and brake his teeth again (yes again ) but nope there luxury sweets are very safe there’s no where for him to bite , they even sat and hanged out with him for a little bit while the thunder was happening I of course kept checking the camera during the storm and loved the way they treated my baby . Thank you red bluff pet resort !

We got our fur baby from a rescue with matts and a painful recovery from neuter incision. He has not agreed to having anything brushed near his business. Brittney has made us and Loki feel so comfortable and he came out looking beautiful. 😍 can not thank Brittney and the staff enough for making our boy feel beautiful and special!

We couldn't be happier with the services we receive at Red Bluff Pet Resort. My Coco is a medically delicate baby who requires meds twice a day and they take fantastic care of her when we board her. She also gets groomed here by Alyssa and she does a beautiful job keeping up with my Lhasa Apso's hair, we get compliments on her hair cut everywhere we go!

My Duke has been going to Red Bluff Pet Resort some 6 months and is now 5. Everyone is very nice and goes out of their way to make Dukes boarding time great. Which makes us feel great when we have to board. Duke loves group play so much!It’s definitely his time to socialize with staff and other dogs. Highly recommend!

I have boarded my dog Petey many times over the past five years & have always appreciated the service received. My dog loves to go to Red Bluff. He is always well taken care of. He loves group play with other dogs his size. He is groomed by Betty who does a great job. I use the Vets there also and very happy with them. We have seen all of them at one time or another. It is a comfort to know he is taken care of & happy when he stays there.

Trooper has been a frequent group play attendee for the past 7 years. He absolutely adores the staff, the dogs and the place. The entire staff is very friendly and kind. I definitely recommend this place to everyone that has a dog. Prior to the remodel Trooper would love to go and get all muddy. Now they have a great outdoor area with a pool and many activities for the dogs he loves it even more. Thanks RBPR :)

I have brought my dog here a few times, the first 2 visits were good, I told everyone how great this groomer was, the 3rd time the girl who helped groom my dog was rude and basically talked to me like I was stupid, I got in trouble for not coming in sooner. If she only knew I had to save up to bring my dog in, it’s not cheap and I couldn’t afford it sooner. I haven’t returned since and don’t plan on using them again!

Absolutely LOVE bringing my Penny Lane here for group play and boarding! Not to mention we thoroughly enjoy the holiday themed photo shoots they offer! Penny is my super energetic husky mix so I take her to group play as often as possible. She always falls asleep on the 5 minute car ride home so I know my money is well spent! The staff is always kind and friendly and so good to my baby. RBPR is the only place I will take my babies!!

I will continue to take my rescue Jewel to the Pet Resort when I need to board her. She also really loves to go visit the Group Play, and she must play hard. She leaves with a happy to see me wag and an almost immediate nap on the way home. One Happy Pupper!

Took my husky Jake to get fully groomed for the first time here and his groomer Ashley did a phenomenal job. I appreciated her services knowing how tough Jake can be in taking a bath. Will definitely book here again 10/10.

The daycare and training staff have always gone above and beyond to take care of my baby chief! Chief loves the entire staff and I love that he has a place to stay at while I am at work during the day. He gets his potty breaks and playtime and the staff is always so patient with Chief even though he can be a handful. We just finished phase 1 of training and he has come a long way! Chief's behavior used to be very rambunctious and destructive along with pulling on the leash when we would go out walking. Now, he has gotten ALOT better I felt so hopeless in the beginning and embarrassed but now I can confidently take him out on walks and our lives have improved greatly. Thank you guys for all your hard work everyday and I cannot recommend them enough! -Ashley M.

In all honesty, Red Bluff Pet Resort exceeded any expectations. I have been homeless for the past 6 weeks and they took amazing care of my babies! It has been a struggle, high stress and then getting sick on top of everything. The staff have been so understanding and patient with me. They communicate so efficiently and care so much for my babies. Even the vet and vet tech's took great care of them as well. I finally brought them home this past Monday and we couldn't be happier. Thank you so much. I can not thank you all enough. 10/10 I would recommend.

We had a fantastic experience boarding our dog Draco with Red Bluff Pet Resort over a long weekend. The reservation process was smooth, and the online portal is easy to use. He was initially nervous being at a new place, but the staff took such good care of him, that he came back home happy and tired out from all the play time he had! The report card we received at the end of his stay was detailed and lovely, and showed that the staff really got to know him and gave him lots of love and attention. We'll definitely board him here again.

Looking for an exceptional Dog trainer?????During covid my husband and I decided to pull the trigger on adopting a beautiful German Shepard from the local shelter. We figured with the extra time at home we would be able to knock out training in no time. What we were not prepared for was this sweet pup straight off the streets loving us and our home so much she didn't want to share it with anyone else! Apparently Molly has some fear based anxiety issues that caused her to see anyone or anything coming to our home as a threat. Molly would go totally bonkers barking and lunging at ANYTHING that passed our house. This was obviously a issue.After interviewing several trainers and hearing various approaches to correct this behavior we chose to work with Danielle Hawkins not only because she seemed confident in her knowledge and skill set, but because she mentioned that she also had trained her deaf German shepard with sign language! That sounded like serious patience!After coming to our home to assess Molly and see her behavior in action, it was very clear to us that Danielle is extremely knowledgeable! She taught us how to help lower Molly's anxiety, watch for triggers, and be the leaders of our own little pack.Turns out we needed the training more than our dog! LOLIn just one week of implementing Danielle's suggestions Molly's anxiety had been cut in half. By implementing some of the desensitization exercises, she went from barking all day at anything outside, to barking only 9 times the entire week. After the second lesson she can now watch the mailman drive by and not bark. Truly miracle worker stuff!!!!!Because she is now seeing us as in charge, she is more playful and just seems much happier in general.We just finished lesson 3 and still have a fair amount of work ahead, but we can see light at the end of the tunnel for the first time in two years. We feel so lucky to have found Danielle! I took my German Shepherd and my Wire Haired Doxie to the groomers. FANTASTIC! My GSD sheds so much BUT after our visit 4 weeks ago, the shedding has been cut back dramatically. My Doxie needed a potty trim and that was done well. Happy, happy, happy.

I took my 11 month pup to get his nails trimmed. I called ahead to get a price and I was told it would be $16 and extra $10 fee if my pup is difficult . I arrived and the front two ladys weren't to welcoming even when I stated it was my first time coming to them for services. The groomer was very sweet and helped me not be so nervous for my dog. I mentioned he had been cut by a previous groomer so he would be nervous with her. She was confident she can get it done and she did! My dog came out happy and trimmed. The groomer told me he was nervous and all she had to do was rub his head for short amount of time. She then told the front girls to charge me regular price of $16 but for some odd reason it became a problem to one of the front desk girls. She wanted to charge me $26. She then told me she needs to speak to her manager . I wasn't to happy but I don't like conflict so I kept quiet just to hear her make the phone call to her manager who also agreed to charge me the extra $10. Even though the groomer said it was not needed. My dog was not difficult.. I uncomfortably paid my $26 for just a nail cut ... no extras .. sadly it ended with a disappointing experience for me . Money hungry place . In response to the resort. I do remember my time there. That being said the groomer did a great job she was QUICK & never once did she describe my dog difficult she glady said she would work with him again. My time there was long your right about that but what did take so long was the the disagreement of how much to charge me. I sat there waiting for some time with my pup in your lobby for yall to figure out how much to charge me and yes you were there also but you stayed in your office in the back. While your front desk girls called you by phone to figure this out. You gave the go ahead to charge me that fee when the groomer herself said it was not necessary. Your employees need to communicate better with each other.The groomer explained it all perfectly to me & never once did my she say my pup was difficult. So that was some lies on your part. Why would I go back? What an uncomfortable experience. Have these conversations in private not infront of customers. Happy Holidays.

We have been bringing our pets here for years now. Great staff and my dog enjoys going to group play there. This is also the place where we board our dogs. A great one stop place for everything your dog needs.

Between my son and I we have 4 dogs{2 Pomeranians, 1 Schnauzer and a Staffy). Joanna from grooming has been grooming our pets since birth. We have followed her since 2007 to every location she has been. My Pomeranians don't get groomed by anyone except Joanna. Early this year my 12 yr old Sophie passed away and Joanna groomed her and now still grooms my 14 yr old spencer and my son's dogs Lola & Sebastian.Joanna is very professional but considerate with our dogs. We hear horror stories with groomers but we know we can always trust Joanna. If we get future dogs we will always take them to her to get groomed.

WOW From the drop off to the pick up the process was amazing. The hotel is CLEAN and very well kept. Austin and the entire staff PROFESSIONAL. When i picked up my babies they smelled great not dirty or doggie smelly. I will definetly bring my babies back even for just a day off. The price was also great i got the best of three worlds VALUE, Great Service and No gimmicks. AWSOME.

dissatisfied because I specifically told the groomer not to cut my dogs head hair and she did and now they both got flat heads from the back and one ear looks longer than the other one, I had already taken them before and a previous groomer had done a great job and did not cut their head hair as instructed

My dog was hurt by the groomers here today. They claim it couldn't have happened at their facility, but something happened there. She just got a bath and a nail trim, but somehow she came home with these abrasions and cuts on her leg and foot. Accidents can happen, dogs are wiggly, if they had just told me, I think I would have understood, but their denial was really upsetting.

Love this place, my babies are always happy when they go to group play or when they stay for boarding. Staff is always happy and very helpful, love that they always remember all the dogs names. Also love that they call your vet to get vaccine records, so no worries if I forgot to take them.

I love Red Bluff Pet Resort! My dog is so excited to attend group play. She has a wonderful time and comes home worn out. The staff are friendly and loving. They tell me how my dog’s day went and who she plays with. One day, my girl got sick and one of the staff held her until I could come pick her up. RBPR takes pictures of my dog for different occasions, such: Halloween, Christmas, Valentines, and Easter. They are terrific! I can’t imagine taking her anywhere else!

I love Red Bluff Pet Resort! I take my do there for group play. She gets so excited when she realizes where she is going and has a wonderful time while there. She has made lots of friends (other dogs and staff). I have also taken Callie for training with Danielle. Danielle is terrific! The staff is friendly, loving, and caring. One day when Callie wasn’t feeling well, they called me and held her until I could come pick her up.

I have been coming to this place since I had my dog ​​almost 3 years ago. I drive from Missoury city. Today I came to my appointment scheduled for more than 15 days of waiting, and I was approached by the women at the reception where they told me that I had to pay a $30.00 fine for an alleged failed appointment. I was shocked because this woman refused to receive my dog, she wanted me to pay her $30.00 in advance I explained to him that I was not prepared to pay anything at that time but I told him that I would give them to him, There are two more employees who can testify to my version and my words, When he refused, I asked to speak with the manager, after about 15 minutes of waiting A woman arrived who identified herself as the manager and I told her what had happened and this woman was worse than the previous ones and there are two witnesses from that same place who witnessed everything. We’ve always gone to red bluff pet resort for boarding then it turned into going in for grooming. They’ve been great so I thought I’d try their behavior modification training services. It was a little dicey at first as my German shepherd mix (aka shelter special) was not having it at his first day of training. I would have completely understood if they kicked him out. However, Ash saw potential in my wild child. He thrived under her care and training. She not only taught him so much and made such great progress but she taught me a lot. We worked through his separation anxiety and learned a lot about his needs. I thought my 5 year old pup was a lost cause but she made such great progress with him. He will definitely continue to go to red bluff for play and further training in the future. I would recommend Ash to anyone who is looking for a dog trainer !

We love this place! Our chocolate lab for here at least 3 or 4 times a month for group play and she also stays there whenever we need to board her. The staff is GREAT and our dog is so excited to go here. We also use the vet next door to them and have for 30+ years. Highly recommend both of them.

My girl dog does NOT appreciate anyone cutting her hair especially around her eyes and ears but this resort did a fine job. She does not like her nails trimmed but this placed did an amazing job. First time here but definitely coming back. They took good care of her. She was scared to go in first but when I went to get her back, she had some sass in her. She was happy. I am happy. Thank you to the amazing staff at this resort for taking good care of her.
