When in to get dog food and got out quick cashier was polite and fast scanning the stuff. Dog food 50 lbs and 4 dog food cans.

Terrible experience. Went for my appointment and the Manger was so rude and unprofessional I actually walked out. If Robyn is treating their Customers this way I can only imagine how she is treating the Pets. She continued to interrupt me while I was speaking to the groomer after I asked her serveral times to please stop interupping me. Then when I was telling the groomer I would be close by if she had any issues, here she's comes again saying oh no it's gonna be hours before she's done, seriously. I was going next door to Kroger and shop, and you're telling me oh no... I finally tipped and thanked the young lady trying to help me and took my Dog and left.

I bought 6 fishes and they die the same day. I came back to the store the recommended me to by some drops and told me they wouldn't die again so o bought the drops and 10 fishes and they die withing 2 days so I came back to the store I they did do absolutely nothing for me I even had pictures. Trust me next time you want to buy live fishes go to petsco.!!!

Horrible lugar, fui por primera vez aquí pensando que por ser un lugar reconocido me iban a dejar a mi perrito bien guapo y no me le cortaron ni el pelo de su carita, las uñas bien largas se las dejaron, todo el pelo disparejo, y les reclamé y me dijeron que el perrito ya estaba viejo y no le podían quitar mucho pelo, muy poca empatía con los animalitos, menos 5 estrellas daría yo .. terrible..y aparte como asustado, me arrepiento de haberlo llevado pobrecito.
