I took my newly adopted cocker spaniel for the full grooming session.Everywhere we go people would always say was a pretty girl… my cocker spaniel is boy. Long story short my boy looks AMAZING!!Dawn graciously walked me through what I wanted for his grooming appointment. Dawn was kind enough to share her knowledge about cocker spaniels and in the midst of talking about my pup’s quirks, she was able to cut his hair accordingly. My dog is a beautiful boy dog and I am extremely happy with the service. Definitely coming back.Before and after photos.

Took my senior dog to get groomed today. Groomer listened to her needs and my wants and I think it was a great first visit. The cut looks great and she took the time to talk to me before and after the appointment to make sure I was satisfied. Will use them again for grooming in the future.

Great new pet store in the Pasadena area! The cat section is on the skinnier side, but the store has about 8 aisles for dogs. Biggest selection of fresh dog food I’ve ever seen as well. The story is tidy and has a lot of selection.

Awesome store! Super clean and very stocked up! Workers are friendly and non judgmental with my foster dog who’s learning out to be out in public! Met the owner and he was so nice! Didn’t make it a big deal about him self unlike other pet store owners.

Came in to say that my wash card that I paid for got lost at the dog park because I don’t carry my wallet with me when I go. So I politely asked for a card from a nice lady at the register and wanted to give her my number so that she can pull up my account like they do every time before stamping my card. I have purchased many of these cards before. But the lead shift or rather shifty lead decided to interject and say no immediately. Saying that the cards are worth $35 over and over again as if they aren’t a piece of paper that you punch holes in. Thank this man for losing a repeat customer. I’ll just go to tractor supply co from now on. Rude as hell. You can check my number to see I have plenty of washes left. Stay away

This place is amazing, I brought my Great Dane in to get his nails trimmed and the groomer actually called our vet for me to get his vaccination records over there! They are so nice here, I definitely am making the switch from petsmart to here

They over charge me the first time return my money and did the transaction again , it was wrong again . Groomer was told to groom a certain way and she did not ! She acknowledge it apologizing , but she has already done what she wanted !!!

I love this place because its so close to home, but last time that me and my boyfriend went, we seemed to get followed around the store when we looked at something almost as if they thought we were going to steal and it just overall ruins the experience from how uncomfortable we felt even just looking at stuff. We would literally turn a new isle and the girl would be right there pretending to fix something and just listen & watch us shop. Also would stare extra hard at us from the register I literally locked eyes with her so many times because she wouldn't stop staring. I got a few things then left, but yeah my experience that day was just uncomfortable and not very welcoming. We love this little store but thats my only complaint especially since we have been there so many times.

I have been brining my Imperial Shih Tzu here from her first groom. Second time in, I had new groomer and I absolutley love her. She has cut Wicket's hair to the style of which I asked and continues to be awesome. Wicket also has no issue going here to have her Spa day. The hair style which I use is not your typical shave for this breed. Her cut is on the fancier side and I think commnuication is important as well as the dogs ability to tolerate all the noises. Thanks for loving my little Wicket!!!

Stopped in on the way to pick up my new puppy. Grabbed a crate collar and leash and the picture of the dog food the breeder had the puppy on. They had the same brand just not flavor. I asked cashier if they had the dog food showed her a picture she said they didn’t carry that brand. I said well you have several shelves just not the same flavor. She goes oh I didn’t know that 🤔. She started checking me out and it came up $16.00 more than the price tags on the shelves. I said why is it so much that’s not the prices on the shelves. She said those are prices for reward members. I said never mine and left.

Worst customer service, worst grooming… made an appointment for my 6 week old Yorkie I could not wait comes time for her grooming appointment was canceled because groomer had family emergency understand reschedule.. comes time of my puppies appointment got canceled because emergency funeral.. weird but ok.. rescheduled for Saturday appointment. O called to make sure the process of dropping puppy off everything ok. Mind you when I made the first appointment they knew my dog was six weeks.. when I am dropping dog off they asked how old is my puppy I say weeks. They say Sorry dog has to be 8 weeks…I say well tomorrow she will be 8 weeks they say they can’t take her because it’s a liability!! I walked away had nothing to say. I had lots to do this morning but did not knowing I had an appointment. I was driving away and upset I called back to speak to manager (Reese) comes up told her all this and she can only say sorry. I told her I will put a review.she said do it because they did not want problem customer. That I was a problem customer! Will not ever be back! Do not support this business! Worst ever..Hello 👋 ownerI called back today 1:30 and tried to get a hold of you. Since I just saw your message to call you.Gaby answered and insisted that there was a manager I said who is the manager she said Reese I said no that’s fine. So she proceeding on getting my information for you to call me in the middle of me providing my number the person on the other line says I spoke with the owner and he is aware of the situation. I was confused I said sorry who am I speaking g too and she said the manager I asked your name and she responded you know who this is. I said well I am calling to speak to the owner. She has an attitude when speaking to me. This manager has no people skill and does not know much of customer service.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars, 1 star is way too much. They do not know how to deal with anxious dogs to groom them. My dog is very friendly and walks up to anyone and she was all of a "sudden" snapping at them. They're not gentle and don't know how to handle a dog with care so that they aren't scared. Don't bother making an appointment, they will turn you away as soon as they wiggle around a little bit when carrying your dog.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. A huge variety of all pet food and supplies. I was very impressed with the store. I will definitely be shopping here from now on for my pet supplies. The best part they have a self pet wash station fully equipped with everything you need to bathe your dog.

Nice place. No issues. A little crowded space. I can’t say it’s priced better or worse than most supply stores, but it’s placed in an area that doesn’t have one so that’s good.
