I been coming to this dollar tree for the longest time since its the closest to my house. Today i took my grandmother with me. She had to use the restroom, the manager “Steph” told her the restroom were closed. Not because they werent working but they dint have public restrooms! This is a lie. I been in that restroom plenty of times even tho it is not the cleanest but when you gotta go you gotta go! I even double checked with the other cashier and she was rude about it.I asked if she had the key to the restroom and she said “ yall asked her(steph) and she said no” and i asked her “dont yall have public restrooms?” She said “the manager said no” i was so pissed off i asked her for the managers name and she mumbled it low. I asked her for it again and thats when she said “steph” . This is not cool, it was an elderly women who had to use the restroom, imagibe it was a kid. They cant hold it like everyone else! Not cool dollar tree. Yall need to train yalls employees in customer service. If we dont shop here then yall get no business, then they have no jobs! Super pissed! 😡

Shout out to the two ladies that work the morning shift. This is the neatest dollar tree that I go to. I will wait until I go to work just to go to this dollar tree and I live on the other side of town, it’s always organize. You can always find everything you need. Good job ladies.

This dollar tree is my go to, it's the closest to my house i come all the time ! I know there is 1 or 2 employees who aren't as nice as some others but they doing their job keeping the place clean !The restroom is open to use, if there's no to lift paper you just let a employee know, they will either grab on and put in the restroom themselves if the restroom is unoccupied. Or if the person is related/ friends they will tell you to grab some and give it to them to avoid embarrassment. I think that's just great!They always have what I need, even recently they've gotten more new stuff!.I plan on working here when I turn 18 on the 13th ! Im going to apply ! I hope I get the job!

This location runs best when the manager with the blonde hair in between 30-40ish is working. She's always restocking shelves and checking to make sure there are not long lines. Other then that the location will be messy and with horrible lines because of only one cashier.

Clean area. Great place to find a variety of items you can't always find at the other dollar stores. You can find seasonal items here. Unfortunately they don't have an available restroom. Staff needs to improve customer service, lack communication skills. Seeing a smile would be great

The store manager, Steffany, was extremely helpful. She contacted different stores for an item I was looking for and got back to me promptly with a response. The store was busy but she still took the time to listen to me and help. Someone give the woman a raise!!!!!! God bless her and the lovely staff there!

whether your an employee or shopping. The main hispanic manager has nothing but disrespect causing chaos for all her feminist heart sees fit. Half of the fun experiences at dollar tree have been taken when I walk into any dollar tree store away due to the poor respect. For dollar tree to allow someone like that to be manager Dollar tree does not care about their customers at all. shame on her for making problems for innocent people hard-working people.

They are suppost to close at 9pm so i drive 6 miles to get here and they tell me they are closing early! They have a sign on the door that says 9 pm And open Never coming back here is supper ghetto anyways

They need to stop gossiping and letting the line get 12 people deep (I counted) before you halfway open the lane to "cash only." I can tell the lady is the "manager" cuz she's always there talking.

I was at this location today and the cashier that tended to me was rude! Never said hi, thank you or do you need a receipt! Also I wasn’t paying attention when it came time to pay and she hit the counter with her hand to get my attention! Like who in the hell does that! Both managers that were working at the time were sitting in the front talking all loud and ghetto like! Oh and there was also a guy who asked for their names to complain against them as well! Not customer service friendly at all!

I tried to walk down an aisle and the employee there slammed down a box right in front of me trying to stop me from walking through. I looked over at her and said excuse me all she did was step back a little but didnt move the box so my 4 year old nephew & I had to step over it. She kept following me through out the store and would walk in front of us while we tried to look at stuff and sarcastically say excuse me. She was extremely RUDE! Didnt get her name because she wasn’t wearing a name badge. This occurred on wed. the 26th around noon.

This store does not take their mask policy seriously. Each time I've been in there since the pandemic has been going on (I typically need to visit this store once a week) there has always been at least one r more employees wearing their mask under their nose, on their chin, or some form of improperly.Aside from that, for as long as I've been going to this store they've always been understaffed. They have 4 checkout lanes and almost always have only one open, even when it is extremely busy. Often the checkout is unmanned, as they don't bother to have a dedicated cashier on shift. They make the cashier do other tasks between customers, so when it's a slow or average day you have to wander around looking for an employee to come check you out.

Store Manager Stefany made several announcements about the closing time of the store. She lied about the time.She said she goes by the register time. I was told the store was closed, yet my phone reflected it was 8:55pm. Sure enough when I checked out my receipt said 8:56pm. She also lied about the restroom not working. I saw a man exit the restroom. If you have a medical condition that requires you to use the restroom a lot. Don't go to this store. I called corporate and filed a complaint. No reason to lie. I was forced basically to leave the store and go to the restroom in Ross. Then came back to be rushed out of the store. Bad customer service.

The only thing i dont like about the store is the people that come in the store. Everytime im there i have to tell people to back up because they stand so close to you if you turn around you will bump into them they act like they dont have common sense. There are signs on the floor and door and the ladies are always announcing to wear a mask and practice social distancing but these people stll will be so close to you like they doing it on purpose. Its every single time i go there Its not the store but like i said the people the signs are in english and spanish so i know they understand thats the main reason i hate to go in there but its the closest store near me.

The ppl that works there r excellent and so hard working. Their isles are completely stocked and have a variety of everything u might need. The candy isle is full of every thing u can think of. Stationary, cards for every occasion, gardening, kitchen and garbage/sandwich bags. Everything is a dollar. ♥️

If I could give it 0 Stars I would. There's this one rude lady I was not even there for 5 minutes and my girls we're bouncing the balls. I just heard somebody yelling stop bouncing the ballsshe was from the next hall way... So i go and tell her why shes yelling it out like cant u go and say it nicely she went of say that she doing other thing. She said i was h harassing her like I just I walked in there went in went out. I know ppl have good and bad day but it ain't right oh and she also said that she was gonna get hit with the ball...

Totally rude ppl some young white guy that’s supposedly the manager named Thomas and older lady with black hair were making front of someone card getting declined then they joked about it I don’t see or find that funny at all then the lady in front of me was talking to him and ask him about her card and he just was ignoring her she needed help didn’t know why her card wasn’t working he literally ignore her the whole time butHas the audacity to make fun of someone with another employee they need to fire them

Always out of stock, poor customer service with questionable employees always smoking outside in front of building. Won't let you take shopping carts out because typical Pasadena customers steal them or don't return. Customers park cars in front on red no parking curb and just "run in". I've seen the same panhandlers there for over 1 year now. An older Hispanic woman with her granddaughter begging for money to feed her. People have had their vehicles broken into right in front of me in parking lot and snatch and grab robbery at this store is common. Its rough. Go to Fairmont location, it's slightly better and a lot less "hood".

There's a older fat Mexican lady who works there that was judging my husband off of his tattoos..She followed us down a aisle.I guess thinking he was going to steal.then while we were leaving she tried to say he didn't pay for his drink.he pulled out his receipt to shut her up.

Just wish they cleaned the store! It's floors and carpet are nasty. The employees are very helpful though and friendly! They should hire a company to go clean it .
