Whoever manages the pharmacy needs to be fired. Waited 20 minutes just to drop off a script in drive thru. It has been like this for quite some time. The poor lady working the window look like she was about to have a nervous breakdown running back and forth. In the front counter never has any cashiers because they're too busy stocking also. Just like Walmart management has to stay under budget so they can get their bonuses... update Ok called and said it would be ready at 7 pm and got here at 7:30 and still not ready and it's almost 8 pm 8 hours after I dropped off script.

Daniel was extremely helpful and such a fun person to interact with. Yall should give him a raise. He spoke in a soft tone and quickly responded when we quietly called to him for assistance. We felt seen and heard.

Called the pharmacy, they said they had the medicine. Called back three hours later as to how much longer it’ll be for pickup. They couldn’t get to it until maybe after 5…maybe the next day. My kid has the flu, the pharmacist said he couldn’t guarantee anything. That’s fine just say so and I’ll get my kids relief from another store.

Horrible experience today. Went for Covid testing thru drive-thru. The older woman Needs to be removed from window. Can not multitask Provovides all wrong information from Start to the End!! Or someone Needs to Explain to her Every step by step can't be on phone and speaking with drive thru customers. Wasted a day waiting for Results when can Actually be 1-2 days. Very rude pharmacist Erik Zelaya, horrible customer service. I was dropping off a prescription for my kids and he seemed very annoyed that I was at the drop-off window. He asked me in a rude voice “ Do you need something?” I told him I was dropping off a prescription and he immediately told me that I was going to have to wait until the next day to pick it up because they were overwhelmed with prescriptions. I asked him if he could at least have the pain medication available the same day because my kids just had their wisdom teeth removed and I knew they will be in a lot of pain if they don’t take something for the pain. He said, again with his rude annoyed tone “ well it seems that everybody decided to go to the dentist today”. He finally agreed to have the pain medication ready but it would be ready until 7:30. I said no problem, I’ll pick it up at that time. When he started inputting the prescription’s information he asked, are they new patients?” I said yes and he replied with “of course they are”I am grateful that all medication was ready before the end of the day though.Btw somehow the address on the medication does not match my address, (yes, I double-checked that I was given the correct medication for my kids) and I never received a phone call or text about the medication being ready for pick up.

Horrible attitude towards customers. I witnessed as they spoke rudely to an elderly woman asking if ~she~ spoke English. I truly do not understand why they are not the ones required to know another language, isn’t that their job? There’s tons of people I know that are more than willing to show kindness and are bilingual, they have tons of potential, anyone would compared to the people that work here, yet they hired them. To add to the bad experience, they never informed me of what I needed to pick up my prescription and blamed me when I didn’t have what is necessary. That is before they tried to make me pay more for the prescriptions too.

Very rude pharmacist, Erik Zelaya, went to pick up prescriptions for my parents, I gave him my mothers name and when I told him I was also there to pick up for my father he made a facial gesture and sighed “ugh” as to he was frustrated for me telling him I was there for 2 prescriptions.Today I came in for second dose of COVID shot and to my luck he was there, I witnessed him being rude to an elder.The lady was not acknowledged by him when she first got there.After a while he tells her to have a sit.She told him she was there for prescriptions and she was kind of in a hurry and could not sit and wait and he told her “well that’s to bad”The lady walked out without her prescriptionsHe needs to be fired for bad customer service and rudeness

Wife called the pharmacy two days ago to ensure they could fill the prescription and was assured that had plenty. Today I call them and asked, "if they have had the chance to fill her prescriptions?" and was told "They are ready."Drive across town and they only have one of filled; ask about the other and the response is "We don't have any." Absolute incompetence at its best!

Bought some hand sanitizer for 3.99 left the store but went back after the carnival 🎡 because I knew I seen it on clearance for $1.99 but family was rushing me to hurry up. Snapped a pic of price & I told the cashier guy what happen, his register rang it up as 1.99 but I showed him on self check out it was 3.99 (daughter said I was doing too much LOL!!!) But hey, Douglas thank you for understanding $2 is $2 LoL!!

The pharmacy manager, Eric is unprofessional belligerent and rude. For a individual licensed to serve the community his example of behavior is questionable and senior management should review his performance.I see from other recent reviews the pharmacy is not well loved by the community it serves. IAs the department manager who behaves in this way, I question his ability to lead.Eric, shame on you. Treating others with such disdain is embarrassing.

Worst pharmacy I have ever used. They messed up the my wife’s prescription count. Blamed us and insinuated we did something with it. Then they messed mine up. Today they can’t get my insurance and wanted to charge me more than my deductible. Quite frustrating for a customer. Looking for somewhere else to go. Would not recommend

Very long wait, the management of CVS needs to hire more staff. Waiting 1 hour in the drive thru is not the best customer experience. I been to this location three times and waiting inside in line for the pharmacy was not any better. Attention CVS leadership the que is too long on a Friday after 5 pm, please add another staff member that can attend the drive thru for quicker service. Thank you.

The pharmacy lied about my medication being discontinued right to my face. They gave me a different brand without even telling me about this and I only discovered this after almost leaving the store, went to ask what was up and the pharmacist lied and said my specific medication was discontinued and I called my doctor and that defintely was not the case as I have been having it refilled for almost a year now at another pharmacy.

Don’t go to this pharmacy for COVID testing. I was there for 2.5 hours in line waiting.,Even though I had an appoinment already. I get to do the window they said I requested a specific test that something went wrong in the computer. Which I didn’t request a specific test , I didn’t even know they did another test other than the nose swab. They said they will call be back ones they fix The problem. They are not Organized at all.

**Save the hassles, just go to Fairmont location**Drop off prescription and told 30 minutes (stock answer). Come back 30 minutes later - not ready. Another 15 minutes - we don't have enough to fill your prescription, we'll call another location to see if they have some. Yet another 20 minutes - no idea why we are still sitting here. And 10 minutes later - they managed to put 12 pills in a bottle. And NOW we get to drive to Fairmont location and *hope* we don't start this all over.

I have never written a review before and I wasn't even having a bad day until right now. Worse service. My bad, NO service. I stand there at the pharmacy obviously not to just stand there and lazy f***s don't even acknowledge that you are there. They see you, but they don't say hey do you need anything? Or, what can I help you with? 5 people at the pharmacy and not one could ask a simple question. And then the one in the front doesn't know anything and takes forever to check 1 person out buying 1 thing.

CVS at the corner of Pasadena blvd and Southmore has fast service but if they are going to promote health and wellness the store in over all needs to be very clean. Just to began the front entrance door is very nasty also the pharmacy area. sometimes i fill like calling the city health department

If you have to use CVS because of your insurance, chose a different location!! This one will tell you they have your medication in stock, have you wait hours then right before closing time, tell you it's out of stock and will need to be ordered.... but they will forget to order the following day, so they will try to refer you to another location even though you called their location and they confirmed they had your medication in stock before your prescription was sent. This has happened over and over with this place! It's obvious their customers are just another number to them and they could careless if customers have their medication or not!

If I could give this place a 0 I would, I have been on hold currently for 9 minutes without even so much as speaking to someone. They have hung up on me 2 times, while on hold. RIDICULOUS. I will be switching pharmacy ASAP. Either learn to multi task or hire more help.

This store /pharmacy is such and inconvenience in the drive thru for something that should only take minutes can take up to an hour and then to make matters worse I dropped off a script day before and had already been given a time for it to be ready and the next day they are barley filling it while I'm in the drive thru thats obnoxious for them to do that Walgreens never gives this wait time and always has stuff ready very disappointed with the service they provide they need to hire more people or get someone that can handle the roll of pharmacy tech.
