Please don’t take your pets here for the sake of their well being the kind of aggression my dog has after coming home from this place is unbearable. Also she scheduled me for 11 am when I got there she said she had told me 11:30 which was not true. She didn’t allow me to pick up my dog till almost 9 pm. I gave her the benefit of the doubt in hopes we found a good place for our dog but this was the worst decision ever with my pup. I can not imagine what all they did to him for him to come back so aggressive to the point of him biting me. He’s been on he’s monthly trimming and was already used to getting his hair done. So there’s no excuse for what they did to him they also charged me for nail trimming which was not done. Do not take your pets here!

Took 4 hours to groom our dog and still didn’t cut his hair the way we wanted to. Then they still didn’t finish with him after 4 hours and still wanted to charge full price

To be honest I don't recomend you guys to take your pets here this place for me is awful I took my puppy two days ago and when I picked her up she wouldn't stop crying or shaking for two days. She didn't want to get up, she got a fever, and her nails were bleeding. I honestly don't know what they did to her. Also prices are too high but really I don't recomend this place at all it's the absolute worst

Loved it.. they left my Coco very beautiful..I liked how they explained how they're going to groom her. Great customer service..Very affordable but depends on your dog. But not bad compared to other places.

don't recommend this place. we made an appointment on monday for thursday morning. ana was still on her way over (we were only 5 mins early) until the older lady on our staff gave us news that ana was only available to do basic styles and cuts due to a hand injury that happened DAYS PRIOR that was NEVER MENTIONED during our booking. she decided to tell us until we told her the specific cut we wanted. i'm always respectful, however, i was in disbelief at the lack of communication and bad costumer service done by the staff. this wouldnt have been an issue at all if we were told THE DAY WE BOOKED. it was really embarrassing on their part as the older lady practically was encouraging us to go back to Petco to get my dog groomed. i'm sure ana is great at her job pero entrena a tus empleadas a no corrernos de su negocio si en verdad quieren nuestro dinero. we were going to wait to hear from ana herself but old lady wanted to try and be smart w me, AT YOUR GROWN AGE??? we've never had an employee encourage us to go to their competitors before so that's what we did.they also charge $50 for full grooming and need you to pay $20 extra for "express"/get your pet out faster. hard pass.EDIT: the bad reviews i could find (when not bamboozled with fake 5 stars) were a bit TOO nice. when was the last time you cut a dog while working and blamed the owner? why is it that everyone complains about timeliness. this is only me going back 3 years.. why so many issues, ana?

Very bad costumer service , today we had the worst nightmare of our lives , the owner Ana yelled at my mom trying yo hit her and hit me instead trying to protect my mother. Wanted to charge us over price because we didn’t answer her phone calls , I do not recommend this place at all.

It is the second time I take my puppy to Ana's Grooming and I am very happy with them. The reason I brought him back other than them doing a great job with his hair, is because they pay attention to everything that could possibly be affecting them. The first time Marisela noticed that he might be dealing with an ear infection, so I took him to the vet and thanks to her we were able to prevent for it from getting worse. Thank you!!

DOG OWNERS BEWARE! DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE! I had taken my dog several years ago and when I picked him up he has been cut. I called and they basically blamed it on my dog not being still and didn't really give an apology at all. My dog now stays with my dad and over the years has taken him to a few other places in town and never had an issue with cuts anywhere else. He took him to Ana's yesterday 7/22 not knowing this is the place he had been cut years ago, and sure enough HE IS ALL CUT UP. He was up all night crying because of it. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE. I WILL NEVER BRING MY DOG BACK OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE WHO CARE ABOUT THERE DOG.

I have been going to Ana's Grooming for about four years now and they never cease to amaze me! Affordable prices and you can tell they love what they do. We have taken our poodle mix with lots of hair and knots and they leave her looking beautiful! I highly recommend! They do only take cash and it's better to make an appointment in advance. The drive is a little far from where I live but it's definitely worth it! They will continue to get my business that's for sure.

If I could give this place a negative -5 stars I would. DONT BRING YOUR DOG HERE! Picked up my dog and she has 2 deep cuts. Ladies refused to give me my receipt and refund! Very unprofessional owner!! Contacted Pasadena PD and there was nothing they could do. Save yourself heartache and time and don’t bring your fur babies here.PS. don’t be fooled by fake reviews added on here by the people that work there.

Sometime its under $40 and sometimes its over $60 for the same services. She does really good my baby loves it. Been there 5 times. The first time was $38 3weeks later it was $62 3weeks later it was $46 3 weeks later it was $ 61.75 the next time she charged me $42 this last time was $64 and change. Don't know what's up with that

Ive took my dog here several of times, but the last time inhad a huge issue with them. I left her there and i was supposed to pick her up at a certain time which as you all know thyere very bad at there times on picking up, dropping off, or anything with timing. I had a schedule to follow that day and my dog was not ready the time they told me. So we had to leave her there. I called several of times later that day and no answer.Since I've used them in the past I figured I could trust them and left it alone. Thinking maybe they got behind and because of the inconvenience they would keep her to cut her the next morning. So next day I call and I believe Ana the owner was on phone telling me she is going to charge me for leaving my dog and several other fees, which at this point.. I'm like what the heck..!I told her ahe was insane and she knew i had called and tried to get my dog and she didnt care.Although this happened a while ago. I still need to let other people know of there services. The rest of people starring this place more than 4 stars are more likely friends or dont care about there dogs.Sorry ,but I rate this place 1 star and the 1 star is only for there prices. But I guess we just need to know we get what we pay. So at the end of day that's what it is.

Horrible experience!!! Please do not take your furry baby here ! I was in a state of emergency and called to schedule a full groom for my dog when I walked in I clearly explained that I wanted my dogs face wall groomed when I picked up my dog I noticed nothing was done I still payed but I did not like it. I called Anna to see if something can be done she told me to bring him as instructed I did my dog sat in the kennel for hours as nothing was ever done ! That's animal abuse !!!! I wouldn't recommend this place if my life depended on it ! She has her daughter's that are under age working the registers which I know is not abiding the Texas labor laws !! She is very rude and unprofessional she is out to just rob you of your hard earned money!! Do not go here !!!!

If I could put 0 stars, I would!! We didn't even end up receiving any services from this business, and we had a bad experience. I usually give businesses, especially small businesses, multiple chances, but not in this case!! We made an appointment as directed when we first called this place a couple of days ahead of time. On the day of, we dropped off our dog right on time. Not even 30 minutes after dropping her off, they called us to go back to get her because they were too busy and she would have to wait but she was scratching the kennel and trying to get out. They were afraid she would hurt herself. They also said that they would call us at a later time to take her to them again when they were ready for her. How can they be too busy, if we had an appointment? Well, of course we immediately went to pick her up. She was very very very dirty when we picked her up and her nose was so scratched that the skin had come off and it was pink!! They never said anything or apologized. Oh!! And they never called us back!! Our dog has always been to various groomers and even in different states with no issues whatsoever. Horrible experience and no customer service!!!

I've given this place so many chances and I will no longer be taking my dog there ever again. They've cut my dog, they always take so long to do their job even if you take your dog super early, and this last time I went I payed over $60 and they didnt even give my dog a proper haircut. It is all uneven and the hair length is not the one I asked for. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE. It is such a waste of money and I have finally learned my lesson.

I called short notice to drop off my toy poodle Tiny...well it was my first time taking her here...and I have to say what a nice friendly staff. Talked to the groomer about her other experiences with like petsmart wasn't happy with the attention to detail...but WOW MY TINY LOOKS AMAZING WHEN I PICKED HER UP...I mean she was happy I checked her over and everything was done how I wanted it...and the price was very affordable. Will definitely be using them from now on...

-I took my bulldog couple weeks ago he started getting dots on his back. So I come to know he has different types of bacteria in his skin. Waiting to go talk to Owner because the bill was not cheap at the Hospital. $$$And when I took him they took like 4 or more hours with him and little did I know he was the last one to get showered becuase the lady did not want to loose money walking away. Ohh and I still took my dog WETTT home.HORRIBLE NEVER AGAIN!!

We have used Ana's several times, and she's as good as any larger, more well known place. We are very happy with her and would highly recommend her establishment. Very reasonable prices too! It's small and no frills, but well worth it.

I've brought my dog here with no appointment but in the morning bc they do take awhile to have your dog ready which I understand they are busy and defiantly take their time to give your dog the best service! They are very affordable compared to higher end groomers that charge extra for things that should already be included with their service! My dog is a springer spaniel and is always terrified to go in not that he gets treated but just isn't so comfortable walking into public places. But everytime I pick him up he so happy his eyes light up and is even smiling lol but he looks so clean and well groomed! He defiantly loves feeling fresh after getting all his hair trimmed here! Defiantly would recommend getting the earliest appointment possible!

DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE! Poor baby had deep CUTS!! And We brought her at 9am!!! And she was the second dog there and she wasn’t ready till 4pm! This lady is not a professional and doesn’t know what she’s doing.
