I had trouble with the bakery saying one thing on the phone and then the opposite when I arrived. The supervisor had already left for the day. Juan stepped in and was very polite and professional. He went above and beyond working so hard making sure we were taken care of and satisfied. You definitely need more employees like Juan.

Good place for lower prices but since they renovated it’s hard to find items. Not sure why they have all the staff throughout the store since hardly any of them know where things are located. I asked one young staff member for location of a kitchen support mat and she guessed the location. I had to find it with my app because she was way off base. But the store is stocked with a variety of items and good quality products.

After a great dinner in Paris, I arrived here late. Found a spot, parked and locked up for the night. Yes, I have a camper van and this Walmart apparently still tolerates RVers. I was up at 5:30 and on my way before they opened at 6:00. So while I did not get the chance to shop the store. I did get to appreciate the cleanliness of the restroom. So there's that.Thanks, Walmart. I appreciate that you allow this and while I didn't shop Paris, I did elsewhere.

Excellent service! The manager at the vision center was more than helpful. I broke my glasses and went to get them repaired, and she fixed them free of charge!

Got a new doctor, they sent in the prescription for the medication that I have to have. Again they are refusing to fill it because they say that it isn't written correctly. This is 2 doctors that apparently do not know how to write prescriptions. I went off on them and now they say I can get another pharmacy. One thing I know for sure is that if they need anything that they have to rely on to live they better believe they better not come asking me for it. Just like they are doing me I will make sure they don't get it, then tell them to go somewhere else. I have never heard of 2 doctors who don't know how to write a prescription. I don't have a clue why they hate me the way they do. I'm wondering if they have done this to anyone else.

Friendly staff, quite a variety of things they offer and have in stock. Was looking for grapefruit juice and sparkling water without flavor and had hard time finding it otherwise great.

They're always out of alot of products, they obviously don't care about how their walmart looks, there are always buggies everywhere in the parking lot, next to vehicles which have hit my car before, I always see workers standing around Instead of working. We waited for help in the sports section for 45 minutes and nobody ever came to help us so we left

Stopped by the Walmart eye glass shop is see if they could fix my eyeglass frame. The staff was very helpful. They did a temporary fix for me. Going back for a new pair of glasses soon.

I Enjoy and Love going to Walmart in Paris Tx. Especially love the discount aisle. I'm Blessed and Not Stressed.I Always enjoy going to the Customer Service Dept [while doing business ]and seeing Rachel and Jarkendis they are so amazing, kind and joy to see and talk to. They are very professional and Always greet me with a Smile. They know whenever they see me and ask me how am i doing. I always say I'm Blessed and Not Strssed. I just want to say Thank u and I appreciate both you more than yall will ever know. Thx 😊

Can never find what I'm looking for. When I manage to find an employ to ask for help, I'm told they don't work in that area. I hate scann8ng myown groceries , but apparently to be a cashier you have to be 70 yrs old, or an idiot.

I go to Walmart regularly in my own town. But when you are out of town taking care of a sick parent trying to get their meds filled it does make you a little angry when told 30 mins and an hour and half later they were not all filled, kinda makes you see red.

It's Walmart. A lil bit of everything. A workforce not paid enough to know much about the products they sell. A return policy that is very customer friendly at a service desk that's understaffed and maintains a long line much of the time.Departments include, but may not be limited to vision, bank, hair salon, Subway ®, bakery, grocery, deli, housewares, shoes, sewing, arts and crafts, automotive, paint and hardware, toys & bicycles, pets & live fish, health and beauty, jewelry, electronics, sporting goods​ (long guns sold in store), clothing and seasonal.

Typical Walmart, most shelves are stocked, but messy. Employees are hit or miss, some will help some will not. This location has also been upgraded/downgraded to having mostly self check out, but does have a subway inside.

Xmas eve grocery shopping while passing through was ok until I tried to buy a 6 pack of beer. The cashier demanded a physical ID due to the holiday. I have walmart pay, drivers license on my phone and she refused to sell this to me, I asked for a supervisor or Mgr and she did not help me. Very disappointing (my groceries were over $100 plus I am a Senior Citizen). What a shame to be treated this way.

Having purchased tires and batteries in the past for previous vehicles, all I wanted the Auto Service Center to do was mount a set of Firestone Destination LE2 tires on my 2021 Nissan Frontier. I had taken them off my 2017 Nissan Frontier three months earlier after it was totaled in an accident. Those are $175 each and lasted 70, 000 miles on my previous set. After waiting an hour to get my truck in the bay, a young man pulled the tires out of the bed, lifted my truck on the rack, and removed the lug nuts from the wheels. Then an older tech came over, they searched through a tablet then they young man approached me and said "it is against company policy for us to mount carry-in tires older than six years. Your tires are eight years old". Here are some new tires that we have in stock that will fit your truck". The LE2 went on the market in 12/2015, meaning the young man tried to convince me I had tires mfg in the very first month they were made. Problem is I purchased them in 2019 for my first Frontier and they still had about 20,000 miles left on them three months ago. After a few choice words for this young man wasting my time on a very poor upsale attempt, I drove down the street to Castillo's who happily mounted, balanced and installed my tires onto my truck. I dropped the old ones off down the street at the tire recycler. What will this young man do for a job if the close this Walmart? Too lazy to work at Campbell Soup or Kimberly-Clark. It is my own fault, Walmart is across the street from my home. Tried to saved time. Should have driven straight to Castillo's to begin with.

I went to this store to buy some bikes for my kids and every bike that was on the rack had a problem with it. It was assembled by tards terrible work will never buy a bike from this Walmart while this company is assembling their bikes. Management sucks too can never find one who knows what they are talking about.

1st time I've been inside. Well stocked shelves. But some missing brands. Fresh fruit and vegetables was the best I have seen in Paris in a real long time. I can only assume someone noticed sales loss to other competition Aldi Brookshire's and Kroger. I hope it continues time will tell. But a good job for now keep it up.

This trip I only did a grocery "pick up", which was literally an "in and out" visit! Pulled up, was askedy name and the groceries were in my car and I was gone. Took less than 5 min. Great job you guys!

One hour photo is NEVER one hour here. Ordered over $65 worth of prints for 1-Hr pick up (which costs more than just getting them delivered or picked up later)… when I went to pick them up two hours later they still did not have my order completed. Walked around the store for another hour and a half only to be told, again, my order was not done. The staff could’ve cared less, and I get it, they hate their job… but I did not have 3+ hours to wait around when I ordered one hour service. Ended up leaving a cart full of photo frames and other items. I miss the days when people actually cared about doing their jobs and when stores cared about honoring their services.

Stopped to get a battery put on, they said there were 2 people ahead of me. They would call me when they checked everything out. I got a voicemail saying it was ready. I tried calling 4-5 times and not 1 time did anyone answer. I called the front desk also, NO ANSWER. Bad service.

The pick up department is frustrating, full of employees that lie easier than breathe. And a backed by a corporation that has an extremely strong dislike for the customers that allow them to stay in business.Read the other review noting the many, many issues that occured.
