I went in recently and while checking out, Priscilla, who I'm assuming is in some form of management, by the way she was talking to the employee. I made sure to get her name because I was shocked to see someone speak to an employee like that and even more shocked that she would do so in front of customers. I can only imagine how she speaks to them when customers aren't around! Besides the horrible leadership, the store was what I expected. This actually makes me want to go in more so I can see how often management does this to their employees.

Staff is very friendly and it is clean. The clothing department lacks in the plus sized department which is why the 4. It also seems like in the men's dept that it skips sizes so it has a lot of one size and none of another either.

Men's clothing is expensive compared to local competition. Shopping experience was mediocre. Followed around the store like a thief. Not a friendly store today. In all fairness, I will return as a shopper in two weeks and compare experiences.

Today was the first day that they opened and they executed professionalism, friendly and prompt staff! I live in Oklahoma and was very happy to hear that one of my favorite stores was opening near me. I will definitely be back!
