Subway is conveniently situated near the DPS office at Paris. The surroundings were impeccably tidy and spotless. The ambience resonated with serene tranquility while the crew members adorned the setting with their extraordinary patience and seamless cooperation. If I find myself in the neighbourhood again, I would love to revisit that place again.

I’ve been calling in our orders all this week April 2,3 because it was convenient. I called tonight and a Guy answered the phone. I asked to make a call in order he told me they don’t do call in orders and continued to have a attitude, getting very disrespectful and using derogatory language. I called again from another phone thinking ok maybe He was just having a bad night just to get the same disrespectful guy on the phone. I asked for a manager or supervisor and he really got disrespectful. They will never get a dime from me again. The others that helped me all week was Definitely Nice and very Respectful. Shame on this Guy he makes Subway look terrible.

I've gone to this place many times as it's right around the corner from where I live. Every single time I've been there there have been multiple employees out back on break while I had trouble getting service inside or at the drive-thru. I have sometimes just been sitting at the drive-thru window for up to 5 minutes waiting on someone to even acknowledge me. While I understand every once in awhile things happen The fact that this is a consistent thing shows a problem in management. I just don't feel it's a very good look to have your customers waiting for longer times while you have most of your employees on break in obvious site.

One of our favorites places to eat in town. The atmosphere is nice & calm. Store is clean & I enjoy being able to not worry about what my children are hearing. I love that they play Christian music in there. Staff is always kind, courteous & very friendly.

Been to this location 3-4 times. Typically in the afternoon around 5 or 6, the staff is extremely rude, doesn’t seem to want to work. They will take your order, but retake it at the window. With waiting times up to 10-15 minutes with a empty lobby & drive thru. It’s a shame, because it’s such a nice building and could be ran better. I don’t recommend this location.

Brian was AMAZING!!! My mother has celiac disease and cannot have any gluten. He wiped down the entire area, switched utensils, and wore gloves and kept an eye on her food all the way to the register to make sure it didn't get contaminated. He was waving goodbye to everyone that went in or out. We are a group of seven and were shocked... You just don't see customer service like that anymore.

Horrible service everytime we go there! We always order on app so it will be easier to pick up with kids, but every single time at least one or two sandwiches are made wrong! I guess we will try another location, hopefully we will have better luck! Need to train the employees better on how to read incoming orders so it won't be made wrong every single time.

This trip to subway had it's ups and downs over all it was decent...but was I greeted no was there any small talk absolutely not and I tried to make conversation but couldn't get a response so I let them do there job and I end up with one heck of a club sandwich wish I'd taken a picture but I didn't so you will have to take my word 🥪

I'm so disappointed and will not be stopping here again. Ordering through the drive thru almost weekly has never been as difficult as today. Maybe it was a new employee, but to mess up 3 sandwiches shows lack of care.Sandwiches were ordered and to be toasted. None were. I specifically said no onions and yet there were. We have eaten at many Subways and have always been pleased except for this one. If I could give this place a bellow 1 star rating I would.

Sometimes this Subway is slow, like really slow. Other times their service is fine. Food is normally prepared properly and tastes how it should. They also typically get orders right. However, if there is more than one car in the driveway I skip it.

Someome overloaded mine once and i couldn't eat it, then there were times were it was wayy to dry for me to eat. But overall i loved it. I'm not really picky. Taste great and i love the cleanliness!

I give a shout out to the young black lady that helped me. There was a guy that come from the back trying to fix my sandwich, and he was sweating and wiping. She seen the expression on my face and politely come to save the day!!!

Used Door Dash to order...3 out of the six sandwiches order was wrong. I had to go back to the restaurant to get it corrected. Seems that there was only high schoolers working. The day shift is excellent never have any issues.

Was just in there. An elderly couple ahead if me was having a hard time hearing the workers due to the music being super load. Then one employee said she'd hit the man in the face if he was rude. After that she threw the pizza cutter she was about to use on the counter making it hit the floor. Very disturbing.

I ordered 2 black forest ham salads with double meat. What I got was a chopped salad with no double meat. When I called they said they always chop the salads. Not true because I order these all the time. Very disappointed.

Waitstaff was courteous, friendly, & quick about building my sub the way I wanted. Both the store & restrooms were uncommonly clean & well-planned. Skillful design. More than 6 yrs-old, but store still feels kinda new. Today I had a foot-long Italian-style meatballs-n-marinara on Italian herb & cheese bread, all veggies (except pickles-n-lettuce) & Chipotle sauce. Hit the spot & had ½ to take home for super.🥖 Superb sub & med drink for $7.⁴⁵ ↝ a great deal.🥖 Perfect place to stop on the way out of Paris.

Good location. Staff needs to be trained in customer service. Many times I went there staff seems to make jokes with other staff about customer ordering there and they seem to laugh among themselves. I stopped going there. I have choices.
