After my pups last grooming in November, my husband and I decided not to get her cut again since it was about to be cold. Well, she sat in some car oil or grease of some sort and it did not want to wash out! It became one big matted area on her hind area and her hair situation just went downhill from there. We had also welcomed a baby boy in October so we were unable to keep her brushed as much as we would have liked to. That being said she was in pretty rough shape when we took her in and I knew we would have to completely shave her down to give her a fresh start. I was very ashamed and embarrassed when I took her in and explained what happened, but the stylist was very sweet, understanding and re-assuring that things like this happen. I was also very impressed that though my dog had to be completely shaved you could tell she took their time and made it look as nice as possible and not just a rushed shave.

Our stylist did amazing!!! 😍😍 Lucy looked exactly like the photo and measurements we gave her. So soft, smells so good, and looks amazing! Lucy’s feeling herself with the lashes out stylist left her, too! 😍 😂

Let me just start by saying I would die for my dog. I’m also very picky about how she is treated and I don’t even trust people to watch her on out of town trips. She is quite literally my child and I’m very vocalAbout how she is treated because she doesn’t have a voice. To follow with that Cody is very sweet with her, and so calm and gentle while grooming her and I’m so happy to get her back and she isn’t acting weird like she was handled weird her tail is wagging and she has a little spring in her step. She’s not very found of men, but was great with Cody on her second time with him and for that we will continue to bring her back. I live 2.5 hours and will make that drive to make sure she is handled with care.

The sweet woman (Terri) that worked with Winston was fantastic! He was adopted 3 years ago from the shelter after being picked up as a stray. He often has separation anxiety and is terrified of kennels so I was nervous to take him for a grooming appointment. By the time I picked him up, she had clearly earned his trust and his tail was wagging when she talked to him! I was super pleased with the care she provided for Winston.

The ladies were very good with our dog and gentle. They were friendly and polite with me and did an amazing job grooming our rather hairy dog. The price was reasonable for all they do and the time they spend is well worth the end result.

The Petco team was great. Treated my sweet baby great even though she was scared to be in Petco and getting groomed. The team updated me on how she did. Let me know that she was scared during the bath (which is the same at home) and did great during the table time. Will be back. :)

Once again we were extremely satisfied with the overall groom of our pets, Honey & Gidget. We were asked “flea shampoo” & responded “no”, but our receipt showed flea shampoo. Other than that our girls look & smell great.

A little more buffing after nail clipping. The groomers in Paris are so good with Gabby, she is never scared of them after the initial contact. They are really good with her.

We began taking our seven year old bichon to Terry at Petco Paris, Texas 6 years ago when we retired here. Cheri is very calm and had began her grooming experience at Petco in Metairie, Louisiana. Cheri always has a perfect cut from Terry! We have used Petco for the past 21 years in 3 states. They have also cut 2 of our show dogs that have past away.
