Made my first online order for pick up. I received my email with ready for pick up with in a few minutes. I got to the store earlier in and was greeted by two employees one went and picked up my order and they asked if they could help me with anything further. They were both polite in wishing me a very nice day. Store is always clean help is always been easy to get if needed. Fast friendly service.

Told the employees that there were to strays outside their store. One cat was pregnant, they were super friendly cats too. Workers didn't seem to care. Broke my heart that they wouldn't help. Bought a bag of cat food for the homeless cats. Made me worried for them. I feel the store should help these 2 sweet cats. If I could I wouldn't brought both cats home with me. Hope the store does something. Otherwise the workers are friendly.

I called because my dog food was not delivered on my repeat order, since it wasn’t deliver I had to go buy a bag of food that I normally do not feed my dogs. Because of this I have now spent $135 in on dog food this week. A major inconvenience. The person I spoke to was of no help at all.

Cute kittens, but only 2. Too many in the shelters waiting to be adopted! Bring more in!Clean and bright. That goes a long way, especially where pets are involved.Prices are equilaterally 5x what these items and pets can be found on the market.

Took my little mixed breed boy in for his first grooming session. He was so scared when I dropped him off. But when I picked him up he was prancing around like he was the fanciest dog in the joint 😁 Very good experience and we will be going back.

The employees are awesome and very helpful. The store is well stocked and organized. The only reason that I can't give them five stars is that they're a little more expensive on many items as compared to other local stores. I'd certainly recommend Petco, Paris Texas!

I have only taken my dog to Petco twice for grooming, but both times were a good experience. I wasn't sure how short to cut her for summer and they were very helpful, and she came back to me beautiful.

I dropped by Petco to pick up some speciality canned cat food. The store was out of the flavor I needed. The salesperson told me I could order it online which is okay if you still have a couple of cans and shipping would be free.

I like the variety of items available here. The prices are a bit on the high side, but there's a lot to be said for the convenience of getting what you need now, rather than waiting for a more reasonably process item to be shipped and delivered. The employees see fairly knowledgeable, and they are usually really friendly. Doesn't normally feel like they're too busy to help you.

I got my dogs pet bed and collar from there, I like the collar but I should have gotten a bed at walmart, mind you this is for a yorkie and its a large crate, that is my other dog

Kaley was so sweet and nice and my Red Heeler, Punkin did an amazing job for her and was so good so I'd say it was a hit! Little pricey for the paycheck to paycheck type like myself though.
