Tried to get a drink credit but the fat dude working there told me he woundnt. I showed him I had 5 drink credits but he said you need to bring your own cup even though I have been to hundreds of loves and gotten drink credits redeemed without any issues. Get rid of this dude.

3-19-2024 Stopped here to get fuel and a couple of items. I grabbed 2 Dunkin Donut original Ice coffee drinks and they were expired by 4 months so that means they're now doing and merchandising. I should have checked the dates but I was ready to get on the road in my semi.Staff go in the coolers and check those dates.Coffee date was Nov 06 2023Distributor is Coke

This is a new location. Very clean overall. Clean restrooms and showers. Aromatic coffee with the new machine, which you can smell it’s lovely coffee aroma the minute you step in. We have been waiting Loooooooooooong time for these coffee machines to come to Loves truck stop chain. Cinnamon would be a GREAT addition too. This location has a well-setup fenced dog park with chairs where you can enjoy sun path while your pets are playing and running around.Obviously a dedicated tireless staff and great management behind the seen is what made all these great services possible. Thank you all.

For anyone coming through this way as a trucker staying the night I highly recommend this loves because it’s never full and has an amazing diner within walking distance from the truck stop, Lances Sunriser Diner

NICE LOOKING GAS STOP WITH BUILT ON CHESTORS CHICKEN AND GODFATHER'S PIZZA. FUEL AND CERTIFIED WEIGH STATION FOR THE RIGS. SHOWERS AVAILABLE, BUT I DIDN'T SEE VERY MANY SO THERE MAY BE A WAIT. STAFF SEEMED FRIENDLY AND BATHROOMS WERE FAIRLY CLEAN.

This has got to be the BEST Loves in Texas! Went here on 8.9.22 for the first time and was super impressed at the immaculate bathrooms which had a digital survey screen on the wall to complete as you exited it. The store associate working the register, left the register to help me with the coffee machine and could have easily pointed out what l needed but she stood there and explained everything until l got my cup of coffee!! The other associate, who was cleaning that area, said “we’re here to help all of the customers with whatever they need. That’s why we’re here. We’re here for you”. I had never seen a gas station full of employees who took so much pride in customer service like this. To top that off, the associate working at The Godfather’s pizza section thought l had a concern about the freshness of the pizza l was looking at, and brought a fresh one to me. She was apologetic up front and she didn’t know that there was no problem. The issue was another customer has placed the wrong type of pizza in the section where l was looking for what l wanted. I was so pleased by her observation and efforts to serve me and ensure my happiness. Every experience here was an exceptional one! I wish l had gotten the workers’ names but they were working on the 8.9.22 and they deserve recognition. Way to go guys!!

Unfriendly Loves. The old lady manager is rude. We are the Pilot customers now but before we (the team) we were always using Loves. We asked is it possible to get a team shower for a price of one and they told NO. When I was asking about that the cashier, the manager was walked by. One trucker gave his Loves member card to give us a team shower (thanks to him) and she didn’t want to give us two showers (we have been Loves customers for years before and know that it’s two separate showers). She tried to refuse but after couple minutes of debating she made it. I always had opinion that Loves are best- clean places friendly faces but this woman broke the system. We were not arguing, we just asked a question because sometimes they make a team shower for a price of one and make it with pleasure and nice smiling face. If your manager doesn’t like her job, it’s better to quit.

This place is always hiring but never hires anyone. I'm now a manager at burger King and another person I know is a gm of golden chick. Maybe should give more people a chance. Missing out on good worker's.

This seems to be a great Loves. The restrooms were very clean. The staff were all very friendly. The drink station was clean and well organized and they had a good selection of tools (we stopped in to fix something that broke on our trailer).

This was a pretty clean Loves…not sure where the complaints about that were coming from. The showers were large and as clean as I’ve seen. The store was well stocked and the parking was mostly level and easy to back into. Chester’s and Godfathers Pizza available. I ate at Chester’s and I have no complaints, the food was fresh, hot, seasoned and satisfying.

I Love Love’s. Now every love is different. They have some of the best salads for truckers. That walnut and strawberry salad is my favorite. The bathrooms are clean and showers are great there too. Loves makes a truckers journey worthwhile

Cheapest gas in town. Best place to clean your windshields. Very friendly and helpful staff! Prices comparable to other convenience stores. Fast food place in same building. Very good!

This a small location, not as big as the other locations they have, which means they have a smaller selection of products for sell. The staff was friendly and they do have a Godfathers Pizza and Chester’s Chicken onsite.

Plenty of parking for trucks, might fill up later but at 2pm it wasn’t 1/4 full. Laundry available, clean facilities. There’s worse places to do a 34.

We bought fuel at a reasonable price. We also visited the restroom which was very clean. I also bought a candy bar, the staff was very nice and quick in taking care of my purchase.

Showers and restrooms are damn near always closed, mainly the showers even overheard an employee say to keep telling drivers showers are closed due to no hot water because I don't feel like cleaning them!

Truck fueling area needs attention. Pumps are nasty. Entering fuel station from public road was a challenge. I'm totally surprised that Love's store management had not taken steps to contact City of Paris Public works department.Aside from cosmetic, appearance staff has always been friendly and attentive . Inside is well stocked and clean.

This location is the only location I have fueled my truck at since its opening. I never hold up fuel lines or sit in the fuel islands doing inspections of my truck and trailer. I always park in designated parking spots but was told today that loves policy is this...trucks left unattended will be towed. I was told no overnight parking if the truck not attended. I guess I will be utilizing other fueling options from now on. Corporate told me over the phone it's more at the discretion of the manager of this location. Thanks for thinking of your customers. Luckily our company has a feedback message about fuel locations on their authorized fueling list. May this one be removed.
