I use to love this store but the customer service is non existent. I used the help button at the self service and received no help even though one of the women (working so called) was leaned up on a buggy less than 5 feet away from me. All she did was look at me and the flashing help light and kept talking to the other worker. All the while people are lining up because they were too busy talking and couldn't wait on anyone at the one full service register open. Makes the store look bad.

I was just mindlessly browsing, when I heard a loud thud. An older lady had fallen against the glass store front, and collapsed to the floor. What I saw next was really impressive: those ladies that work at Dollar Tree got her up and back onto her feet, quickly and professionally. I doubt if a group of registered nurses could’ve done a better job.

Always a fun experience in the Paris, TX Dollar Tree.From my experience I am having a hard time adjusting to the prices being higher as the manufacturer seems to be putting less & lessIn the box or bags.

The store was clean, well stocked, organized, and the check out process was so fast and easy. I usually go to the one in HUGO but that one is just a mess. This one was so nice I had to make sure I was in a dollar tree. Lol

They've added a few things to the craft area. Nice selection of stuff; however, the staff ( not all) are very unfriendly. They act and look like they hate their jobs and it makes me as a shopper feel like I'm a bother to them.

Freight stacked up everywhere. Hard to get to the shelves. 1 worker putting stuff up . Store was a mess. It's not the Dollar Tree anymore change its name to we sell for what we want to price it tree. 25 CENTS is a huge mark-up. Might as well go to General Dollar the mother store and go down the dollar aisle

It was great to get out of the house and not have to spend over $100. trying to get something for my grandchildren for Valentines Day and still have fun doing it like I used to have when my son was a little boy it was a great day today 💗 💙. Helped me get 💙 rid of them for a little while anyway.

Love going in there I take my mother and I and we spend about 100.00 each every time we go. Wish was bigger. For if any stock in lanes you can't get around. But its not from not trying to get it on shelfs. Just busy and they were working on it. Just takes time.They have everything in them. I even watch the craft shows on my phone .keep up the good work.

Just got back from store, clean and staff was very helpful, like everywhere, they have a shortage of workers. But they pull it off. HEY TEXAS. HOW ABOUT RAISING MINIMUM WAGE SO THESE JOBS CAN KEEP THERE WORKERS.. Instead of hurting those of us who are overworked.. Just a thought.

I love this place! But man they always have just one cashier and big lines so be prepared to wait a while I'm still in line waiting I had the front to even do this lol but they are always kind and have good products

I love the Dollar Tree. My problem is getting out of there before I spend too much money!! One complaint I do have, is that it's the dirtiest parking lot and store front I've seen anywhere. It is really bad, sticky, trashy and just nasty!!! Please clean it up!

Its just hard to beat buying things for just a dollar. There are some good deals in here, but be aware some things can be found across the street at walmart for like 89 cents or less.

They are usually busy and have people walking around instead of checking. And the store is messy. But for the price can't complain to much.
