the man working on November 16th 2023 at the second cash register station told me as I walked up to have him check me out that he wasn't open after he had just checked a man out, so I got in line at the first cash register behind an elderly lady with a lot of items. when two or three more people got in line behind me, the man at the second cash register told the guy in line behind me that he would check him out. I thought that was extremely rude so I put my basket down where I was standing and I walked out. I wasn't about to stand there and wait even longer for somebody to check me out when the people behind me got checked out and were leaving. they definitely didn't do themselves a favor by hiring that man. he was polite to the people behind me but rude to me. I will never shop there again.

5 people in the store wearing dollar general shirts but only one slow old lady checking out a store full of people; that is typical of this store and the manager Tammy doesn't even manage to make herself available for customer service issues. She's always stocking items and can't be bothered to actually assist with customers. But family Dollar is worse so they manage to stay open.

Went today and was buying a bag of Fritos, box of crackers and a Snickers for my son. Cashier said that he couldn't ring the Snickers out at his register! My husband said are you serious. The Cashier told him yes, my register is programmed to only ring certain items out and that's not one of them. .........I've never heard such a thing???? What's up with this????? Won't be back

The manager was very rude to her trainee. The receipt didn't print so I asked for another, the cashier didn't know how so she called the manager. She came huffing up like we were bothering her and started going on about watching how to change the paper one more time because she wasn't going to keep showing her (that was not the problem at all, I had a BLANK receipt in my hand already). Flash forward- she realizes her mistake and yells about them not be able to do that, you know, because I clearly wasted I wasted her time 🤷🏾‍♀️

There were too many carts in the aisles for me to get my buggy down. I think they were rearranging their stock. I got some good deals on the items on sale.

Everything you need for home in one store, with several locations in town. Great low prices, no big crowds to shop around, sales staff is helpful. Some stores are being remodeled, so keep that in mind also.

I hate this place lol I always find things that are on sale that I just can’t resist. Employees are always so very nice and they love to upsale things that I can’t say no to. Love how clean the store is every time I go in to shop.

People who work there must really hate their jobs always make u feel like u r a pain in the but never smile and don't u smile at them they will give u a look that will cut u in half so sad I can5 stand the fact that people can't take a few sec to smile what does it hurt he'll may make ur day we all got things in our lives that bring us down truest me I no o so well but the fact is I can't change it I put on a self and when the time come s to change it I do but if I can't I can't I keep trying to keep on keeper on but with a smile he'll may B some day I 'll get one back

Store is a wreck employee was friendly but manager needs to learn some people skills. Don't know how to place ads or take them down on time overall a bad experience do not recommend this store!!

This store was not following the governor's orders on face mask I was told by an employee that corporate said not to enforce the governor's order. I think this really stinks and I'm very disappointed in Dollar General . I I have contacted the judge and the city council men and health department I hope I you get rapper amended extensively.

Easy to get in and out of parking area. Great prices on items that I need. Cas hier was friendly and very helpful. Restroom was very clean and neat.

it sure generic Dollar General. Has the same items And the same layout as every other Dollar General. On the plus side it did not have a funky smell like most Dollar Generals. It was a little cluttered and disorganized but other than that it was okay
