Called to get medicine transferred at 930 am and the rude girl informed me I was to wait till 7pm before it will be ready. That was just before she said wait till I get a text and don't call them back. I don't care how busy you are you don't have to be rude.Hire some help if you can't handle your job.

1-8-24 / 2:15 PM the lady working the pharmacy drive through window was very rude, acted like it was a burden that I was asking questions and didn’t give back the right amount of change back.I will never step foot back into this place again.

The pharmacy staff that was working the evening shift are very unprofessional. I pulled up to the drive thru at approximately 7:35pm the guy that usually works the window made eye contact with me but never tried to wait in me. Pharmacist saw me too. Finally at 8pm he came and opened the window and said that they were closed.

Called the day before for a Rx refill, when I got there the next day 24hr later the Rx still had not been filled they said give us 20 minutes, they did apologize but I guess that comes with staying In a small town that feel like they won't lose their job if they don't feel like doing there work.

CVS workers at Clarksville location ignore people waiting in-line as they are too busy socializing with one another or their friends hanging around checkout. When they finally decide to work, they allow people to cut in front of others. Worthless employees / management.

App no longer works. Now the website is also down. The majority of employees are over worked and rude. I have 13 prescriptions. Without the app or website it is incredibly difficult to keep up with my prescriptions. I'm having to move to another pharmacy after being with CVS for 10 years. Very Poor customer service from my local store in Paris Tx on Clarksville St. they blame everything on the app even though I've given them my cell phone number 3 times to text me when I have prescriptions ready. They never do until they are ready to be reshelved. Has happened to me 3 times already. Taking my business elsewhere now. Bye bye

Pharmacist denied me my medication yesterday because he said he couldn't verify my insurance. I showed him my Veterans card. I left without my medication even though I showed him my VA card. I told them the VA provides my healthcare and medication. How is it they are able to deny medication like that? I will never shop or use this CVS again if I ever use any CVS ever.

This pharmacy NEVER has my medication! They have told me for 4 months that it is on back order, and every time I try to get my meds filled here, they don’t have it! This is ridiculous! I’m stuck having to buy it from a different pharmacy, that costs twice as much! I will definitely be writing corporate, and will also be letting every single person I know, not to use this pharmacy! If I could have left zero stars then I would have!

This CVS has very rude staff. I was just at the drop off counter waiting to drop my prescription off and they were busy dealing with other customers. No big deal. I was totally cool waiting. Finally a older lady with short hair came up and asked how to help me. I gave her my prescription and she took it and turned around and looked at the shelf behind her and then turned back to me and slapped my prescription down in front of me and said really rudely “We don’t have none of that!” Then she just quickly walked away. It was the rudest behavior I’ve ever seen from someone in a professional setting. I will never go to this CVS again. And this is 3 times I’ve been to this CVS pharmacy and they couldn’t fill my medication.

I love the CVS at 507 Clarksville. Staff is friendly and efficient. Shannon is my go to friend who helps me always! I will miss Polly but wish her all the best in her retirement.
