I love that the experience is still the same even in a small town. We went to this Braums during the COVID-19 pandemic and they served us with smiles and we got our food fast, even though there were quite a few people there.The setup is exactly the same with the Braum's I know in Dallas and that is important because it makes it a familiar place even though we're miles away from home.

Pretty okay. You can taste when the chicken has been left out for a while. They consistently get my order wrong too.Update: lady working there openly said she refused to properly use an employee's pronouns. Yikes. How disrespectful. It's such a small thing for you but a big thing for someone else. Yikes.Tldr: dry chicken. Mixed up orders. Bigotry.

Fantastic first experience at Braum’s. We had been on the road all day and arrived hungry. Cathy was behind the counter and walked us through the menu including customer favorites. I chose the crispy chicken Gouda burger with no Mayo and absolutely loved it! If you like semi-spicy, I recommend giving it a try. The fries were crispy and my chocolate shake was out of this world! Rich and creamy. Others in my party ordered an assortment of burgers and bacon cheeseburgers which they enjoyed as well. Portions were generous without being over the top and were a great value. Service was fast and friendly. Cathy even came over to see how we liked our food and to wish us well. Orvis stopped by our table as well. Overall, a memorable experience.

Frozen yogurt is amazing. Highly recommend. Store is clean, customer service is okay, they got real busy at one point and it was hard to get in an order. Burgers are alright, not the best patty, but well priced. I'd come back here. Pretty descent experience

I had this one girl that was extremely kind to me I think her name was Jazmine, but I can tell she's an amazing worker. I don't how much she's making but it's not enough for her customer service skills. The other workers there should learn from Jazmines example definitely would come back again because of her absolutely!:)

Great place for Burgers, fries, and ice cream!Parking: Around the South side of the facility with room for 20-25 vehicles.Kid-friendliness: Kids love this place, too. My grandson loves it!

Good is just "OK" half of the time. They mess up a lot and the drive thru takes FOREVER! Wait we 10 minutes in boiling heat while in the line before ordering, another 10 minutes after ordering and another 10 minutes after being told to pull to the side for TWO PLAIN CHEESEBURGERS!!!! I used to work at Braum's, a plain cheeseburger takes about 60 seconds to make. Do better Braums westside!

Food is good I often go here for lunch since it's near my workplace. I often have to park in front and wait on them to cook my burger. This is an issue for me since I only get a 30 minute lunch. Otherwise, this is a good place.

So, I love Braums!The only thing I havent figured out is how can you know for sure you have a malt and not a shake before you drive off? Maybe taste it first?I go there weekly, cause in this heat I can eat alot of food, so I get malts to be a meal.I would have to say 9 out of 10 I get are shakes :( if your a malt drinker you know that's a big deal. LoLI mean if it happened every once in a while it would be ok...but not 90% of the time.😶😬😔Ok well, it popped up on my phone about my experience.

Went to BRAUMS in Paris (TX!) last wk, I was throwing an ice cream party for a client (of course, Braums is my choice!) they were out of ice (which I needed to keep ice cream cold ) so they went to back and loaded a bag for just for me.THANK YOU!!! 😊

Most of the time the food is delightful except for that one time my friend bit into his burger and found a black beatle sittin in there doing the mannequin challenge. Also when I order my chicken strips I expect full golden crispy chicken strips not a couple of chicken nuggets the sophistication is not present.

You order chicken strips with the braum sauce, they put it on the screen, you get your bag, you head to the park, you open the bag and no braum sauce . Great I get to eat dry chicken strips with no sauce. Make sure you check your bag because they obviously don’t care to here. Why can’t everyone just be like chic fil a and do fast food the right way. Terrible experience here. Ugghh frustrated

Burgers were great but we got overcharged on our meals which is frustrating as a family of 6.Everyone seemed to be moving in slow motion. Got our food but had to go back to wait for our milk shakes while the food got cold. Also had to go back to get our dipping sauces for chicken strips.Ladies bathroom smelled absolutely disgusting not to mention it was filthy. Most of the tables were dirty and I didn’t see anyone going to wipe tables until after we left.I’d choose a different location next time.

Our experience at this Braum's was one of the best fast food experiences we have had in a long time! The young lady at the drive-thru window made sure to let us know which tea was sweet and which was unsweet when she handed us our drinks. That is a big deal for us because I drink sweet, and my fiance can not. In the past, we've had issues with getting both sweet or both unsweet or have to taste test to see which was which.Our entire order was made correctly, which is rare as well. We did have to pull up and wait for our order, but it was well worth the wait for fresh fries. The young man that brought the order out was very polite and reminded us the fries were hot.It was very refreshing to see people care about their job and customers! If we travel through that area again, we will definitely return to this restaurant.

I go here often but today the experience and service was terrible. Idk what is going on but my order was wrong and when I asked for my sundae to be fixed they just took off the unwanted item. Came back and gave me the same sundae. Completely melted. Very unhappy 🙁
