4/2/24The breakfast Premium burrito was a lot smaller than the picture on the sign. Very disappointing. Not even half the size it should have been.The large onion rings bag was not even half full. They were overdone. Looked and tasted very burned. They tasted like the oil they were fried in was dirty.Large Dr. Pepper was small and had no free refills.Very hard metal highchairs to set in.I don't recommend this place to eat for anyone.

Waited at the counter for over thirty minutes. Drive through only had a couple of cars and no one at drive ups. The employees were more concerned about talking and cutting up with each other than they were about their jobs. It would be nice to see an actual trained manager present to make sure that these kids do their jobs

Consistent. Definitely follows the norm of one fast food location having the same taste and quality as all the other locations ( a good trait). Staff is friendly. Drive through is slower than most, otherwise 5 stars.

I ordered a chicken strip meal with tator tots. It took a little while (as per usual for Sonic), but my order was wrong. I received French fries (which had too much salt for my liking). Unfortunately, I was in the road an already 10 min down the road before I realized the mistake. The chicken strips were good, as well as the single tot that made it into the box. Not horrible, just not my favorite.

This Sonic is one of the worst sonics I have been too and that's saying a lot since I have been to the ones in Amarillo! Every time we go we have to wait for 25 minutes for 2 drinks while the others get served there food and drinks they ordered we shouldn't have to wait that long just for 2 drinks. 🤦🏻‍♀️There food is always sloppy and cold, the prices can never stay the same, I go one day get a meal and pay $7.53 then go the very next day get the exact same thing - a corn dog and pay $9.95 like why is it $2.42 more than yesterday when I got one less item than the day before and some how tastes worse than the day before too.

I would love to see Sonic add a tip line to the credit card transaction! It’s very convenient and quick to just swipe your card. But y’all seem to have forgotten your carhops who battle wind and weather to serve your customers. The young lady Tyler took very good care of us. I was glad I had cash on hand. Otherwise you would have prevented her from getting a tip. Your employees deserve better from you.

Fries were stale, my chicken club was more like a quarter of a chicken breath pounded thin, think schnitzel but miniature. Service was polite, but food overall was pretty lame. Do better. Probably won’t spend money there again.

Slow slow and slower. They always get something wrong on top of it! Best moment was waiting while there were other customers to hear someone in the back yelling "all these people need to just go home and cook!" Yah, one of 3 fast food places within 30 miles, and from now on we will make that drive.

One of the slowest Sonic's I've been to. I ordered ahead by 20 minutes to get two burritos and three drinks. It still too 15 minutes for my food to be delivered. After seeing all the reviews on how slow this place is you would think it would improve.

I pretty much grew up in panhandle and sonic never tasted good until Matt Setterstrom started working in the kitchen. Best employee ever and he offers outstanding customer service.

Just waited 30 minuts for a chili/cheese tots and a cherry limeade. Finally came out after 2 customers left out of frustration. The tots were still frozen in the middle. Didn’t have time to whine about it because of the long wait so I ate my cold lunch and went on my way. Really should get a new manager in this place. They’ve been terrible since they opened.

Have had to go there numerous times for grabbing food for a harvesting crew. Most of the time the orders have been spot on, albeit maybe taking a bit but that's to be expected when you order 6-7 burger combos. The last few times I've been the order was messed up by getting a burger wrong or forgetting it, as well as not receiving a receipt for business use.Overall the food itself is on par, and it's clean on the inside, but some of the employees could really use a lesson on proper customer service.

I really wish I could choose zero stars. This has got to be the slowest Sonic EVER!!! We have waited 18 mins for two meals. (Walked in to order) During this time there has been 2 cars come thru the drive thru and one car parked. Doesn’t seem to be busy! The workers seem to be happy, sounds like they were all having a great time talking and laughing with each other.

New employees and new management has not made any difference. I literally just sat at the stall to get a drink during happy hour for 15 minutes. Employees could go outside and talk and smoke but I guess customers don't matter. Got fed up and left.

We have been waiting 45 mins for 2 burgers. Absolutely the slowest place on earth. This isn't the first time but I figured I would give it another chance.. this will be the last time I eat at sonic in panhandle. I've noticed this is alot of the reviews. I dont understand why they cant fix the problem.

This is the worst and slowest Sonic ever. I drive to work from Pampa to Amarillo. I have been there twice and waited over 30 min both. I thought it would be faster since it was a small town. No! Keep driving. Amarillo and Pampa's Sonics are way faster and they have way more customers. I seen them standing back there talking, going out smoking, while I was in drive through. The first time they only had 2 other customers. The last time 3. So it's not like they were actually busy. I will never go there again!

Every time we have came here... it's close to ten minutes to get an order place. There have been several times our order was wrong.ii love Panhandle Texas, but the kind of service the sonic provides gives Panhandle a bad wrap. Change the employees or just shut down.

Was worried by reviews but it wasn't all that bad nor great. My order was correct and came out in a timely fashion. What I didn't care for was the stale tasting tots and the dirty store. This place needs a visit from corporate that's for sure.

My mistake was not ordering 2 Breakfast burritos- man they are awesomely deliciously great!Fresh food!Clean dining room!Great service!For such a small town- this is a jewel of a place!
