I'm giving 3 stars because it is a very tiny truck stop. Only about 20 parking places for Semis behind the building and be forewarned, it is super tight even if you're only coming to get fuel. I give the employees 5 stars though. The man behind the register was super nice! There are no showers here either and no laundry facilities. I'll upload photos, too.

Folks who have kindness and Love to spread, this place has a lot of fun, and Love here. Good 👍 food and excellent service, yes indeed, Folks. Take it slow and wide, a trucker can make it, unknown about this younger generation, called CDL holders. They are not able to do many things. I am so glad 😊 that I am, retirement bound, in a few years. I darn sure will enjoy it 😊.

I would rate it with zero stars because it is what it deserves, I had surgery not long ago and obviously it is not easy for me to go to the bathroom, it didn't even take me long and the person in charge went to knock on my door and tell me that he was going to call the police, if I didn't come out, even though I told him that I had just had surgery, he didn't care, what kind of people do they hire to treat customers like that, I am a Love customer and I shop in all their stores, because I travel to across the country and this is the first time this has happened to me here. I do not recommend for anyone. This store, and the person in charge of this store as manager, should speak very seriously with the person who served today 08/02/2024 at 1:08am. So that he knows that his salary comes from what all clients consume here and we deserve good treatment and at least consideration and respect.

First off, this place is so dang small, it needs renovations and bigger parking lot for trucks to safely park here. Some spots you can’t even back into without hitting someone or using the space in a fueling isle. Second, Thing 1 and Thing 2 are complaining and making everyone sandwiches at Subway, leaving Thing 3 at the register that doesn’t print receipts, or have basic customer service skills. Get. It. Together. Wouldn’t recommend stopping here.

Pulling into the Loves, you encounter massive pot holes that are inevitable to go through. I went in to get a coffee, and only one of the two coffee makers was working. The one coffee maker that was working was out of coffee!! The staff was just standing around going through the motions but not actually working. Heading east, we went past Amarillo just to go there because usually Loves is the best...sadly this location is a thumbs down 👎🏼 We did not "Love" it

Too small. A few parking spots and very tight fuel pumps. No fresh coffee machines, they only have pre brewed coffee and out of creamer most of the time. If you see a few trucks on pumps from freeway don’t stop. Once you get in line then you can’t leave for a good amount of time.

It’s more of a gas station with diesel isle. I wouldn’t call it a medium truck stop (small for me) tight maneuver. Truckers by-pass unless you really have to fuel. About 25 trailer parking spot so maybe you get here early you can get a parking don’t know how it is at night but I would not pull in after evening. Hope I help someone . Love the breeze outside though.

Hopefully by the time I leave, I can edit for a better rating but I doubt it.Everything is bigger in Texas... Everything except this Love's! This has to be THE smallest of the already small parking lot chain! Spaces are tight, no room to execute an easy back, four fuel lanes that are tight, no shop and no tire care (the reason I chose to stop here for my break). This place isn't worth it. Got 40 acres to turn a truck around, but they only bought 2 acres!

My jacket got ruin with fresh paint . No sign of wet paint but they want costumers !!! They don’t even offer to clean my jacket ! Shame on loves !!! No more business from me Ever!!!

As a customer the sales associate was not friendly and treated me as if I was a bother to them. Parking was packed. I will never use this location again.

Got here at 6 a.m. The attendant was mopping a very, very dirty floor. I mean so dirty it was black. Went for coffee, there was none. From neither machine. Not a "Sorry we are out" or a "it will be ready in a moment". Nothing. This is a very small store, owner should have more people working here, poor employee had his hands full and to top it off some toilets were clogged. Better yet the owner should be helping out if there isn't anybody else.

Very friendly staff, quick to assist you, which is always a plus! As a professional driver the only downfall is the size of the place as it's pretty small. Not complaining, just pointing out the fact....I am after all a professional 😁👍

The restrooms were super dirty and my pizza from subway was UNDERCOOKED it fell apart in my hands as soon as I picked it up from the box. Very upsetting

Worst travel stop I ever been to. On Apr 29 11:50pm I stopped there to eat something went to subway at the location and I ordered a sub when the person asked me what vegetables I want on the sub I clearly said a little bit of all the veggies except onions but the lady she was talking to somebody beside her so she didn't pay any attention first things she grabbed is the onions and said is that all !! I told her no onions just all the other veggies then she put mayonnaise which I didn't ask for and when I said I didn't want mayonnaise she said mayonnaise doesn't change the taste and then she start putting all the veggies on top of the mayonnaise which I didn't want and she was putting so much veggies when I told her to stop and it's so much veggies she said "believe me for the price you're paying you're going to eat it in 3 days"On top of all of that she's rudeI paid for the sub and throw it in trash right after I took itI definitely will not stop there again

I am utterly disgusted by the blaring music in this store; it is as if I am in a nightclub. It causes me immense distress to use the restroom or complete any kind of transaction here. There is no thought given to customers who may have hearing impairments. I will not be patronizing this store anytime ever again

Today my trucks air to air hose on my truck blow out on 40-E this morning, I was panicking as to what I should do. So I pull off this exit and googled the nearest truck stop. Unsure if it would be close considering the closest Loves was an hour away. I called and spoke with Keyshia at PAV’S and she reassured me they would be able to get my truck looked at today. I have a delivery due in a matter of days and the technicians here immediately looked into my issue, and resolve my concerns within minutes. Hands down one of best service centers I have visited yet. Totally recommend them to all truckers. Subperb customer service.

No showers, only 3 or 4 safe overnight parking spaces, angled fuel Island that if you happen to be parked behind in the 20 spaces they have here you better hope you don't get hit by a trailer tail swing in the middle of the night because someone just needs fuel and didn't know how to move their truck and trailer. No scales, no laundry, fuel pumps are stupid slow. Terrible service inside, constant lines for the bathrooms, overall a large disappointment.

Absolutely horrible. I prepaid $40 for gasoline on a day when it's about ten degrees out. The gasoline is coming out of the trickle...fifty cents worth in 10 minutes. Dude says all the pumps are messed up, long story short that was the last gasp for 50 miles. So now I'm sitting here stuck with a child on the side of the road in below-freezing weather waiting for a repairman to come so I can pay him $200 for a $3 gallon of gas because of this particular Love's location. Avoid at all costs I hope this place goes under!!!
