This is the worst place in panhandle we had to re order 4 times because y’all couldn’t get anything right. Y’all need to be shut down as an ex employee that saw how nasty the food environment was and y’all only deep cleaned the restaurant when the big bosses were coming. The manager Betty harassed me the last time I worked here and I do not appreciate it. And her daughter autumn as well.

This place is disgusting. The place is swarming with gnats and flies. My jalitos are old and withered up, my “toast” is dried up bread that’s hasn’t been toasted. Whoever owns this establishment is the reason Dairy Queen is fading out. This place is absolutely disgusting. My ranch for my jalitos was a busted on the bottom cup of ranch and it was dried up inside. DO NOT EAT HERE!!

We got Blizzards and they were good. The young lady working there was very friendly and kind. Thanks for being amazing!UPDATE!We have stopped by this Dairy Queen 3 times in the last month. Hoping for it to be like it was a year ago. The ice cream is watered down! It's terrible! Maybe they can close this store and a better franchise move in.

Someone from Corporate REALLY REALLY needs to visit this location and either fire or straighten out the manager. The food is FAR sub-par, the hamburger buns STALE and OLD and crumble with crumbs from dryness, employees are RUDE and non-attentive. RARELY do they even get my order right. I have eaten here over 1 year hoping things would improve ONLY FINDING THEM GETTING WORSE with each visit. 1/2 of their items on the marquee are not even available, nor do they even HAVE items listed on the Dairy Queen website. The only reason I give 1 star rating is because ZERO STARS is not allowed.

We have only visited this Dairy Queen twice during their 75th anniversary marketing campaign. Both times we were after $.75 ice cream cones. The first visit was great. The second visit they were out of ice cream. The staff informed us of this quickly and politely. It is just weird for a place named Dairy Queen to not have ice cream

I'm don't even want give them any stars because they don't deserve any but to leave a comment they make you. So one star is way more than they deserve. I had to wait 45 min for my food. I had to wait 10 to 15 for them to take my order in the drive thru. Then I pulled up and had to wait another 5 to 10 min for them to take my money. Then they had me move to another parking area, along with several others and wait for them to bring my food to me. I order a taco beef salad and a large DP. The hamburger meat was cold and greasy. I asked for easy lettuce, and they may have put a half a handful in it. And I got a medium DP. I had waited so long I wasn't about to say anything cause no telling how much longer I would have had to wait. Very very poor service. Yes,they were busy, I understand that, but the management staff is very poor trained. Not enough staff to handle a rush.

My order took 40 minutes, the restaurant was full of flies, trash was overflowing and they were stepping over it rather than picking it up. The young man who took my order was not hospitable. The one who cooked the food, then replaced my incorrect order, was very nice and polite. It will be a long time before I think of returning.

The place is clearly understaffed. The lady working there I’ve had to encounter twice is not communicative, friendly or even respectful. First trip there we waited at least 15 minutes at the intercom with only one car in front of us at the drive thru. After the car in front of us left we drove up to the window to check if they’d forgotten about us and she shook her head and gave attitude while taking our order.Decided to try again a few weeks later when driving through town. Online hours and sign on their window say they’re open until 10pm. We stopped by with 25 minutes left. We waited about 5 minutes at the intercom and then pulled up to the window. The same lady was sweeping and didn’t look up to say anything at all. We waited a minute and she went about cleaning up without even saying they closed early. She definitely noticed us drive around with all the windows.

Completely understaffed and under-managed store. Like other reviews, the one woman working makes each customer wait at the order board in the drive thru while she deals with the one customer at the drive thru window and anyone inside. We sat behind one car that got 3 blizzards (we were thinking they ordered half of the menu!), and waited 15 min for their order to be taken at the board, and we waited 30 min for our order to be taken while they sat at the window. Once we got to the window we waited another 25 min, I was handed a melted blizzard and told she couldn't find the recipe for the other blizzard we ordered. She said "hold on" and left us at the window, waiting, for another 15 min before coming back and again telling us she couldn't find the blizzard recipe. We ordered a different blizzard, she made it, and charged us for both of them without a single word about the wait, no apology for the blizzard mix up, nothing. She acted like everything was fine and she wasn't having each car sit in line for 50 minutes.... Definitely recommend going to ANY other DQ in the area before you even think of stopping here..

This place was so horrible they brought my son the wrong order he asked for no mustard and pickles and when they changed to fix it all they did was change the bun. They had trash everywhere the tables we not cleaned you could her other customers complaining about the orders being wrong also. It's not a clean place to eat what so ever!! Very rude customer service!!

Banana split was not good. A rotten banana was used & looked thrown together. To top it off,she forgot about me and i had to go back up to the counter to ask for it. Then the people behind me also had one of their burgers made wrong. We'll never stop here again.***Also it's the weekend and dinner time,so more than just 2 people working is MUCH needed.

It's alright for a Dairy Queen in the middle of nowhere.There only seem to be 2-3 employees here at any given time, so food service is understandably slow.On one of my visits the food prep was not wearing gloves, but he was the only employee on shift at the time it looked like, so I can't imagine he did it on purpose.

Found mold on my shredded cheese. Made them aware of it and they refunded my while meal.Really need to train the employees not to be talking on the phone on personal calls and being vulgar with the language. Really annoying to her her talk the way she was!!!

Sat at the drive thru speaker for it seemed like 10 minutes. Lady finally answered the speaker and said I will be right with you. Sat there for another 10 minutes or so. So decided to go in. Nobody in sight no customers nothing to make the wait seem logical. Ordered chicken tenders they were horrible . I'm not going back.

Cars lined up, which I expected after graduation, but I have gone different times and am always asked to pull forward... ALWAYS! But they left everyone sitting in that line, not asking anyone to pull forward and started shutting off lights....well myself and about 5 other cars drove off. Their loss another business gain. That was my final trip to this dairy Queen!

great customer service!! ..however my cheesecake berry desert came mixed together..and didnt even look similar to the pic!! Also there were flies climbing on the tables..seemed to b a bit short staffed as well 😕
