I had to drive 48 miles one way just to get there in 48 miles back. Got enough food to last for a month that came to 350 even buying the most affordable items on the shelves. Very expensive especially since I got home and the strawberries were rotten except a few that they put on top to make them look fresh. And another item I got was not good. That’s too dog gone far to drive n too much to pay for rotten food.

In a series of unfortunate events. Saturday night I was dropped in the Walmart parking lot directly next to the Tire Lube Express department. Unfortunately for me this is where I'd sleep for 2 nights. Not knowing anything about the town and having the car filled with valuables. I decided to stay with the car. The team was so nice and caring. They came out 1st night asking if I was OK. They knew who Bob Douthit was and said under different circumstances I couldn't keep the car there. Yet, they allowed me for the time being to remain on the property and asked if I needed to buy any essentials from inside before they closed.Sunday morning, the TLE manager says what's your Tire size? 245-40-18, mentally he went through his inventory and said,"Hey bud, I'm sorry but that's too wide and too low. We won't have that in stock. I can order it for you. It'll be here Monday morning by 9am. Wanna order it?" Sure, ok! The staff spoke to me an kept me company with jokes and awesome stories. I thought that was awesome of them.Monday morning the iPad tablet was having problems and probably needed an update, but it gave the nice cashier so much trouble trying to enter my critical info for the paperwork. She switched devices and wallah it did the trick. The entire team had to go out to get the jack under the car it was extremely low. Not to mention I had a special key for the lugs that required the tech to use a breaker bar instead of the 4way tire iron. Needless to say everything worked out and I was on my way home thanks to the kind, friendly and professional staff at Wal-Mart @Pampa, Texas. I greatly appreciate you taking the time to giving the effort you gave, thanks you so much!

I dispise Walmart. I hate to self check-out. They do not pay me to work there. I do not get a discount for doing this job. There was only one live checker, and the line was massive! GET MORE LIVE CHECKERS!! Obviously your customers prefer that service!!!! This is why I refuse to shop at Walmart. I only went because I needed printer ink. Otherwise, I would not step foot in there.

This store has a decent selection of gluten free products on isle 10, but I found they have an enormous selection of seasonal items. This store is clean and wasn't crowded.

Our Walmart in Pampa, TX, is great, glad to have this Walmart in my hometown! Employees are pleasant and helpful. The store is well stocked and very clean. I'm a Walmart+ customer and I really enjoy the free grocery pickup, shipping, and the delivery service!

Lot friendlier than the one on Jim Lake Road and Amarillo Boulevard actually all of them in Amarillo are better than that one they need a new manager that will actually get stuff put up and not have it in every aisle every time you go there where you cannot find anything and there's nobody that wants to help you they've moved everything to different parts of the store where they don't even match you're liable to find your underwear over in the kitchen Department it's crazy and like I said the people there are not very friendly they need a new manager severely in Amarillo the one in Pampa was fine

The store forces you to use self check out and then has 6 people standing around trying to help you check yourself out. Just put those people on a register and stop forcing the old and infirm to check out their own groceries. You're so worried about people stealing that you make honest people's lives harder. Be better.

Waiting in customer service for a refund. They have been paging a manager for over 30 minutes and they won’t show up. Alicia is the manager on duty I have been waiting on! She was paged. I have been waiting and she is walking around at 1/2 mph talking to everyone and not coming to the customer service area

Went in to buy Thanksgiving things when they told me how much I owed in cash I told them no I didn't owe that much so they called the manager over and she didn't know what to do so they had to get the front end manager to come over he proceeded to tell me that because milk and the turkey gravy mix I was buying were on sale that I could not purchase them with food stamps. I tried to be as nice as I could and even the checker was apologizing I told him it wasn't his fault and not to worry about it then I asked if I could go to the courtesy booth and speak with them about it. The manager took me over there but then he wouldn't let the courtesy lady do anything about my problem he told her that there was nothing she could do for me and she apologized of course and said she had to do what he said because he was her manager. I couldn't believe what I was hearing and so I just left the store and called the corporate office who of course assured me that that is not their policy.

After calling three times waiting for someone to answer after 50 to 75 rings at the customer service I got hung up on call back to talk to the manager and got nothing but excuses. You know there is someone always working customer service during the day... Why can they not answer the damn phone??

About 70% of the time the fruit they pick out for me for grocery pick up is covered in mold. AND YES I know I can return it but I am really sick of going back to the store to return fruit after every order.The grocery pick up is a great convenience. But it defeats the purpose when I have to keep returning moldy fruit because the workers can’t OPEN THEIR EYES before they grab one. It’s really getting out of hand

It's hard to get around things in a ride on cart , shopper are rude. People who are shopping for other 's need to be careful & not block the rows . Check out people to be a little nicer.

Wal Mart is A great stop to get anything you may need including A great pharmacy. We usually always spend more than we go in for which means there placement of items is better than I would like to admit.

The organization of groceries doesn't make sense, the deli meat I just bought has expired this past march, so other than narrowly avoiding being hospitalized and finding groceries taking kinda long the cashiers were helpful, vision center goes above and beyond to help you, and they had a cool mother's day event at the front end. Borgers better imo

Went there to buy a TV. The girl named Kat was very professional, helpful and seemed to know exactly what I was looking for. What a great young lady. Would definitely recommend her if you're looking for something in electronics.

I shop there every week. Usually spend about 250 dollars. Prices mostly good. But sometimes they will put some bent cans on the shelf. Sometimes the cereal boxes are bent. I do not buy the bent ones or boxes that are torn. Please have them check before putting on shelf. Thanks.

I like the department shopping but was not impressed with the service center. I came in at opening to get 2 new tires. I waited 4 hours while 6 cars behind me were in and out.I was informed after 3 hours that oil changes get bumped to top of list.I was livid as I could have gone somewhere else and been done by then. They had my wheels off by the time I was informed.

I can get food for my 2 cats and my dog and me. Plus tires, towels, sheets, whatever I can afford in one place when I don't feel like driving all over town. And if I can't find something I always get help fast. Friendly staff that always listen and talk to you.

It's walmart. My only complaint is it's a smaller super store but they always have merchandise is the main aisles and then when they stocked the put pallets in between everything and then it's just a nightmare to navigate.Also above the doors they have big windows to allow light in and they are SO dusty. Probably haven't been cleaned in over a year. It's not something you would normally notice but once you do you see it everytime.

I like this place walmart has been acting very un godly most places but this one has been nice so far they helpful an nice plus they let you park your rv there over night it's been nice being able visit this town N stop for the night I bought an rv cause walmart has always been so accommodating, I wan5ed to trave an I get my food an 94 percent things I need there so it's nice being able get refuge to thank you walmart pampa tx 😊

This is the worst Walmart I have ever been in. I avoid going there if at all possible. I live in a small town, but I would rather pay more or do without instead of visiting this store
