BEWARE!!! DO NOT NOT NOT rent a steam cleaner from this United store! The store manager and assistant store director are unaccommodating and wil NOT refund your money for faulty steam cleaners - and the store manager is very arrogant about it! My son, who is a newcomer to Pampa, bought a house and has been renovating it and desperately needed a steam cleaner for the carpets. He rented on a Friday night with the intention of cleaning the floors on Saturday. My husband and son could not steam clean because the brush on the steam cleaner would not work. They kept trying to get it to work, to no avail. They proceeded to take back to the store. They exchanged for another steam cleaner. SAME PROBLEM!!! The brush action will not work on the replacement steam cleaner. My son goes back to get a refund because he was not able to use either steam cleaner. The arrogant store manager said he could not have a refund because he had it since 8pm the previous evening. Mind you my son ( and husband) are looking pretty scrappy and nasty - They have been working their tails off trying to get things done for this house!! I am going to note to this store manager to stop judging a book by its cover because my husband is an Industrial Engineer and my son, who is the newcomer in Pampa, is a Mechanical Engineer. So I am pretty dang sure when my boys say the brush isnt working on a steam cleaner, they know dang good and well that it is not. I read another review informing of the SAME TYPE OF ISSUE - being discriminated against because of how they appear. My son has opened up a case with coperate and my daughter worked at corperate. I can assure you this is not the United Family values! This store manager is a disgrace for what the United Family strives to stand for. The store manager said the assistant store director told her she could not give a refund for the steam cleaner. If this is the truth, then he is a disgrace for the values the United Family strives to portray as well. Stop judging people on what they look like or how they appear. You should be ashamed. You WIll reap what you sow.

Tried to order groceries Thursday 7-27-23. Was told by TAMMY that she doesn’t know how to do that aspect of her manager job and that I won’t be getting my groceries at all. So I called back after not being happy with that answer the next day and was told id be getting a refund. Now I’m out all my grocery money, and no one will answer the phone at corporate. Needless to say if you wanna risk not getting your food this is definitely the place for that.

Lady at the cash register was very rude and I had to talk to a manager about her attitude other then that there prices are very high and but if you just need 1 or 2 items it's not to bad and I can say the store was very clean and organized.

I'm not from Pampa so everyone is very judgmental it's hard to tell if it's from the in-breeding or the shallow gene pool. If you don't fit a certain profile anywhere in this town you won't be treated fairly. The store is ok the prices are just ridiculously high. And the ladies at the service desk are rude and are quick to profile someone as a criminal and I make more money than the store manger . The while store needs a good douche and a reset.

If you use this place as your pharmacy I highly recommend it the ladies here are really nice and help out quite a bit. They are extremely helpful. Stephanie is nice and have nothing but good things to say about them all.

Parking lot is always very clean and appealing with NO grocery carts outside in the parking lot area! Store is always very clean ( including restrooms! 👍🙂 ) and well-stocked with employees who are always very quick to give you any assistance you may need on finding something. Checkout lines are always very short ( at most and rarely have one person ahead of me, quite often no wait at all ) and have very polite and courteous employees who sac your groceries very carefully and bring them to your car for you! And because of all of this this is the only grocery store in town that I will be a customer for.

Pizza is good. But I never shop United because I cannot get the savings card to activate. I've tried and can't get anyone in the store to help they just tell me it takes time. Meanwhile I should pay full price for sale items? I think not. Not really the Pampa friendly I've come to enjoy and love.

Curb side pick up is so convenient! They are fast & Friendly. Best of all accurate. They pack the groceries Frozen with Grozen, everything bagged, easy to carry. Saves time, 5 mins to get everything you need.

Very nice. They had what I needed.I have shopped at this store for many many years now. When we go to Amarillo, I wait till I get back to Pampa to buy groceries. You have encouraged us to buy your sacks and use them when we shop. When I bring 6 sacks, I mean for your sacker to use all 6 sacks. There is no reason to crowd 20 lbs into one sack. The man crammed 20+ in one sack. Then layed the half and half sideways on top and it leaked in the sack. Train your staff better!

Overall this is a good grocery store. But it's not without issues. I have requested 5 different items be carried on hand in the store. After reviewing my requests I was told no problem. With no results weeks and months later I elevated this to management including the store manager. The result was more lip service and zero action. Also I've found mold several times in the organic produce and expired items in the deli area. I always show employees these issues. This is a lack of attention to detail, education and training by management. United has a monopoly in Pampa and therefore has no incentive to better for the people. Again, this is a good store but they can do better, they just have to want too.

Love the weekend deli staff, simple burrito and breakfast plate, but the folks behind the counter are always friendly! Even when they are slammed with the whole men's church bus on Sunday morning! Good job guys and gals!

Best place in town to shop for groceries. Prices arw somewhat higher than WM. But worth it for the quality and cleanliness. As a mom of 3, often times I am toting them along with me. It's very helpful that the employees help you to your car and load your stuff for you. Best customer service, and a great experience all around.

Folks who work here are very nice. Deli ladies gave me a few samples, which I later bought. Produce man asked if it was ok to let my daughter have a piece of fresh fruit. The atmosphere was more family friendly compared to Walmart.

This grocery store is always clean, we'll stocked, and the clerks are very friendly. I like that I can get great sales on meat and produce. The workers in the pharmacy are knowledgeable about their products and willing to help whenever they can. I also love that this store has a Starbucks now!

Still a nice store. Supply problems have effected the store. I disagree with some of the ideas about what to carry. They were carrying grill pellets from a Texas company but now only name brand pellets. One of those name brands doesn't actually use Mesquite wood for their Mesquite pellets. I also eat 86% chocolate, something this store carried when we arrived here five years ago. Other Uniteds still carry but not this one.

To get it out of the way, United is a fine supermarket with a wide selection and friendly staff. However, my rating is based also on their deli/restaurant experience, which was absolutely abysmal and I would have given it 0 stars if this was a standalone review on the deli/restaurant and if Google allowed a 0 star rating.The menu has plenty of variety and there's lots of great deals to pick from and prices are pretty fair.The food served is honestly hit or miss. The hard things to mess up, such as mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, etcetera, seem to be a safe bet. However, if you're thinking about getting that beef or pork, especially the ribs, it will honestly resemble something that of cardboard with a slight hint of meat for taste.The dining experience that I've had here was also awful-- among the worst I've had and the prime reason of my rating. My largest turn off was due mostly to the flies that are constantly buzzing around you, landing on you and or your food, making it a challenge to attempt to enjoy your meal. The seats and tables are cheap, could have been cleaner, and tabletop condiments and seasonings are less than well kept. I feel genuinely embarrassed for whoever allows this place to run at such an unacceptable, low level of standards. I do not believe that this meets the potential that United can provide.
