Stay away. Go to one of the stores in Amarillo. I only went there bc they were the only ones with the mower i wanted in stock. This place is clueless and doesn’t stand behind the products they sell. Keith is rude on the phone and has zero customer service skills. Spent $2700 on a cub cadet riding mower that i picked up with a dead battery, they had to jump start it to get it loaded on my trailer. Jumped it off to mow the first day i got it and left it on a charger for 2 weeks til i can mow again and it wont take a charge. I called to see if anything could be done about it since i picked it up that way and he told me I’d have to bring the whole mower back to them, 56 miles away from me, to even “see” if they could do anything about the battery. I asked if that’s the only option or I’m just stuck buying another battery and he told me that yes I’ll need to buy my own battery.I Will not return to this store for any reason. They could take a few lessons on customer service from the Amarillo stores i love going to them.

The employees here are such a pleasure!! I started traveling from Borger to Pampa to purchase hog feed which I use as mouse food for my mousery. The first time an employee led us around and helped us explore options and was super helpful, this time we were hanging out in the bird seed section trying to find a cheaper solution to making our own mix for the mice and an employee came by twice before finally coming over curious as to what we were up to. He openly chatted with us about our mice and their diet needs, helped us hunt through tons of seed mixes, led us around to find other neat options and did not give us any strange attitude as to why we keep mice as pets! He seemed generally interested and was super nice to talk to, I really wish I caught his name, these dudes deserve a raise for sure and I'll definately be returning! Thanks again!

I'm was surprised at the variety of their bird food. The clerk was a good guy and very helpful. I was looking for something to bait my live trap for rats. I chose corn and had success last night.

I called to ask if they had any chick available because the guy I had spoken to earlier that week told me to call back. Well I did a lady answered my my call she ways extremely rude and rushed me wouldn’t let me finish my question about when would they be expecting more chicks. I shop there all the time and never had a had such bad customer service like today.

Price keeps going up while labels on the shelves show a lower price. The older man is very rude. Prices going up and employees are by far the worse now. Back to Gebos now! It's sad. I've been shopping at Tractor Supply since 2004!!! From the one in 7 hours away to this one. This one in Pampa is the WORSE I have ever seen.
