I highly recommend this hotel. They are friendly, outgoing and such a pleasure to stay here. Breakfast was lovely and when I missed out on the biscuits and gravy they offered to make me more. Due to some family circumstances we had to check out earlier than expected after we had paid for our room. They worked with us for a late checkout and there was no fuss. If given the opportunity to come back to Pampa, I will only stay here.

What a great stay. Taylor and Leann. Were great. Very helpful. I came in late from meeting they were both very inviting and nice. Honestly relief to a long day/night. The breakfast they set was amazing. And very impressed that they had to cook some items themself. All and all a great time.Noteworthy details: What a great stay. Taylor and Leann. Were great. One of the best La Quinta’s I’ve stayed at! In a cute, quiet town. Area felt safe. Decent rate. Pet friendly. Front desk receptionist was nice. Room was very clean and well-maintained (which to me is the MOST important part). Beds + pillows were great. Breakfast had a lot of options, and was well stocked - this was also nice. But I will say, some of the food tasted a bit bland/mediocre (the deviled eggs, biscuits, gravy) specifically. I didn’t mind - because overall everything else about this property is amazing! I had a great sleep. Would return.

I do not recommend this hotel due to bed bugs. I stayed here when I moved to Pampa, February 2021, and it’s a lovely hotel with great service. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. However, on my 2nd night I found bed bugs in my bed. A lot of them. The hotel staff was appalled and seemed to be concerned, however I switched hotels, not able to sleep after that, and had to dispose of everything I brought with me so I didn’t transfer the bugs or take them home. And now, 2 years later, I see comments from others about bed bugs. Which means that they didn’t get rid of them before, even though they seemed to be very upset and stated that they were closing the room and would have it treated. I review about this before because bed bugs are prolific and are easily transported by transient workers so it could happen at any hotel. As long as it was addressed, I was content with that. But that apparently doesn’t seem to be the case.I have family coming to town now and I just can’t recommend this hotel to them in light of the apparently ongoing issue.

This hotel was awesome!! The pool and rooms are VERY clean! Rooms are medium but the loby is HUGE. Gives it a good feel! The people were awesome especially a very nice blond lady who helped us out a bunch! There was only one lady who seemed like she would rather sit in the back then work but hey it happens to all of us! The only bad thing is that if you have dogs your going to want to drive them somewhere to run around because there is little space on the outside! This hotel is a good one!

The room was spacious and clean. I am not a fan of soft pillows, but they were plentiful. The bed was too hard for my preference, but I slept like a rock! The hallways were a bit warm, but not uncomfortably so. The breakfast was standard fare: biscuits and gravy, cereal, eggs and sausage, waffles shaped like Texas. Would highly recommend staying in this hotel for comfort and ease of getting to everything in the town.

This has been my favorite La Quinta in our journey. Great parking lot. Several casual and fast food restaurants within walking distance. Friendly front desk staff. The hotel is super clean. Our room was great despite not having the bathroom totally cleaned. I think housekeeping was interrupted and just forgot. We had a dirty soap dish and no soap or shampoo/conditioner. Easily rectified and didn't bother us because everything else was so great. And it was quiet and felt safe.

The room was fine...a little cold and the heater was a little slow...started blowing cold air for 5 minutes every time it turned on before getting warm. Requested additional pillows but was told they were out of pillows when there were perhaps only 20 occupants out of 90 rooms. They could have easily just took some pillows from an empty room but instead chose to do nothing. Breakfast was good but the biscuits were not baked and there was only a microwave and a toaster to cook them. Overall, not impressed about a room that cost $117/ night. Do not recommend staying here unless all other hotels in Pampa are booked

Stayed 2/17/22. The staff was accommodating and friendly. Good value. Had significant issues with the room but the hotel staff on duty worked diligently to help. Probably a 3 star stay but they get 4 because the desk clerk, (Peyton, I believe) was quick, courteous and kind in fixing issues; the management was also quick to address it the next morning upon request. I'm sure they don't expect such problems to arise but they were responsive and gracious in resolving them. Kudos. Would stay again.

Very clean and modern looking. The staff were courteous and friendly. Close proximity to convenience stores, grocery store, and restaurants. Pool amenities were clean and fairly well kept. The fitness room was about what you would expect, but the yoga mats were all dirty and ripped. Regarding the breakfast, the powdered eggs were cold, and the coffee was like colored water. Would stay again.

We cane here to visit my brother for the weekend and we stayed in this hotel from Thursday to Monday. Not one complain do we have. Not one negative thing to say!Everyone was absolutely courteous, kind, and extremely helpful. The lady that checked us in went above and beyond to accomodate me with my 3 small children. The kindness was overwhelmingly amazing and surprising!Everything was very clean. I saw the elevator constantly being cleaned, the hallways, the common areas..etc..Amazing.We will be traveling back soon and we will stay here again, no doubt!

Half way through my 2 week stay and this place is great. Talking to coworkers, this is obviously the best and newest hotel in town. I am also very grateful my dog Milo can stay here with me, and the staff always greet us with a smile. Very nice and clean rooms too.

Rooms are good, beds are especially good, service good, clean, very modern decor (if you like that, I don't love it but it's fine), very clean and friendly.I do have one gripe though. It was the worst hotel breakfast I've ever been served. And for that alone I had to knock it down. If it had been OK, I wouldn't have mentioned it. But it was the worst. Biscuits burned, OJ was sour and watered down, and there was something seriously wrong with the waffle batter. I've had those same malted waffles and the same OJ from a dispenser a million times. They've never tasted like this. Something was seriously wrong with the waffles. Nasty. Other items ran low a lot, but did get restocked after a short delay. Selection was weak. I threw out my breakfast, drank a glass of milk once it got refilled, and went back upstairs.Having said that, housekeeping service was exemplary.

Lovely modern facility but we won't return. Looked clean but no indication of disinfection or Covid cleaning protocols as seen in other hotels. Bedding uncomfortable. Bottom sheets worn on both beds - thin and balled enough that they felt rough all night. Curtains blocked light wonderfully but something on the ceiling flashed a strobe light every 18 seconds throughout the night (literally) and was directly in front of the beds. We checked out at 11 am so didn't have breakfast but the coffee offered in the lobby was cold. In addition, check in was weird. Desk clerk was casually dressed and seated in lobby with a companion so lobby looked unattended. She was quick to help us, but immediately returned to sitting and chatting with her companion before we got our luggage in the door. It was odd behavior for 6 pm and made us feel as if we were intruding. Not what we expected from LaQuinta. Overall disappointing, particularly give similar hotel options in the area.

Very clean room and kind staff. The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast attendant was very attentive and made sure we had all we needed to eat before she closed up the breakfast bar in the morning. The only downside was the hot tub didn't have water in it and the pool area had a weird smell every now and then as if we could smell the sewer system. The pool water had a weird smell, too. Not necessarily bad, but not a normal chlorine pool smell, either. We had fun in the pool nonetheless. It was warm enough to swim in.

While en route to New Mexico and return, I have stopped at this particular LaQuinta for three consecutive years. The staff has been uniformly friendly and helpful, going well beyond their job description to make my old dog and me comfortable, The rooms are clean and beds fine. Breakfast items are somewhat limited but there is fresh fruit, cereal and yogurt for those of us who don’t find the type of eggs, meat and biscuits appealing. The usual waffle maker is available.

I can't speak for others, but it was terrible for me. Starting off with being double booked and double charged when i checked in (made reservation on la quinta website for 1 room). Lady at front desk was awesome and got it fixed 2 hours later. Then the elevator went out this morning, trapping people on 2nd and 3rd floors. I had to help many handicapped people down the stairs with their luggage (none of us supposed to use stairs). Owner conveniently not there. Called la quinta corporate and asked for my money back.

This was a very nice place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room had a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, hairdryer, iron and ironing board with a king size bed that was very comfortable. It is in a convenient spot close to several eating places and shopping! Would stay there again!
