Will NEVER go to this store again. I refuse to be talked to the way, the old man there, talked to me. Super rude. He seemed almost sexist.I walked in, got my shopping done. Went to the cashier to check out, found out they were only accepting cash. I told him, I would go to ATM, but if he had a brighter sign, maybe I would have seen before hand. He said it was on the door. As I walked out, I did notice the sign, but it was inside the tinted glass. I went to ATM, came back. I told the man, sorry. I also told him as a mom with 4 kids with me, in this day and age, the last thing I was looking at was a sign. You can't see unless your right in front of it. The cashier starts checking out my items. He then proceeded to tell me, " you know in the state of Texas, they have classes for people like you that are illiterate." I was in shock, shook my head for a sec. I couldn't allow this man to talk to me this way. I said "oh yeah?" He said yeah you need to look into those classes."I said you know what F You and thisstuff, and i walked out.I will never go there again. No need for him to be rude to anyone like that! I have never been talked to like that at any establishment.

I love the selection and clean store. Although the cashier could of been more friendly. I spent 120.00 and told him Thank you 3 times and he couldn't even say thank you. I gave him 3 opportunities to say thank you. I retired from AT&T and I know the up most importantance of a smile and customer service.

Love the store, however when I put in my phone number for my clipped coupons , it takes forever to go through. I have had many missed opportunities to save with the coupons because they take so long to go through. I don't know if it's the registers or the server to the registers, but it's disheartening to have to pass on waiting on the coupons to count when people in line are waiting on you to hurry up... I have probably missed $20 in savings over the last couple of months.

I am disabled and use crutches or my wheelchair. I can't use a basket or shopping cart. I bring my own bags that I can hang from my crutches. I have a limited income and their pricing helps me make it to my next payday. The people have been okay, not overly helpful or friendly. Today I was pleasantly surprised, the Gentleman working today came out from behind the counter, walked down the aisle to take my bags and carry to the register. He was so nice and helpful, he saw I have a hard time, stepped up, and didn't make me feel like I was a inconvenience. Most places I shop they don't like me using bags to shop and hate the inconvience of emptying my bags then filling them back.Thank you so much for your help

Staff looks very inconvenienced ALL the time. Not one person will help you it does not matter if you say thank you 20 time they will not say tour welcome or have a good day hi they say nothing. The manager is also very rude and hateful my son made a comment to me and she told him if he does not like the price get out of her store!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE EMPLOYEES!!! They need new staff all together.

Every time I've been in the store since they opened there have been items left by people because they can't get someone to the register. No one is watching the front door in a neighborhood where people get mugged. Thats bad business.
