Braum's is truly an incredible place. Their hot fudge sundays cannot be beat. They are huge and delicious. They have other items on their menu including breakfast. There is no better start to a day than the biscuits and gravy.On top of all this, they have a small grocery store that sells an incredible chili kit.

These youngins working here have 0 work ethic nor are they well mannered at all. There was literally 2 other cars (customers) that were inside and there looked to be SIX employees working…they had us pull up for just ONE large shake… it took them about 10mins to bring it out. The boy had an attitude, no “sorry for the wait.” No “have a good night.” When he handed our shake over. Nothing but an attitude. Do better, Kids!

The people who work here Kenlly are rude have no customer service at all!!I hope you get better training or re-trained for your job!!Y'all suck!!We started to give our order and in the middle of me ordering she walks away without a word. Didn't say excuse me I'll be right back nothing!!Rude!!My husband and I just walked out.Went to Flips up the road, way better service and ice cream. Try the turtle!!

The food was fresh and tasted good! The ice cream is always good. The staff on the food side was really friendly and helpful. We also got a few groceries and the kid that helped us was not friendly and acted like he'd rather be getting a root canal than working the register.

Went to Braums in Pampa Tx this evening. I wrote out what I needed for a to go order, and still they got it wrong. I wanted my fries crispy and was informed that they had to charge extra for them to be left in the fryer longer. What, who does that?? My bill was high, so when I got my receipts I was charged for another combo and 2 large fries. I know people get things wrong, but what's wrong with alot of these fast food places? Perhaps not enough training bad management who knows.

Always a good place to go to eat. I think someone new was doing shakes that day because both of the shakes that was ordered was still ice cream for the most part not blended at all. Still great food just need to make sure the new employee's get trained in shake making.

Delicious burgers and fries! One of the few places open late in town i definetly reccomend. The staff are friendly and even though the line was super long the food came out fast and hot!

Braums never disappoints! This location was no exception. Fast service & GREAT food. You can get "a bag of burgers," (5 cheeseburgers), for just under $9! Fed us all on our road trip 🙂

Staff is super friendly. Their ice cream is the best I have ever had! We also enjoy their milk, cheese, and baked cookies and cinnamon rolls. Actually, we haven't found anything there yet that we don't like! Can't wait to go back :-)

I love this place, because it has such a charm to it. The yard looks weird, and the parking lot is kind of tight, but it's a cozy place. It has handicap parking, but the door doesn't automatically open. The servers will open the door if they can catch you in time. The menu has been updated a few times since I first came here, so keep an eye out for the deals and change in sandwich placement. I always try to get the specialty Burger, because you don't know when they'll disappear forever.The grocery section has a variety of products that are high quality in my opinion. I love buying the Braum's Ice cream mugs, because they are such a novelty. The design changes from time to time.They also tend to have specials, so don't be afraid to ask one of the workers. They'll usually advertise and let you know what's going on.

My wife and I like going to Braums to get milk, and ice cream. However, we dread going bc Ashleigh that works the front counter is very rude, no people skills at all, along with no communication to the customers; other than asking if we want a receipt. We just left there and there were 3 girls in front of us, while we waited, Ashleigh saw that all 5 of us were standing at the register, and made us wait til she was done with the cart she was working on. There was no apology for having any of us wait! I just don’t understand how someone with absolutely no customer service skills can work directly with customers.

The food is usually good but everytime we go to the drive thru I have to go back inside for missing items. The servers are hit and miss with helpfu/friendliness. I'd rather give it a 3.5 ⭐️

The service is good but the staff is mostly Senior citizens who ate very slow and get your order wrong and the hamburger are burnt and over cooked by days. The fries are good. They also miss allot of your order so check it before you leave if you take it to go.

Ugh so many flavors so hard to choose!!! Have a cone while your there, and then choose some to take home with you!!! Not to mention the great burgers and fries!!Great staff, positive atmosphere, an awesome combination of a burger joint, an ice cream shop, and a corner store!! I love this place!!

Love the service here. It is always consistent and the food is always on point, but this morning Sue went above and beyond. My kid loves getting the french fries, but me being an unaware dad didn't realize it was breakfast service; she cooked up a small order of fries just for him. Love coming here with my son on our father son days and will definitely come back time and time again.

We came in with several families after a game. Employees were mostly friendly and assertive. Food was good. Disappointed that the advertised holiday ice cream flavors are not available in the ready serve freezer case and it is apparently frowned upon to purchase and serve to all of our kiddos from the store side while in the restaurant.
