My wife went to buy a new mower. The manager took the sale price off of the mower and would not honer the price. That really hurt my wife. We will not shop there any more. Everyone else was very helpful and kind.

Absolutely great folks who own and work here! You scarcely step inside the doors and some cheerful employee is offering service. The owner himself gave me a discount on a painting kit. Just a great place to shop and tge prices are affordable. Keep up the good work 🙂

Was treated very rudely by the manager over a paint dispute. He assumed I was trying to cheat him. Got my first can of paint from Amarillo. The Pampa store did not match the paint. It never crossed his mind that the paint could have been mixed wrong. The motto says shop Pampa. Well I won’t shop at Ace hardware. Thank you Austin for refunding my money. Going to Amarillo to be treated like a human.
