Walked in and didn't see anyone at the cash register. After a few minutes of walking around,I saw an employee sweeping. Gathered up my stuff I needed and headed to the register. Waited for about 3 minutes for someone to check me out. No one did. Ever since they put in self check out registers employees seem not to care about checking customers out. 😒 the lack of customer service is terrible. What happened to good work ethic? I have found this attitude at a few of these stores.

The manger on duty today was rude. I was trying to get cash back and bought 3 separate items in attempts to get cash back and he had an attitude and when I would try to ask a simple question he raised his voice and blamed me for not being able to get cash back. The cashier Saliah was sweet and nice.

So grateful to have our local Dollar General so close to home. Makes it so convenient when hubby has to grab a quick something. Gab is absolutely wonderful and knows most by name and welcome you in each time. Thank you!

The employees are great there very friendly. Manager know his customers always greet you when you come in. The store is clean and well stocked.

This store is absolutely the worst retail store I've ever been in. Employees are clueless and Dollar General does a awful job of training them. I have a snap card. Used it at this store before. The card has to be put in manually by the cashier. Easy thing to do. Except today. I was waited on by the manager. This guy couldn't manage to get out of a paper sack let alone know how to ring this sale up properly.So they lost a $50 sale and a customer. I was in retail management for over 40 years. You never ever let a paying customer walk out the door. If the manager does not know how to do it properly it's likely the employees don't either. As big as Dollar General is they don't give a damn if they lose a customer. Retail is not like it used to be.

This brand new location just up the hill from The Rockett Cafe and Club convenient for any shopping trip.Well stocked (as you can see from the photos), clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly.They carry everything from foods, craft supplies to an awesome birthday party decorating selection.I was a bit surprised that a Dollar General stocked such a diverse inventory. I was unable to find ice cream cones, but everything else on our list was found.

Man this store is incredibly convenient & even better part about this place is GABE! this guy is a hard worker all the time! there, always yall- I mean always talking to everybody mostly on first name basis. Helping people- Hello dollar general yall need a GABE at every store! Hes our dude & makes this place a pleasure to walk in and to come back to shop.GABES our diamond in ruff!!! You tha man brother keep it up!!!

Empress me that store, after 3 years I visited again dollar general, and I like it. 3 years a go Waxahachie dollar general make bad experience for me. I not been there never agein. But this store in Rockett very good and there is very clean and friendly people working.

This is a really nice, fairly new store. It is off the beaten path and usually the store is well stocked, personnel is friendly and manger goes out of his way to help.

Woman running store wouldn't allow me to use restroom. Lying, she said someone was cleaning them. I walked over and checked and nobody was cleaning them so she said the reason I couldn't go in is cuz the floors were wet. What a jerk.
