Horrible training. Bags should be open and ready to put your groceries into. Your employees are on cells while they could be streamlining the process. If you’re going to force self checkout then manage it better. I’d also suggest opening more lanes with checkers. I now go to Walmart much less do to self checkout lines

It's becoming more prevalent that the self check out is the foreseeable thing, need an empty cart in tow so transferring bagged stuff can be placed in the into cart instead of loading and fighting for space. And if us the consumer has to bag our own stuff we should get a discount for doing your Job!

It's a regular Walmart, though the self checkouts are out of cash 1/3rd the time and I far prefer having one of the employees check me out in line (all this self checkout/sterilized interaction feels to much like a toxic holdover from Covid to maximize Walmart profits by understaffing)

If I can't find something there very nice and help me find it and I can just run in and grab what I need and get out fast with the self check out. They do need to watch people more closely check receipts. I'm just thinking about y'all.

It "mirrors" most Walmarts; fewer cashier's, CUSTOMERS physically checking ourselves out and bagging our own purchases, while Walmart employees, STAND around, to see if we are stealing!!

Saved us from Covid, we're sure of it. Sort of... About 3 years ago - 6-mo before covid - I got my knickers twisted up about time wasted shopping. Was very pleased with the Wal-Mart order online and schedule pickup. Seldom takes more than 5-minutes of (rocking out in the car) waiting for the order to come out. Only quality issue seems to be WM adds water (and whatever) to its meats. Other than that, it's got the best produce in town, but not the variety sometimes. Like Mung Bean sprouts are not often in stock. But bulk, good deli? Call ahead to see which days and times the fresh breads come out, too. Better panini's when you get home for sure that way.

One of the dirtiest parking lots I've ever walked across. I thought it was oil stains at first, but realized it was patches of spit out chewing tobacco. Almost every square foot of the lot. I felt sick even though I had shoes on.

I used their pickup service yesterday and purchased 2 packages of ribeye steak, each package having 2 steaks for the 4th of July weekend. I pulled them out to marinate them today, and one package was rotten. You could smell it without opening it. My Grocery delivery lady deserves 5 stars for service, but whoever pulled the meat - Do Better!

Employees are on their toes an waiting to assist you just for the asking. It's clean, isles are nicely and neatly organized. New product items everytime I visit the store, which is every Friday. Up to date colorful clothing items. Good experience.

Do not bother to use their shipping option if you don't have time to wait 4 or 5 days after the expected delivery date you were given. This is a consistent issue with WM and FedEx. After repeated attempts to take a second chance I am finally done and done doing business with WM.....which they don't care but I am homebound and rely on correct info to take care of my family and this constant frustration is just too much to deal with.

Got ripped of by the tire center. Had VIVA 3 (60,000 mile rated tire) tires that were under warranty, didn't even have 20,000 miles on them. Told the technician they were the two front tires and that I had just had a flat on the front passenger tire. Both tires were already at the yellow (going into the red) on the tire tread depth gauge. Tread was the same from one side to the other with no issues of failing mechanical wear. Tires were supposed to be free for new replacements because of the warranty but what one of these technicians did was that he took the tire tread depth measurements from my rear tires. All this while I was grocery shopping inside. I was tired because of medical conditions from my military service. While I was sitting on a bench in the automotive area in the store, a young man approached me and said I was getting money back but little did I know they had prorated the tires. My old tires are more than likely gone so manager's won't be able to inspect the tires for themselves to see I was right. Never buying tires from this Wal-Mart again but it sucks my tires are still under warranty with them.

THEY NEED A ZERO; WHILE Y'ALL STANDING THERE TALKING AND SOCALLED WATCHING PEOPLE, HOW ABOUT Y'ALL CLEAN THOSE NASTY, FILTHY, AND DIRTY REGISTERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!ACTUALLY, THE WHOLE ENTIRE STORE NEEDS DEEP CLEANING; THE INSIDE OF ALL THE FREEZERS IN THE GROCERY DEPARTMENTS, ALL OF THE FREEZER GLASS DOORS IN THE GROCERY DEPARTMENTS, MOP THE FLOORS DON'T JUST SWEEP THEM (AND NOT WITH THAT SOCALLED FLOOR SHINE MACHINE EITHER), KEEP THE PARKING LOT CLEAN AND NOT FULL OF TRASH, CLEAN/SANITIZE AND DISINFECTANT THE SHOPPING CARTS, AND KEEP THOSE DOGS/SOCALLED SERVICE ANIMALS OUT OF THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It seems that every time I go to walmart for produce, the quality of the fruits and vegetables is very shockingly poor. Alot of the berries had mold on them, the fruits were either unripe or much over ripe, and the vegetables all looked wilted and brownish. I even noticed obvious from a glance mold growing on the broccoli. Not only is that bad for business and unethical, its dangerous. That is why we always get these emergency recall alerts for all these different vegetables because theyve given people in large amounts bacteria illnesses like salmonella and shigella. Scary thoughts.
