This store website says FREE 1 hour delivery which is a lie as they did not today, they cancelled my order, still holding my money for 48 hours though and there is NOTHING that the store manager or the corporate line would do to help. They could have offered to still get the order ready and still give me the things that I ordered on a curbside or something but no assistance was offered at any time by anyone that I spoke to. The manager and the Claudette person that I spoke to were completely rude and said well what do you expect us to do? I expect you to give CUSTOMER SERVICE! Will not be shopping from this store any more.

Terrible people. Terrible customer service. No pharmacist on bc of an emergency. I don't care you as a company should have someone that can fill in . You are a very bad unprofessional company. No pharmacist on duty happens all the time... very very bad. Plus this place is way over priced. I really hope this palestine tx store goes out of business soon. It is a black eye to palestine tx. There is no need for this pos store here.

I made an appointment for a rapid covid and flu test, waited in line to check in while they took their time talking about personal stuff. When it was finally my turn they said they don't have any more tests. Of course what did I expect from Palestine!?

My issue is with the pharmacy, not the front of the store. Be prepared to wait on hold for at least 30 minutes and never get through if you need to contact the pharmacy. Most of the time your prescription will not be ready on time. I would give 0 stars if able. The employees in the front at the registers have always been very nice, though.

Such an inconvenient waste of time. Had to have a prescription sent to Palestine Walgreens because they were the only place in town that had it in stock that was in network with my insurance... Well once it was moved over to them I found out this pharmacy is only open Monday - Friday 10am - 6:30pm. No weekend availability at all. The issue I face is I work Monday - Friday 10am - 6:30 pm. In the past 2 weeks since the prescription was sent to them I have called... every... single... day wasting my 30 min lunch on trying to call these people to send the prescription elsewhere to get no where because they DONT ANSWER THE PHONE, and the ONE TIME they did they disconnected the line. Come to find out, their "lunch break" falls at the EXACT SAME TIME MINE DOES! SO ridiculous. The place I want the script to go has ALSO tried to call and they never answer for them too. Its a good thing this medication isnt like a life saving medications... its only a rescue inhaler for severe asthma!

The worst pharmacist I've ever met. Smart mouth. Very impatient. All I was asking was for commendation on eye drops and If he knew of any that had a certain Active ingredient on it. Didn't even look at what I was showing him on my phone and told me that everything they had was out On the floor. Oh but he was quick and very New friendly when it came to flirting with the girls there

Wish I could give zero stars. Not only is this the slowest pharmacy on earth, I promise they will screw up every possible part of the transaction. Need a place that has no idea how to bill insurance? Check. No courtesy to tell you the medication is out of stock before having you wait for an hour? Check. Good luck getting COVID tests covered as "your insurance doesn't seem to be in the system." (Blue Cross is absolutely covered..) I recommend Walmart's pharmacy down the street as at least they seem to have a clue what they're doing.

They don’t follow through with ordering your medication. They take forever when picking up a prescription and they come up with false reasons as to why. They never answer their phones. Worst Walgreens I’ve ever used. Will never make that mistake again. It’s really sad because of this store people will miss out on the opportunity to love Walgreens. Which I do. Signed : Wendy Rohal

At this point I’m asking myself why bother doing business with them. As soon as they open they close for lunch. Only to close at 6:30. It seems every time I stop by or call they aren’t open. Time to permanently move on.

This is the worst pharmacy ever. They promise prescriptions they never fill. I have been out of one med for 2 weeks. They say it will be ready in a couple days. After a couple days they say the same. We will go to pick up a scrip and they say it isn’t ready, then we get notified 10 minutes later to come get it. We are rural so it is a 1 hour round trip. Then we get messaged incessantly to come get it. WE WERE JUST THERE. We are far away. Go anywhere else. A street corner trash can is more likely to get you what you need. Dig there instead.

DON’T COME HERE!!! I have been using my Medicaid insurance without any problems since moving here when today I was turned away and the lady was incredibly condescending and rude when she told me they apparently haven’t taken Medicaid for over 2 years?! Absolute lie. Staff is incredibly unprofessional and you will never see me or my family here again. Staff also don’t know how to talk to people with respect.

I’ve been taking a very simple bp medication for 2 years and have never had a problem getting it until I tried the Walgreens in Palestine. My prescription is for a 90 day supply and they gave me five pills the first time, four the second and after 9 days I still don’t have the prescription filled. All I get is that the prescription has been ordered and this last time trying to talk to someone I was on hold for fifteen minutes before they hung up on me. So tomorrow I get to go without my medication and needless to say will be dropping the Palestine Walgreens as a source for anything.

I went to Walgreens to pick up a prescription, the woman who assisted me said "this literally just came in, it will be 45 minutes". I have no problem with that. When I came back almost a hour later the other woman greeted me and said the same thing. I will not go back to a place where the employees lie to me.

Personally, I don't feel this one star is deserved. The girl working the drive thru window, Tara, has a serious attitude problem! I received the text that my prescriptions we're ready for pickup at 11 am. I came to town at 2 pm for pick up, and she told me it would be 30-45 mins. I politely said ok, and went to run a few errands. 20 mins later I received another text they were ready for pick up. I go through the line, and she tell me " I told you another 30-45 mins, not 20"... I tell her I received ANOTHER text that they were ready, she informed me no they are not. 10 mins later I get the text again, I go through the line, put my phone to the glass showing her I got ANOTHER text for pick up, she rudely says, " yeah, because I just went and did it for you!" As she's rolling her eyes at me. Not professional at all, extremely rude, and completely unnecessary. If you're going to have people like this working the window, you're going to lose quite a bit of business.

Walgreens never has enough employees to work. I’m always waiting around. My pictures were messed up, I had to go and return them, of course they didn’t have anyone to help them so I waited for 30 min for them to tell me they can’t fix them right now. So now I have to go back, again. Really annoyed.From Beth

Worst pharmacy ever!!! You can never get through on the phone, when you finally hold for over 30 minutes then get disconnected, call back, get put on hold, only to be disconnected again! Can't even do their job! Been waiting on Rx's to be transferred after the other pharmacy has asked twice! Nothing was ever done!

Pharmacy made us pay as uninsured when we had insurance coverage. Pharmacy said OUR insurance card expired. Insurance card does not have expiration date. All would be resolved with one call which they would not make. This location is the worst Walgreens ever. Scamming hardworking folks out of their money is the lowest of low. Too bad in a small town like this there are not more locations to choose from. Store literally makes us sick.

One star is too many !!!I’ve been doing business at Wallgreens since Wallgreens became Wallgreens but my experience at this Palestine Wallgreens has been all but favorable the pharmacy employees are rude and every time I go to pick up prescription no matter how many hours after I leave my doctors office they tell me they just got the prescription and it will be ready in four hours if I return they sometimes repeat the same lie. Ever since they got this new pharmacist the whole atmosphere at the pharmacy has changed I will be going to CVS from now on to fill my prescriptions I am so disappointedI got to the pharmacy early one day and could hear the employees talking behind their metal shade that closes the prescription section off to the store, one of the employees mentioned how many customers were waiting outside the window and he said they can just wait if they have a problem they can speak to him and that he didn’t care I couldn’t believe what I was hearing with so many people out of work right now it’s so sad that employers keep rude employees .

The pharmacist was very accommodating when the cashier lost my prescription and coupon and gave me someone else's perscription. This will be the last time I use this Walgreens. Their service has gotten terrible.

This Walgreens is trash. Just trash. They are rude, slow and incompetent.The employees are a nightmare, the environment is unkempt, and the prices are not worth the frustration/irritation you are guaranteed to experience if you go there.
